One week and four days have passed since Stian arrived on the continent of Valhalla, during the time he was sent to this place, It seems that it was the final weeks of the fall as the drops of snow have started falling around the sky.
It may be a problem towards the rest of travelers and merchants or even mercenaries. But the current weather have no effect on Stian due to the Wanderer's Hand that is circling in his body. Adding to that was the fact that the hooded cape coat and the black cloak in Stian's body prevents the cold to seep into his body.
And also the fact that he wouldn't have to worry about his lips freezing due to goggle mask on his face. Though the mask is usually on Stian's face lately, he would take it off when some traveler's are near due to it being hard to to make a transaction towards any merchants due to it being sometimes suspicious.
Right now, Stian is currently on a shade of the tree, charging his camera using the durable solar charger. Since the amount of memory cards in Stian was too much. He decided to check any of them and see if there was any damage and proceed to evaluate the solar lamp and then recheck all of the ammunition inside his backpack as he then cleaned the guns as he use a cloth to gently wipe it inside and see if there was any damage.
The glock 22 handgun's sliding panel was a bit scratched due to it being used to deflect an arrow but nothing too worrying. Dissembling some of the parts, then started checking trigger spring and the recoil while checking the the barrel and cleaning it while making sure that ejection port of the gun would not jammed.

Putting the guns back to their places, He then stared towards the falling snowflakes waiting for the camera and the solar lamp to be fully charged as Stian uses his left hand to grab a snowflake and moved his rights hand to grab it as it slowly evaporated.
Stian grabbed the bracer gloves on his hand as he look at his hand and muttered.
I wonder if it's possible
As Stian started channeling the energy on his left hand as the white energy threads started turning into black smoke threads as it then slowly solidify. Watching the experiment succeed, Stian then thought.
It seems that what this black thread of energy, ability is to be able to turn from just pure energy like gas into a solid. This ''phantom ability '' uses the white energy of the blessing to solidify the energy, the best thing to compare it would be like the evaporated water in the air being freeze into a point that it would turn solid like argument.
Stian then pointed his left palm towards an another tree as he imagines a spike into his hand as it slowly gathers into form and with a slight control of energy, then got propelled due to using a slingshot like effect. Seeing it being a success, Stian the tried concealing the black energy and mixed it with the black energy to reflect the lights of it turning invisible as it also turns solid.
Seeing that It is successful, Stian then move into an another experiment as he then slowly intertwine the black energy thread into making a rope and then solidifying it, Then making the end point of the rope sharp as it sticks on the bracer gloves and the black energy ropes wraps on the bracer.
Controlling the threads, the blacken ropes of energy then move as Stian wills and then launch forward the moment Stian pointed it towards the tree. Like a grappling hook, Stian then use the rope to quickly climb up the tree and swing back down.

Though the forming of the rope was a bit slow, It still can be use as something to grab on something or use to hunt an enemy down or to make various traps using it as the main material.
With these possible options, Stian look happy at the possibility of having more use of the wanderer's hand quickly pleased him. With these he can reinforce his equipment's and also put protection on his body in case of any danger.
The Wanderer's Hand really is a blessing to those who wander. After all, such power that can be used in situations is very useful in terms of protection, safety and trivial work that needs to be done.
Before long, the camera and the solar lamp have finally been fully charged, At the same time the snow started falling as the snowflakes slowly covers the road in white. Stian stand up as he take a step towards the road and readying himself as he enters the place known as Snowspring.
