Tristan slowly opened his eyes. He tried to focussing his vision but he wasn't able to.

He groaned as he dragged himself off the bed groggily. His head started paining like never before. Memories of what had happened during the car crash flooded his mind creating a mess in his brain.

“Shit! Was it a dream? It all seemed so real.”

His headache slowly receded and vision returned to his eyes. Noticing he was in an unfamiliar room he felt a little spooked out.

“Looks like an ordinary bedroom but where am I?”

The door of the bedroom suddenly opened creating a loud noise. A masked man entered the room with a white sheet of paper in his hands.

Tristan's body tensed up at the uninvited guest’s arrival. He got into his regular fighting stance.

“Who are you?” He asked with his voice full of cautiousness.

The masked man simply ignored the question and walked up to Tristan. His body suddenly flickered as he appeared behind Tristan.

Tristan not knowing of what had just happened got even more tensed up.

“Where did he disappear to?”

The masked man lightly touched Tristan’s body. The feather light touch sent waves across Tristan’s body.

His body shook for a moment and stopped moving entirely as if time had stopped.

The masked man’s body flickered again and he reappeared in front of Tristan.

“There is no need to feel alarmed. I have no intention of harming you.” Said the masked man in a voice that sounded like it was altered to prevent recognition.

“I have sealed your body movements completely for a short duration of time as I don't want to waste my time bickering with you.”

The masked man lifted his left hand up in which laid the sheet of paper he had been carrying along with him all this time, he wanted the content of the sheet to be visible to Tristan.

“Please read the contract carefully.”

Tristan was pissed off right now. First he didn't know where he was. Second he didn't know what this man had done to his body. And as if all that wasn't enough now he even had to read a document!

Since Tristan had nothing better to do he decided to read the document but he regretted it soon enough.

‘Wtf! Naruto system tests? Different world? What kind of psychopath am I stuck with?’

The masked man put his hand down.

“I know this might be very confusing but let me explain the situation to you. Our organisation recently made a Naruto system that lets the user become more powerful by using jutsu. We decided to test it on someone before using it on other people and we wanted someone who could do the job.

You fit all criterias perfectly. Homeless, jobless, friendless and no family. Even if you disappeared into thin air no one would give a shit.

After the car accident we brought you here and patched you back up.”

' Wait… that car accident was real?!’

“Now you have two different options. Either you choose to agree to the contract or you don't agree and I break all your bones and send you back to the hospital and pretend that this never happened.

I'll give you a minute, you can take your time and decide.”

‘ take your time? Didn't you just give me one minute? And what's all this breaking bones about? Oh God…. What kind of fucked up situation am I in?’

“Ok. Your time is up.” The masked man snapped his fingers.

Tristan realised that he could finally blink. ‘ I can finally blink! My eyes were paining after reading that ridiculous contract!’

“Please blink once if you agree and twice if you don't.”

Tristan decided to blink once because he didn't want to find out if the psychopath would really break his bones or not. He had no interest in masochism.

Satisfied with Tristan's answer the masked man snapped his fingers again, and this time to open a portal in the middle of the room.

' The fuck?!’

Tristan's body suddenly started flowing in air and the next moment it shot towards the portal like a bullet, leaving the masked man behind.

The portal closed on it's own after a while. The contract had also vanished from the masked man’s hand. He took out another piece of paper which was much smaller and flicked it into the air.

The paper propped itself up in the air and glowed with a faint light.

“Is it done?”

A hoarse voice came from within the paper making the masked man kneel only by hearing it.

“Yes master, the mission is accomplished.”

The person with the hoarse voice laughed with delight as if he had won a lottery.

“Well done, now all we have to do is wait with patience. Hahahahaha!”

“Ahhhhhhhh!!”

Tristan who had just experienced a roller coaster ride for free was now falling at 30 miles per hour towards the ground. Speed slowly increasing…

He was squirming around weirdly in the air, as the poor fellow had never experienced skydiving.

When he was going to hit the ground at god knows what speed, his body came to a sudden stop.

He breathed heavily as he he got up wondering what was going on today.

“I think I might be going crazy….. first a roller coaster and the free fall? Seriously, How am I still alive.”

He looked around to see where he had popped up to now. “Where in the world am i? Is this Africa? There is nothing but vegetation all around here.”

He noticed he was on a cliff right now and sighed a breath of relief. “At Least I didn't fall off the cliff.”

“What was that? Did something go into my ear?”

Tristan smacked his ears a few times to get the irritating sound to settle down.

The world of Helios has three continents. The human continent, the demon continent and the barren continent. You are currently on barren continent where both humans and demons live. You are here for training and till you reach lvl 20. The average level on this continent is - 35.

The barren continent does not have a majority and demons and humans are constantly having wars with each other.
