All of a sudden, a boy screamed. The boy grabbed his head tightly, his headache was too painful to ignore.

Then, a vision of divine-like silhouettes gathering at the center of a large hall appeared on his head.

After a few minutes, the pain stopped.

(What.. was that? Huh? Did I just regained my memories from my previous life?) the boy thought, as he tried to remember what had happened to him before his death in his past life.

Earlier, back on Earth-

"The alien's ship is arriving on Earth in 46 minutes! Prepare yourselves soldiers! This is gonna be war!"

The time was 12 o'clock, it is summer vacation, in the middle of a mountain, a certain boy was shouting. He seems to be in the middle of his monologue.

"The alien's laser canons have destroyed most of our bases all over the world! We're gonna lose, is this the end of humanity!?"

Yes, as most of you have already guessed, this certain boy, who has black hair and handsome features, is a 'chuunibyou', or some might call an 8th grade syndrome. If you are unfamiliar with this word, 'chuunibyou' is what you call people, especially young ones, who acts as if they are a character of a certain story, be it fantasy, sci-fi or anything else. It is their delusions or imagination, or something along those lines. And the boy we are talking about now is one of those types of people.

"Ahh! The world is ending! Is this... the APOCALYPSE!?"

Since it is summer vacation, the classes are closed, and the boy we are talking about is Kiryuin Asahi, a highschool student. Although he is a chuunibyou, in the perspective of other people, he is a handsome honor student with a decently high grade. He is also popular. He even got a girlfriend, or maybe it would be appropriate to call it an 'ex-girlfriend' now, but lets leave that story for another time.

As for why someone like him became popular, it's because he hides his hobbies from other people, and only shows them his 'honor student' image. His parents died when he was young to even remember them, so he was raised in an orphanage. And doing a part-time job, he somehow managed to live a rather decent life. And that explains why he is in the middle of the mountains now.

"Ahh... the end is near.. you won, aliens.. but don't think you can conquer Earth eas-!!"

Suddenly, while Asahi is in his delusions, he suddenly saw a vision of a place similar to a paradise, it was like his memories are flashing back to him.

(I saw it again! What was that? I've been seeing that vision for a while now..)

But suddenly, he felt a very severe pain in his heart. It was so painful that he got knocked down into the ground and began screaming.

"AAHHHHH!!"

But unfortunately, since he was in the middle of the mountains, away from civilization, no one can hear him.

(Am I having a heart attack right now!?)

The boy thought.

And thus, the boy collapsed, and his heart stopped beating. A second later, his body made a dim glow, then a few moments later, the glow vanished, leaving behind a dead body.

The planet of Celaen, in a certain continent, a boy suddenly collapsed.

(What.. was that?)

After waking up, the boy found himself laying down on top of a bed.

"Are you alright, Young Master?" a girl standing beside him asked.

(What.. are you talking about..? Huh, wait a second, was that the memories of my previous life? Did my memories came back to me just now!?)

And that is how Kiryuin Asahi, a chuunibyou highschool student got reincarnated.

"You had worried us back there, Young Master. What happened to you?" asked one of the maids.

(I can't tell them that I remembered my memories of my previous life, can I?)

"Nothing at all, I just got tired of training, that's all." Asahi replied, while smiling nicely at the maids. "I'm going to rest for a bit, so you can get outside for now."

"Yes, young master" then the maids got outside. When they were gone, Asahi got up and looked at himself in the mirror. What reflected in it was a body of a 10 year old boy, but his face was the same as the one he got back on Earth. The only difference is that his face now is a little more handsome, and his eyes that was supposed to be black, is now crimson.

(I got no people close enough for me to miss in my previous life, so I'm not actually that sad to end up like this. And besides, don't you think this red eyes are kinda cool? And my name now is also the same as the name I had in my previous life.)

(What is bothering me though is the visions that keeps flashing into my mind when I was still on Earth. The place in the vision is like a Utopia. Is that also my previous life? But I think that place is too sacred for mortals to live. It's like a home for gods.. Well, there's no point thinking about it. I might as well live my life here!)

The world Asahi lives now is called Celaen. In the continent of Oveigon, there is a Kingdom in the outskirts called Memino Kingdom. The Memino Kingdom also has the support of the 8 Great Clans by it's side. The 8 Great Clans has a status similar to a Duke. And one of the 8 Great Clans is the Kiryuin Clan, and Asahi is one of it's young masters.

Although he was a young master, he is just adopted to the Main Kiryuin Clan because one of his Adoptive Father's closest aid, his real father, that came from the Kiryuin Clan's branch clan, died in battle. He was around 2 years old back then, and his real mother died while giving birth to him, so his Adoptive mother and father sheltered him.

Even when he has 2 exceptional step siblings, he was still being treated well by the Kiryuin Clan, except for his sister, Kiryuin Hatsuki. But he wasn't being bullied to the point that he wants to kill her. It's more like a very strict military officer disciplining a very weak soldier. When he was practicing swordsmanship, Hatsuki, who is a year older than him, shows up out of nowhere from time to time and beat him to pulp, while saying 'you're too weak!' 'Is this all you got?' and something along those lines. She is also acts very aggressive towards him at home.

"Father, Mother, Mother and Big Brother has work to do in the capital, and Hatsuki is going off somewhere again. I guess I'm alone right now"

Asahi said mother twice because his Adoptive Father, the Kiryuin Clan's Head has two wives, and he loves them equally together. And polygamy is common in this world, so it is nothing surprising.

The Memino Kingdom has a civilization similar to the Taisho period of Japan. So his surroundings also has a Japanese style. Asahi sat down on his bed and thought of something to do.

"Magic exists in this world, maybe I can use it too. Alr-!"

Suddenly, he saw a vision of the paradise he always see. The only difference right now is that there are silhouettes that looks divine floating around. Asahi's eyes turned wide open. And a smile appeared in his face.

"Is this my power? 'Creation' is it?"

The moment Asahi saw the vision, he obtained the power called 'Creation'. No, it's not obtained, it's more like he remembered how to use the power of Creation. And the vision he saw also feels nostalgic, it's as if it was his own memories.

Asahi put his arms in front of him and visualized a gun called 'Dessert Eagle' that he often see in shooting games. A moment later, it appeared out of thin air and was placed in his hands.

"Wow, why does this feel nostalgic?"

The moment he used Creation, he felt like it was a power he had always used before. The feeling of familiarity came to him. It's as if he finally found the precious treasure he had long lost.

"Hehehe, now this is gonna be fun."
