《My RPG System》Chapter 7: ID

The trip to the government ID office was only a mile or so away from the house, in the middle of the city. By the time we left, the city was starting to get up and ready for the day for the most part. Most shops were getting ready to open and traffic through the city was starting to increase. However, we managed to arrive in 20 minutes, before the office got way too busy. The building we entered was about 5,000 square feet, 2 stories, and made of a silver material, I believe to be called adamantium, one of the strongest metals on the planet. Inside the building, I noticed everything inside was made of the same material as well with the same color. It looked pristine. There were dozens of desks inside with workers behind them doing their work. besides that, there were chairs as well not too far away for people to wait. Upon entering, people had to take a number from beside the chairs and wait to be called on. Thankfully, we left early and got number 4. We did not have to wait at all. As soon as we pulled the number, someone yelled out number 4, desk 4.
We proceeded to head over to the designated desk. When we got there, I studied the person behind. It was a young woman, about 20 years old. She had brown hair that went just past her shoulders. She had light blue eyes, thin eyebrows and a smooth white face. She was a bit past 5 foot 8. She wore a white blouse with the top 2 buttons undone showing a bit of her C-sized cleavage. The black skirt she wore showed off her firm thighs and shapely hips. As soon as we were in front she gave a bright smile and looked at us.
Woman: "Good morning. My name is Christy. what can I do you for this morning?
Mom: "Our boy here just awakened last night, so we are here to get his ID. Could you help us?"
Christy looked over at me and gave a smile.
Christy: "Of course. I will be glad to help such a handsome young man."
I felt my face heat up at that comment. Christy immediately noticed my face and gave a light chuckle before she bent over to pull something from under the desk. when she did that, a bi more of her assets were visible and i had to look away before my nose started to bleed. God, she was pretty. of course, my parents noticed my reaction and they grinned. before I could tell them to shut up, Christy popped back up with something in her hand. It was a round, clear, crystal roughly 6 inches in diameter. I was pretty sure it was the analyzer stone I was told of before. Her next words confirmed my guess.

Christy: "This is the analyzer stone. This stone will measure your rank and combat power, as well as analyze body when you drip some of your blood on it. After the information is recorded with it, we will produce an ID card for you with that information in which you will bind with it with a another drop of blood. This allows for your ID card to change as needed so you will not have to come back here every time your status changes. We will also produce another card for our records. The process for this is only a couple minutes. Do you have any questions before we start?"
Me: "No, ma'am. Let's get started."
Christy: "What a polite young man. Alright. Give me your hand. I am going to give it a bit of a poke to draw some blood. It will sting for a second, so please bear with it."
I nodded and extended my left hand toward her. She took it with a smile and turned it palm up. My god. Her skin felt so smooth and warm. I couldn't help and imagine what the rest of her body felt like. Before my thoughts spiraled towards lewdness, I focused on her actions. She took a small needle and quickly poked my pointer finger with it. she then gently squeezed the area she poked until a bit of blood showed up.
Christy: "Alright. Just touch the stone with your finger and the process will start."
I did what she said. As soon as my blood touched the stone, it was absorbed inside and the stone gave a low hum and lit up with a white light. As this was going, Christy grabbed my hand again. She placed her palm over the bleeding finger. A second later I noticed light coming from her palm and enter my hand followed my a warm comfortable feeling. A couple seconds later, it was gone and she let go. I checked my finger and noticed that the poke was healed. I looked at her with gratefulness.
Me: "Thanks. You can heal. That's awesome."
Christy: "Your welcome, and Thanks. I have the power of light and it took a bit of time to learn, but I can heal with it now. On that note, you should know that the stone will not reveal your ability, so we have to put that on the card manually. However, as of a month ago, this information is not a requirement anymore. The government will however pay to know one's ability if you wish to let it be disclosed. As for the reason why they are doing this, I do not know. They pay is 100 gold. So, will you disclose the information?"

