Seeing everyone talk about them, Felix and Squad got excited and confused at the same time. They were wondering about the reason behind the fear and this whole idea of 'Outlanders' while on the other hand, they were curious and excited to see these new races which were totally different, be it their looks or the physical structure.

"Be quiet you lowly plebs! Get back to your pointless works" One of the golden-armored Soldiers yelled at the crowd and waved his hand, sending a bunch of them flying.

"Let's get moving kids," Said the five-man squad leader while storing away the magical carpet in his storage ring.

"Yes, Sir!" Five of them replied in unison.

Along with the kids, they walked towards the gigantic gate. From ground level, the wall top edge was not visible because of the clouds(fog?). Near the gates, two statues of griffin were standing, one on each side while 7ft tall Guards were standing under their shadow. They were clad in full-body armor and had a silver-colored longsword as their weapon. They posture was fixed, just like a mountain.

The enormous gate was made up of black stone which was reinforced with Iron. It was rectangular at bottom and circular at the top with a Flame symbol engraved on it.

"Open the gates!" The Squad leader commanded.

"As you wish, Eastern Flame Lord" One of the left replied and took out his longsword from his back. The guard on the right also followed his action.

"Ready?" LHS Guard asked.

"Ready!" RHS Guard replied.

"Insert!"

Both of them raised their longsword and inserted in it the small slit which was just below them. After inserting their sword, they twisted it at the same time.

Numerous red lines emerged from both slit and covered new the gate. The moment red lines made contact with the gate, red runes and pattern started to form across it. Runes started to glow and rotate rapidly, emitting intense red light and finally, the ginormous gate started to open.

Dust and small pieces of rocks crumble down from the gate as it separated into two half and moved sideways, entering into the walls.

"Tiger?" Called Eastern Flame Lord and one of the squad members came forward and kneeled in front of him.

"What do you want, Caption?" Tiger asked respectfully.

"Take these kids and send them to Karsen or Oliver. According to my prediction, they must be doing that stuff... you know about it, right? Yes, So take them to their house and make sure to knock or else... " Explained Eastern Flame Lord.

"Understood Captain!" Embarrassed, Tiger replied.

The Draco Kingdom was founded by a Female cultivator, Priyanka Draco, who also went by the name 'Aqueous Immortal'. After 80 years of foundation, she was nowhere to be seen, she vanished, never to seen again.

There was a lot of predictions but none of them were backed with concrete proof. One of the most famous prediction was that she got abducted by the Demon Monarch but that rumor was suppressed by external force.

It's been 900 years since its foundation day and it's is growing since then. The Imperial city which was once the entire kingdom was now just the central part of it. The Imperial was built along the banks of modest rivers and is truly an architectural metropolis. Its elegance is matched by the backdrop of a dormant volcano which has helped shape the city to what it is today.

The materials these volcanoes brought were of great importance, but they were also influential when it came to architectural designs as the vast majority of buildings have been built with volcanic rocks and similar looking materials.

Many different cultures have left their mark not just on trade and relations, but also upon the city's identity. What historically was a city of predictability has grown into an amalgamation of differences and it's this that unites the 97 million people to this day.

The so-called Imperial city was divided into 3 circular section. In other words, the entire circular region was divided into three section and these sections were separated with the help of walls.

The outer most section was meant for those who stood out from the crowd but not too special. The place at the majority of the surface area and the most populated section too. The average strength for this section was above the peak Qi condensation and below Mid Phantom Zone.

The middle section was meant for those who had strong families with a long history. These Families Joined or settled near the Imperial city during its prosperous years and monopolized certain businesses. The average strength for this section was above low Phantom Zone and below Mid Sky Immortal.

Finally, the innermost section was reserved for Imperial Family and other important families. These families were founded by the alpha males who grew up with Priyanka Draco. Most of them liked her but got rejected by her. To console themselves, they settled here. The population of this section is around 38 thousand.

The Imperial city has two branches, one located in the middle section is called as 'Pedo Imperial Academy' and the other one in the Inner section is called as 'Shorta Imperial Academy'. Every year, the Pedo Imperial Academy allows new admissions and a well-planned exam is conducted.

Those who clear the exam to get the golden opportunity to study there and when someone reaches Earth Immortal realm, they get promoted and become the core student or the student of Shorta Imperial Academy. Every year, only a few students with heaven-defying talent get promoted.

Pedo Imperial Academy has three types of student and they are Pseudo Student, Outer Student and Inner Student. These types are based on the cultivation levels :

Taking age constant*[15years old]

Pseudo Student: Students who have Cultivation above the 6th level of Body strengthening and below the 6th level of Ignite Mode. Usually the spoiled brats from rich families who join the Academy with the help of recommendation and links.

Outer Student: Students who have Cultivation above the 7th level of Ignite Mode and below the 9th level of Qi Condensation. Usually the diligent students with bad talent or average talent. Their future is not that good but good enough to live happily and make a perfect harem with average looking girls or boys.

Inner Student: Students who have Cultivation above the 1st level of Phantom Zone and so one. Usually, the students who have a bright future and their talents are heaven-defying. They are basically the future Immortals and they can get anything they want, be it a Harem filled with otherworldly beauties or lolis, be it worldly desires, be anything. They can like and promote Yaoi or Yuri, the public will still respect them.
