In a certain part of the Caskvalor Kingdom, there was a relatively large village close to the sea called the Clave Village. In there, a certain family lived. They are a family of three, a father, a mother and a child. They are the Raunne Family.

12 years ago, when the Raunne Kingdom was destroyed, the princess eloped with her commoner lover and moved to the village. They didn't have enough time to get outside the country, so they lived in the remote part of the Caskvalor Kingdom. They eventually got married and became family. Later, the princess gave birth to a child named Nemo Raunne. Even with her kingdom destroyed, the princess still lived a very happy life with her family.

However, one day-

"Mama, Papa, me and my friends are going to play! I'll be back in a while!" said Nemo.

"Alright, stay safe, okay?" "Don't stay out too late." Both her parents said.

"Yes!" Nemo said with a cheerful smile on her face.

In a small forest near the Clave Village

"Ready or not, here I come!" Nemo shouted, moving her eyes off the tree. She started looking around, finding her target. They were playing hide and seek.

Sometime later "Mia, found you!" "Lloyd, found you!" "Lea, found you!" "Eric, found you!" "Chloe, found you!" Nemo shouted, finding her friends.

"Haaa, that was fun, I'm tired so let's head back" the boy named Eric said.

"Yes! I can't wait to eat my grandma's cooking!" the boy named Lloyd replied, raising his arms in the air.

"I guess we should go then" the girl named Mia said.

"Alright, bye everyone!" the girl named Lea said.

"Yeah, bye!" the girl named Chloe said.

"Okay! Then let's head bac-" Nemo was about to finish saying that when suddenly, a black smoke rising in the air appeared in her field of vision.

"Hey guys! What's that!? Did the village got on fire!?" Nemo shouted in a panic.

"Oh no! Let's head back quickly!" Lea said.

"Yes!" Hey all agreed quickly.

When they arrived in the village, they saw the villagers getting slaughtered by a group of men. Upon seeing this, all of them became scared.

"W-what the... no wait! You guys! I'm gonna find my mama and papa! So I'll spit up with you all!" said Nemo, her eyes almost tearing up.

"Yeah, I'm also going to find my family, so let's all split up." Mia said, trying to keep her calm.

"Yes!" All of them agreed.

Once Nemo returned to her house, she found her parents laying on the floor, full of red blood. Once Nemo saw them, she couldn't help but cry in despair.

She quickly moved close to them.

"Mama! Papa! Are you alright!?" Nemo yelled while shaking their bodies.

"Ne... mo.... run... you must..... live.." her father said weakly.

"Take this... Nemo... this is my.. last gift for... you.. This is goddess Ceres' gift.... to our ancestors in the Holy Era... Our royal family... didn't know how to use it.. but someday.. I know you can.. " her mother said, giving her a golden token with a crest engraved on it. "Just remember.. that me and your papa... will always... love you.." after saying those words, their hearts stopped beating.

"Mama! Papa!" Nemo cried in agony. After a while, she grabbed the token, put it in her pocket, and run out of the house. However, she was blocked by a muscular man. She tried to run away but the man grabbed her and dragged her with him. Before she was caught, she tried fighting the man with the martial arts she learned from her parents, but the difference in physique is just too big. She tried to resist and free herself, but her struggle was in vain.

The surroundings were full of dead villagers, some where impaled by dozens of spears, some have their heas hanged, and the others were crucified. They were a very horrible sight that a normal person would get traumatized when they see it.

The man suddenly shouted to his surrounding companions-

"Kill all of them! Take only the children below 20 years of age!"

After half an hour, the men burned down the village.

And thus, the Clave Village was erased off the map.

It's been more than a week

Nemo and the other children from the Clave Village was getting dragged out of the ship that the men, which was actually pirates, used.

Their bodies were full of bruises, their hands were chained, and they were all exhausted for traveling into the sea with a minimum amount of food. Their eyes also look dead.

"Hehe, we had a great harvest this time!"

"The blood of those bandits must be boiling right now, having their prey stolen! Hahaha!"

"These kids are gonna sell a high price!"

The pirates laughed, while conversing with each other.

Nemo was looking at them, her eyes full of hatred. However, she couldn't do anything because she was weak.

However, to her surprise, the pirates suddenly fell into the ground one by one. Nemo was surprised, and saw that the pirates' forehead has a hole in them.

Nemo and the other children looked around as to why this happened, but they couldn't see anything.

*BOOMM!! BOOOM! BOOMM! BOOM!

Suddenly, a series of explosion can be heard from the pirates' base, Nemo and the others were surprised to see that the base was on fire.

And then, a black silhouette landed in front of them. It's whole body is made out of pitch black metal. There are also a crimson glow in it's eyes and other lines surrounding it's body. However, what surprised them the most is that the figure have the same height and stature as them. It's as if it is a child.

"Are you alright?" The black metallic figure suddenly said. It's metal head retracted and what was inside it was a face of a handsome young man with black hair and crimson eyes, he is also around the same age as Nemo, who is 10 years old.