This was new. Heck, this was a bit suspicious. The government wanting to know someones personal info. That is nothing new, even in my other life. However, they were not forcing it. Something is definitely going on. My ability was unique. No one has ever heard of anything like it before, so they might be interested in it. Or maybe not. This would be a gamble. Oh, to the hell with it. If a problem arises because of it, I will be strong enough to handle it. Give myself a little pressure.
Me: "I will disclose it. The name of my ability is RPG system.
Christy looked intrigued. She should, as like I said, it is unique.
Christy: "Well, can't say that I have heard of that one before. D you mind if you explain it a bit. Don't worry. That part will not be recorded. They just want the name so you do not have to be concerned about that. It is fine if you do not want to explain. I'm just a bit curious."
I shook my head and lightly chuckled.
Me: "I can explain a bit. After all, you explained about yours. The best way I can explain is that I can use all the elements to infuse them into my body and strengthen myself as well as use them. That is one of the uses of the ability. The others are way more complicated and take way too much time to explain. I hope that answers your question."
Christy: "Wow. All the elements? I have heard of people who use more then 1. I have even met someone who can use 4 elements, but all of them? That is awesome. Also, yes, that was plenty. Thanks for satisfying my curiosity. Oh, and the stone should be just about done now. Let's take a look shall we."
We looked over at the stone and just as she said, the stone was finishing up. The light dimmed down and hen went clear again. a second later, two small cards, the size of credit cards appeared next to it. Christy reached over and grabbed them. She handed one to me which I took. On it, was a picture of me, and information including a physical description with height, weight, hair color and all that jazz. It also included my name and age as well as birth date. Amazing. There was also a section for ability which was blank. I looked at Christy. She was still looking at the other card with curiosity and to make sure everything was fine with it, I guess.
Christy: "Wow. Already an E-rank. 106 CP. Alright. Looks good, Aug."
I nodded and smiled.
Me: "So, what do I need to do now? Bind it right?"
Christy: "Yes. Hand please."
it was the same we process we did with the stone. It took no more than 30 seconds.
Christy: "Now, since you want to disclose the name of your ability, we will do that now. all you have to do is hold the cards in your hand and focus on the ability section. Then, think of the ability name and it will pop up on the card. go ahead and try."
I grabbed the cards and did what she said. surprisingly, what she said worked. The name of the ability showed up on both cards the second I thought of it. So cool. after that was done, I handed one of the cards to Christy.
Me: "All done right?"
Christy: "All done. Good to go. Be sure to visit me sometime. You are quite interesting."
I blushed a little and she chuckled along with my parents.
Me: "You too. I will visit when I have the time. I'll see you later. "
She gave me a wink at that.
Christy: "You better."
I nodded. With that, me and my parents left the building, heading towards home and my first training session.

Fragments from the Wildlands
“Your first death is always the hardest.” Miguela was the third-born child of a well-off merchant family and knew from around the time she could speak that her life’s path was already decided. She was to become an Orator, as was Xandran tradition. However, Miguela had an affinity with the magikal arts and somehow found herself studying at the Academy. She did just enough to keep up with her studies but never found the motivation to apply herself and “reach her potential,” as her instructors often said. It was not that Miguela was uninterested in the arts. Rather, she knew her time at the Academy ultimately did not matter. Whenever Miguela returned home, she would become an Orator, and that would be that. Or so she believed until, one day, an opportunity appeared that would change her life. Miguela was offered the chance to join a research team tasked with a mission of the utmost importance to the future of the Five Kingdoms. She could not turn down the prospect of regaining control of her life and finally finding a purpose for herself. Of course, Miguela might soon discover that offers that appear too good to be true are usually fraught with lies. Welcome to Five Kingdoms of Cordizal! Question: What is the Five Kingdoms of Cordizal? I often get asked this type of question about my stories by friends, bloggers, and potential readers. The Five Kingdoms of Cordizal is a high-fantasy epic universe that is the setting for most of my stories. The foundation of the universe is its multicultural, multiracial setting with several sentient races attempting to carve their legacy and survive. The world is fully fleshed out and vibrant with a rich and mysterious history not based on Tolkien mythology. This brings me to magic. To me, magic is an essential part of the fantasy genre, so, of course, there is magic in the Five Kingdoms universe. However, one critical part of the Five Kingdoms universe is that magic is an abundant commodity that is a part of everyday life and not some plot device used to drive the story. In short, the Five Kingdoms universe is the setting of epic fantasy stories with deep characters and world-building. I try to tell as many different types of stories as possible in the universe, and hopefully, you can find something for you in it.
