《Exceptional Normalcy (A Pokemon Fanfiction)》CH1 - Don't shout out into the air...it laughs back

I could feel the sun blazing into my face and the freezing wind chilling me to the bone. I was slowly waking up. I blearily looked around me and blinked a couple of times to get a better sight of my surroundings.
"Yep, still on Olym-. I mean Spear Pillar."
My sleep was far from perfect. It was cold, the floor hard. Not to forget the feeling of being watched. To make it short, I felt like shit. I took out my phone from my pocket and came to the conclusion that electronics and space-time-travel don't go too well with each other. I stood up and began the day with stretching and believe me, you would do it too after sleeping here.
After a few minutes of doing just that, I once again tried to find anything on this monument. Well, there were a few inscriptions on the walls, old signs of battle everywhere and the occasional pair of eyes I saw from the corner of my vision. I only knew of 4 things that could possibly stalk me in this location. And all of them would mean trouble for me. One of them I already met and Palkia didn't seem so interested in me.
So it could be:
1)The pokemon equivalent of Chronos.
2)The Pokemon Devil.
3)Or the creator himself.
I didn't want to meet any of them like never. //Ok, you can do this. It is only a possibly legendary existence...I will so totally die.//
"Excuse me, whoever you are. If you have time to stalk me, could you also please waste it with helping me off this mountain? Because if you don't, you will only find a starved corpse on this place in the near future."
I could hear a laughter in the background. At least it seemed amused with my antics. I once again felt the presence of something ancient engulfing me. My vision was getting blurry I could only make out a few words |...destin...peace...g...uck|.

I was floating, drifting through the air. So fast but still safe. I felt myself landing and hitting hard concrete. I could make out a voice, it was shouting something and soon after, two hands touching and feeling all over my body. Someone was lifting me up and carrying me somewhere. Loud noises and the shaking of my body as I was carried to who knows where. I blacked out, but it couldn't be for long, because soon after I could hear a new voice shouting at someone. The former person was shouting back. I was placed on a soft surface and could feel myself drifting back to sleep.

White Mage in Another World [Pre-Redux]
[This is the old version of the story before my drastic rewrite. it still has mostly the same plot and some of the characters are the same, but almost everything else is different. If you are really curious you can read this version but its barely worth reading in my opinion.] A young woman named Andromeda is taken from her world to another filled with fantasy and magic. She finds that she can use "Medical" type magic and becomes a white mage.

Folly of Heroes

Some problems just can't be escaped, even with death. In a world constantly pushing against nature to expand human civilisation, Vella throws herself into the recently rediscovered magic of old. Being physically young, she finds herself constantly needing to prove her worth whether if it's to the Martial Arts Academy, the Guild, or her very own parents.

My Isekai
For those not familiar with the isekai genera, this story is about a man waking up in an unknown world. The story follows his journey and life in this world, which does not only look different on the surface, but the common norms and values of this world are very alien to the modern western mindset. How will this average western person respond to such a world, and how will it change him. For those familiar with isekai, this is a western take on a predominantly Japanese story format. It draws a lot of inspiration from Japanese isekai, but it also tries to tackle a lot of tropes that might be annoying to the western mindset. The story is not written for young boys as the story tries to take a mature take on some typical clichés and assumptions made by both the typical writer and reader of the genera.
