"That damn Yuya. The Japanese government will screw us for burning this forest." Rai mumbled as he stares at the burning forest in front of him.

"Yo, Are you the leader of the team who fought the dungeon boss?" A voice of a man suddenly started speaking behind him. Rai turned his head to face the person speaking.

"Y-yes!...a-actually no," Rai nervously responded after seeing the unfamiliar person. It was a middle aged man wearing a police uniform, with other two people wearing white coats. The person has a level of 34 and undoubtedly strong.

"What do you mean?" The man raised his eyebrow and glares at him.

"Ahh, umm, I would like to say that I'm part of the team but I'm not the one who fought against it." Rai carefully replied. "Just to be clear, I'm not the one who killed those guys."

"The dungeon was gone. They must've killed the boss." Another person shouted, not too far away from his location. Not too long until Rai noticed the countless people surrounding the area.

"Who are these peoples?" Rai wondered and make sure not to let his guard down. "Ummm, excuse me, but...who are you guys?" Rai carefully questioned.

"Ahhh, sorry for the late introduction. My name is Yuu Sawamura... please ignore my uniform, I'm the leader of the strike team and we're here to assist Yuya's team in killing the boss...but it seems like you don't need assistance." Yuu humbly explained.

"So you're basically the backup?!" Rai stared in amazement as he saw the level indicator above their head. All of the players are level 25 and above.

"Is there anyone here who can use healing magic? We have some wounded over here." Another person shouted from where Rein and Hana located.

"Are you the one who slayed the dungeon boss?" Yuu curiously asked Rai.

"Uhh, no...it was...Shun! Okay speaking of Shun..." Rai responded before a holographic screen pops up in front of him. "Whare the hel–"

"A call through the system," Rai quickly answered the call. "What taking you so long?!" Rai spoked first.

"Don't ask first, we're the one who's about to ask you something." Yuya spoked, Rai can hear his voice inside his head.

"What do you want?"

"No, not me... Shun!" Yuya shouted.

"Hello, ummm... what's his name again?"

"Rai!"

Shun and Yuya started whispering on the other side of the phone. Rai was a bit annoyed at them since he couldn't hear any of it.

"Ahhh, hello! Rai can you hear, me?!" Shun spoked, the sound of blowing wind can be heard on the other side.

"Wait, what's going on? Why are you breathing heavily?" Rai worriedly asked.

"We're currently running sixty kilometers per second. So that's a normal thing to ask... we're being chase by a walking bomb and we're about to die if you don't hurry so please... no more asking questions. Let's get down to business." Shun quickly explained, heavily panting.

"Ehh, okay what's the deal?" Rai slowly sat down and press the loud speaker button so that Yuu can also hear them.

"Okay, listen first, I wanna know if there's a possible way to be immune to damage?"

"Uhh, that's a weird question but no, unless it's you have a technique for it." Rai responded.

"Okay, second, how can a fighter-type player use their mana in a fight when they can't even cast a spell unlike wizards?" Shun followed up another question. "Like Yuya for example."

"I don't know, mister Yuu do you know how?" Rai spoked to Yuu while on the phone. They also noticed the strong explosion coming from far away from them.

"It's impossible for a fighter type player to use magic unless their using a magic item to channel the mana... it's possible that way." Yuu explained.

"Ahhh okay, thanks... also to the mister." Shun spoked before the call ends.

"So that's why we can't damage him. At first, we thought that he was immune to any types of damage but it turns out that he's only immune to magic type damage." Shun assumed.

"How can you say?" Yuya hurriedly asked.

"All of our weapon are all magic damage-type. Including your sword." Shun answered.

"It was strange that he's HP has decreased because of your attack earlier but looking back, those damage are all caused by you crashing him to every tree in the path." Shun mumbled. "That's all we have now!" Shun grinned at Yuya.

"How about I hold him in and you take him down?" Yuya suggested.

"That's a gamble but it sounds like a plan." Shun responded as they stopped running.

"I'll hold him from here, you should think of a way to take him down before I loss my HP okay... I'm counting on you." Those words reaches Shun, he was surprised on how Yuya trust him so much to the point of betting his life in a one sided gamble.

"I think you shouldn't be relying on me." Shun grinned at Yuya.

"It works better that way... hahaha." Yuya laughed.

Shun quickly runs to hide in the trees after hearing explosions nearby indicating that Touma is closed.

"What the... he's already here?!" Yuya whimpered.

"I only have three offensive skills I can use right now and my mana is also running out...also, if magic damage is useless then using my sword will be pointless."

"Cancel Sword Summon!"

"Here he comes," Yuya can hear the explosion getting closer at his direction. Suddenly, the person he was waiting for appeared in front of him.

"Ahhhhh!" Touma keeps on screaming with anger. He quickly touched Yuya and fired another explosion at him.

Yuya was blown away but he quickly got up after recovering his balance.

"What the hell is up with you?! Are you possessed or something?!" Yuya rushed towards him and punched him in the face. He saw his HP indicator decreased a bit.

"You're a one though, son of bitch." Yuya continuously throw punches at him while Touma keeps on spamming his explosion skill. Without realizing, Yuya's HP keeps on going down because of the large explosions unleashed by Touma. The heat of the battle keeps on increasing as Yuya's stamina slowly burns down.

Loud explosions can be heard throughout the entire forest and his ears almost exploded from the deafening sound. Yuya's body can't take so much explosions and his muscles are tightening. His HP will run out soon.

"Yuya can't hold on any longer, I have to execute my plan as soon as possible." Shun was sitting behind a tree and hiding from Touma's eyesight. He was holding a stone that fits inside his palm. He is patiently watching Yuya's battle and waiting for Touma to expose his blind spot.

"If everything object that exists has a damage measured by the system then..." The moment Touma leaned forward to reach for Yuya and attempting to unleash another explosion. That moment, Touma completely expose his neck. "This stone will definitely do the trick." Not wanting to miss the chance, Shun quickly jumped off his hiding place and forcefully throw the stone at Touma, aiming for his neck.

"Swoooosh!" A satisfying sound was heard after Shun throws the stone in maximum speed. It perfectly landed on Touma's neck that cause him critical damage.

"What the hell just happened?!" Yuya was surprised and confused at the same time. He saw Touma laying on the ground with a broken neck, his HP is too low but still breathing.

"Still alive?!" Shun spoked rushing towards Yuya and handing over a bottle.

"Yeah, what's this?" Yuya gives a confused look.

"Health potion... use that to restore your HP." Shun explained.

"I see." Yuya quickly drank the potion.

"Now then, what should we do about this one?!" Shun pointed at Touma's weakened body.

"Let's hand him ove–"

Before Yuya even finished speaking, a blinding light that brought them on their knees suddenly emerged from Touma's body. Shun felt his body weakened and almost felt a nostalgic sensation.

"Ack!"

"This feels like... back then," Shun doesn't want to remember any of it. He felt his body clinging to the ground as if he was being pulled down by extreme gravity.
