"Is that...Shun?... Did he just..." Yuya mumbled as he saw his best friend chopped off someone's head. Everyone witnessed how Shun singlehandedly defeated a level 26 fighter.
"Stay their and be patient, it's your turn next after killing all of your ants." Shun fearlessly glanced at Touma and without any hesitation he violently swinged his sword to kill all of his remaining underlings.
"You're strong But..with your level..did you really defeated that dungeon boss?!" Touma nervously grinned to hide his frustration.
"I don't know, I think I managed to kill him while I'm asleep!" Shun jokingly replied with a straight place.
"Really, Is that a joke..." Touma nervously laughed.
"Honestly, what I just blurted out was the truth. I don't really know how I managed to defeat that monster. All I can remember is how I almost died and that creepy dream. I don't know if I can even call that a dream, it more like a... nightmare. After waking up, all I saw was dead bodies and the dungeon boss was gone. My broken bones and multiple wounds are also healed. After that, a popped up saying that I've slained the boss appeared in my sight." Shun thought, trying to remember what happened.
"And the weapon that I was holding was also gone and replaced with this dagger." Shun mumbled as he stares at the new weapon in his hand.

"What the hell is that creepy dream?" He murmured as he stares at the new weapon he was holding. "I feel my self stucked in the darkness." Shun completely spaced out, Touma took this chance to attack. He quickly touched the ground below him.
"Watch out," Yuya and Rai shouted in sync.
"Goodbye!" Touma grinned. The ground below Shun suddenly explodes, causing it to collapse.
"Is he dead?" Rai worriedly ask Yuya as they stare at the large hole on the ground.

"What are you grinning for, shit head?!" Touma was startled by the voice suddenly spoked behind him. He turned his head and saw Shun sitting behind him, breathing heavily and coughing.
"His alive," Rai and Yuya pretended to be surprised.
"You shouldn't burry someone alive while having that creepy grin on your face..it's creeping me out. I almost died because of it, by the way." Shun mumbled, while removing the dust from his head and shoulders.
"That was a quick change of personality...the hell happened?" Rai confusingly asked, giving Yuya a curious look.
"Beats me," Yuya crossed his hand and shooked his head.
"Creepy grin? Did you just called me ugly?" Touma angrily screamed at Shun who's peacefully sitting on the ground and busy with his thoughts.
"What the hell was that... just earlier, I felt something creepy inside me that telling me to kill those guys...but now, I am much more calmer." Shun completely spaced out again.
"Don't ignore me!" Touma angrily aimed his hand at Shun and blasted another explosion, but this time it was directly aimed towards Shun.
Yuya pulled his katana and swiftly rushed towards Shun to protect him. "Third Defensive Form: Spinning Tide!" Yuya chanted, engaging into battle.
Large stream of water spinning counter clockwise suddenly appeared in front of him as Yuya rotated his katana. Shun came back from his thoughts, to his surprise he saw that massive amount of water in front of him with atleast 10 feet high and spinning, acting as a barrier.
"What the f*ck!" Even Rai was surprised , he quickly turned his attention to the unconscious Rein and Hana who's also unconscious after using her mana to heal Rein. After a few seconds the water barrier has been deactivated by Yuya. He quickly grabbed Shun and helped him get up.
"Tsk... another annoying brat." Touma shifted his angry glare to Yuya.
"Quit spacing out, we're in a fight!"
"Ohh sorry, I'm just testing my durability." Shun responded.
"Durability? What are you...a gadget!" Yuya jokingly responded and focused his attention to Touma.

"Let's take this somewhere, away from Rein and Hana." Shun suggested. "They might get in danger if we fight him here."
"Good idea!" Yuya agreed. "Touma! Can we fight somewhere" Yuya humbly asked before pointing at the other side of the forest.
"Whaaaat! That's not necess-"
In a blink of an eye, Yuya got in front of Touma and startled him. "Sixth Offensive Form: Roaring Flame of Heaven!" His sword suddenly burns, and in one swift movement Touma was blasted several distance away by the smoldering flame coming from Yuya's blade. The sound of smoldering flames being emitted from Yuya's katana is comparable to a roaring wild beast.
"First water and now...fire!...Yuya is really strong, but..." Shun stared in amazement as he watches Yuya swiftly runs to close the distance between them and Touma. "Crap, that was fast... they're leaving me behind...I can't see them." Shun mumbled.
[NOTICE]
SKILL [RAGE] ACTIVATED
+ 3% Speed
"Now we're talking," Shun finally caught up and suddenly stopped as they reached they're battlefield.
"Is this place okay?" Yuya asked while heavily panting.
"Yeah it's fine, It's seems like you're faster than before, what the hell was that?" Shun heavily panted as he spoked.
"That's my passive skill [Give and take]. Every time I use the defensive form my attack power will increase and Everytime I use the offensive form my speed will increase but in exchange the previous effect will be cancelled." Yuya explained.
"I see but where's the enemy." Shun tried looked around to find Touma.
"Bastard! Unforgivable...you'll pay for it!" Touma keeps on screaming. He went crashing overy single trees along the way, and Shun knows that he's in pain.
"...The hell...he's still alive after that." Shun uttered, he turned his head to locate where the voice is coming from. The moment Shun spotted Touma, he immediately put his guard up. He already know that Touma is serious about killing both of them and he felt even more worried about Yuya.

