《I Became An Adventurer》Chapter 11 - Blood-red Castle

Tsubuki had reported back to the guild about a suspicious person at the forest, she had told them there were no creatures or people near or in the forest. Damion went to buy a silver sword as vampires were vunerable to silver. Both Damion and Tsubuki took a week of preparation and observation of the castle before going inside.
A week later....
"Okay from my observations, no one has left the castle the whole week and there seems to be two strong auras inside but we can probably kill them." Damion explained to Tsubuki the plan of getting into the castle wtihout being noticed. Damion's skeleton smiths had finally finished forging all the armour and weapons for his other skeleton warriors, Ezra had also informed Damion that he sensed another Lich among the two strong aura's in the castle. Damion had fully prepared his skeleton warriors on how to deal with other skeletons, Leon the head skeleton warrior had trained the others in swordsmanship that would equal to at least siilver rank tier 2 adventurers.
"So tomorrow morning we will sneak into the castle using concealment and try to kill both of the two creatures living there?" Tsubuki had confirmed her final questions with Damion and both of them settled the plan for tomorrow's battle in the castle.
"My lord, what if it gets too dangerous, the Lich I sense might have a greater power than even you." Ezra was worried about his master who was still knew in controlling the dead entering such a dangerous place.
"Ezra don't worry I studied all the weaknesses of vampires already and I know that Lichs are weak to light magic from the battle with you." Damion prepared fully and thought about many scenarios if he were to be cornered. Damion also had a dragon which breathed fire, if worse came to worse, Damion would torch the whole castle and the battle would be near the afternoon when the sun would be at its brightest.

"Well I need to be at full alert tomorrow, I need to sleep."
The next morning....
Damion woke up early to double check all his equipment and went to the spot that him and Tsubuki were supposed to meet.
"Your early." Tsubuki had finally met up with Damion and both of them procceded to make their way to the castle.
It was early afternoon when they reached near the castle. Damion and Tsubuki needed to hide their presence to not be noticed by the enemies.
[Concealment activated]
"Okay let's go, follow me. Stick close behind me" Damion led the way while Tsubuki followed from behind.
The castle was a bit broken down so there were a few holes that led into the inside, Damion and Tsubuki succesfully entered the castle without being noticed as know monsters had come to meet them. What they wanted to do now is find a way that led to the top of the castle that radiated all the sinister aura and confront them with Tsubuki's fire magic. Damion wanted to use his new dragon to set fire the whole top of the castle and finish it quick but it would be way too obvious from far away that a dragon was there and alert other adventurers to come to the castle.
Tsubuki used some pathfinding magic to find the way to the top of the castle.
"Okay, I found a way to the top. Follow me." Tsubuki now led the way to the castle. Damion had found many skeletons laying around throughout the castle on the way to the top
At the top of the castle...
"My lord I was not sure that there were intruders just now but I am undoubtedly sure that there are two and I sense one of my kind among them." A lich with spikes all around his body was kneeling down to a throne in front of him, blood-red eyes were shot from the throne and a white smile with two sharp teeth emerged.

"Lepan if you take care of these two yourself, you may make both of them your new servants. Now go! Use the surrounding bones in the castle." The mysterious figure put his hand out and the door from his throne opened.
"Aha, yes Lord Orpheus." The Lich felt honoured that his lord had left the two intruders to him, he exited his lord's throne room and went to dealt with the two trespassers.
"Lord Damion, I sense another Lich coming this way. It seems he saw through your concealment." Ezra alerted Damion who quickly turned and grabbed Tsubuki by the waist and jumped out of a nearby window in the castle.
"What-" Tsubuki surprised by Damion's sudden action.
"Put me down. What do you think your doin-?" Tsubuki's face was slightly red.
[Greater Strength activated]
[Heightened Sense activated]
[Elemental Enchantment: Holy Light Dual Blades activated]
Damion was in battle position, his muscles became tense. A spear came from the castle entrance at high speeds heading towards Tsubuki, Damion rushed and deflected the spear. A cloud of dust came up from the force of the spear which appeared to travel back to the castle entrance.
"Ha Ha Ha, I guess I was right about one of my own being here! You went out of the castle because you did not want to have a battle against with both my master and I." A Lich emerged from the darkness of the castle entrance.
[Apraisel activated]
Damion looked at the level of this Lich.
[Lepan: Level 90 Class: Lich Necromancer]
"Hmm, you really are an interesting one. Let's see you handle this then." The Lich had a cackle and summoned almost 300 skeleton warriors that had levels near level 40. Damion had 40 soldiers that were nearing to level 50 while the Lich had numerous but average-leveled skeletons.
"Damion what is he talking about one of his own kind?" Tsubuki looked around as they were surrounded by skeleton soldiers.
"I don't think I can handle this alone. No choice, everyone except Ronrir come out!" At the order Damion's skeleton warriors were summoned, all decked out with proper armour and swords, sheilds, spears and maces. Damion had also marked their armour with red to help the difference of other skeleton soldiers. In terms of quality and level, Damion's skeleton's were the better group but The Lich, Lepan, had an overwhelming amount of skeletons that could match a Copper rank Tier 1.
"What is happening?" Tsubuki was confused from what was happening, she saw Damion summon out skeletons similar to a lich.
[Telepathy activated]
"Tsubuki listen i'll explain everything later, just focus on fighting the Lich. The skeletons with the red marks are my soldiers, attack the ones without them." Damion spoke through telepathy to Tsubuki.
Tsubuki slapped her cheeks and began to focus, all she knew was that Damion was on her side. All her questions would be answered after this battle, so she readied all her magic.
The real battle has begun!