"Yuya, are you really..."
"It's okay, Shun...Trust me." Yuya replied with a smile. Shun was relieved after receiving the answer. They're ready to attack when suddenly, Touma got in-between them, it was a sloppy but quick move that even Shun failed to notice. He attempted to touch both of them but Yuya managed to dodge and slashes Touma with his katana.
"Huh?" The two quickly jumped back to keep a little distance between him.
"What was that move...just now." Shun mumbled. "Hesy faster than before. A buff?"

Touma was unharmed and his HP just keep on regenerating because of the HP/s bonus stat. "This guy...I'm sure I sliced him, but...his HP is telling me the opposite, what's going on?!" Yuya gives Shun a confused look.
"It must be his magic technique, we gotta figure it out, let's keep attacking!"
"I'm the fighter so I'm going first." Yuya uttered in hurry.
"Wait...Yuya!" Shun shouted.
"Fourth Offensive Form: Spreading Wings of inferno!" In one swing, a massive amount of flames coming from the sword swallowed Touma and the entire forest behind him. The flame is like a devil's wing spreading and it keeps getting larger every second.
The flame was hot enough to even burn the nearby trees without coming in contact with the flames. The flame was too strong that even Shun's HP decreased little by little considering his distance away from the flame. The flame stopped ofter a few seconds and to their surprise, Touma was still standing and alive. He doesn't even have a burn or any signs of damage, for some reasons he looks like unconscious and unable to speak.

"What's up with him? He survived that?" Shun mumbled. "His HP, what's going on?" Shun's eyes widened.
"We need to get away from him." Yuya stated.
"Why?" Shun and Yuya exchange glances.
"He's immune to damage, we're going to die if this continues." Yuya seriously explained at Shun without showing any expression.

Small Chests Are Fine Too
It is an undeniable fact that good things come in small packages. More often than not, it is necessary to trim the fat in order to bring what really matters to the forefront. Having extra bulk may seem like a good idea, but in reality it is merely a crutch that will one day become a hindrance, as it is no substitute for personality nor ability. Indeed, often times it is the small things in life that brighten up our daily lives and constantly remind us exactly why we do the things we do. However, it is important to keep an open mind, for while bigger is not always better, there are also times when it is. This holds especially true when it comes to hopes and dreams, which have been known to require a suitably large container from time to time. And while dreaming big could potentially lead to massive dissapointment, one will never truly reach fulfilment if they think too small. A truth that one small woman with meager aspirations is about to find out. DISCLAIMER: This is a spin-off/side story of my main series, Everybody Loves Large Chests, which is also mandatory reading to understand this one. It runs parallel to the main plot, branching off from the chapter titled Upheaval 2, so there will be spoilers for anyone who hasn't reached that point.

Tryphant Agent's Historical Logs
[Disclaimer: This novel is no longer in continuation since I've found more joy in writing short stories. I'll continue writing about this universe and the world in it, building upon the documents of the Tryphant Agents but in another novel] What is the origin of life? What is the meaning to life? Are we the only intelligent being in this universe? Why haven't we been struct by a catastrophe??? How has the world been so peaceful for such a long time?!!! Is there a hidden force that controls our world from being destroyed?!!! How have we not noticed them!?!!! Am I just delusional??!!!! I'm definetly delusional. These are the questions that mortals often ask and frequently ignore in their life, yet answering these questions will lead a person to the Tryphant Agents. An organization who protects various civiliaztions from destruction time and time again without a single person noticing them. They are an organization that is like time, powerful yet unnoticed. This is the historical logs of the Tryphant Agents. Disclaimer: I'm writing this to fill my world with details and I'm only hoping for this to be a good story. The main core focus is to write characters with life into them, a world where it feels real, and story that is consistent. Don't expect a top tier story because this will be my experimental logs as well where I will try various writing styles. Rather I wish that you hope for a great story instead.

New Paris [a Modern-day LitRPG]
New Paris [OR] I reincarnated into the world of my favorite wuxia novel as an S ranker with unbalanced skills. [Volume 1] - Completed I was one of those people who only stood out in a crowd when their name was called. Then, I died. But instead of heaven, hell, or anything else, I found myself in the body of a young woman whom I did not recognise at first. You see, I had this novel I was obsessed with. The novel was a fairly popular wuxia that got a few sequels, and a handful of spinoffs. One of these spinoffs took place in Paris, where the main cast fought against a multi-millionaire villain. When I woke up after dying, I eventually realised that I was now the third daughter of this multi-millionaire end-game boss in a spin-off of a sequel of my favourite novel. Does this make any sense to you? Because it doesn't to me. But I guess I might as well make the most of it now. Just gotta stay away from some of the more unstable main characters and cut all ties with my 'family' to avoid certain death. [Volume 2] - Currently Airing It had not been a good idea to interfere with the characters of the original novel. Had I known it was going to cause a butterfly effect, I would have stayed in my lane and minded my business. Although, between the suspicious attacks I seem to constantly find myself in the center of, and my 'family' who is the living definition of the expression 'rich pricks', I’m not entirely sure my current predicament would have been avoidable. But maybe it isn't to be avoided; maybe I should embrace this opportunity that has been given to me and become the hero of this story? At least it's certain that I can't do worse than the original protagonist in terms of moral ambiguity; with immortality already in my pocket, and no other useful skills to account for. However, if I were to follow this path, I would have a lot to lose, including an upcoming promotion and my growing relationship with my crush. With power, glory and whatever else on one side, and my wellbeing and happiness on the other, even in this magical wuxia world, the choice is easy to make. CW: graphic descriptions of violence, swearing, implied child abuse, mention and graphic description of suicide
