The smell of Clorox and medicine fills my nostrils as my senses begin to come back. I slowly open my eyes and am met with bright lights. Once I am able to adjust my eyes to light I look around at my surroundings.

"Adrian?" I ask and the sleeping man next to me wakes up.

"Jane you're awake." Adrian states with a smile. He pressed the button for the doctor before turning to me. "I was so worried. Trust me Jane I didn't do anything with Leila it was al-"

I connect our lips into one sweet kiss in order for him to stop talking.

"I know you didn't," I answer as I caress his cheek. "I knew the moment you woke up and the confusion in yours eyes told me everything. I just needed her to believe that I was hurt so I could get out of there safely for..."

Adrian lays his hand on my stomach that had a small bump that had formed. "For our baby, I know the doctor told me."

"I wanted to surprise you on the day of our wedding." I state and he smiles down at me.

"So yesterday when I told you that I wanted to start a family with you-"

"It made me the happiest girl alive." I reply.

"When did you find out you were pregnant?" Adrian asks.

"It was a few days before the rehearsal dinner. I wasn't sure so I asked your mom if she could get me a pregnancy test. It came out positive so then I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Oliver to make sure." I explain. "He did an ultrasound and I was one month pregnant with our beautiful babies."

"Babies?" Adrian asks with knitted eyebrows.

I smile up at him. "We are having twins."

Adrian grins before connecting our lips. He places his forehead on mine as we smile.

"You've made me the happiest man alive." Adrian states.

He then gets on one knee and pulls out a small black box. "I know that you've already said yes but I wanted to do it the right way. Jane, from the moment you stepped foot into my life you've changed it for the better. You mended the relationship I had with my brother. You showed me what true love is. And you've given me the best gift any man could ask for, our little babies. Jane can you make my life full and marry me?"

I can't hold the tears of happiness and I nod before Adrian slides on the gold ring with diamonds decorating it.

"You know you didn't have to buy another ring." I state as we pull away from our kiss.

"The first ring kind of got lost during the accident," Adrian replied. "And this ring signifies our love and how real it is."

I smile up at him and peck his lips.

"I'm glad to see your awake Jane." The doctor states as he enters the room. "How are you feeling?"

"A bit tired but good." I answer. "Are my babies alright?"

The doctor smiles and nods. "They are perfect."

I rub my small baby bump and smile. "I am glad my little beans are alright."

"I'll get you your discharge papers." The doctor states. "I need you to be stress free for the health of your babies. If you feel bad or extremely dizzy come back here."

We nod before the doctor leaves. "I'm glad the three of you are alright."

"What happened with Leila?" I ask Adrian as we neared the house. "Oscar told me she got away with Damon's help."

"She did." Adrian answered. "She's the one that caused your accident. But the police caught her."

I feel relieved hearing the last sentence but mad that she caused me that accident. I could've lost my babies!

Adrian strokes my hand. "Everything is okay now. Nothing is going to happen to you. Also, I bought a new house it's smaller than the mansion and since I know you really didn't like people doing things for you I've sent the staff to one of my friends so they could work for him."

"Thank Adrian." I reply. "Thanks for everything."

"No thank you." Adrian answers causing me to smile.

He parks the car outside the house and we step out before being ambushed by our family.

"You guys are alright." Gabby cries out as she hugs us.

"Jane you had us all so worried." Hayley adds as she engulfs me into a tight hug.

"Thank the lord you are okay and the accident wasn't bad." Mom states.

"Leila hit the left side of the car there fore the impact didn't cause any harm just a few scratches from the glass and I fainted because of the shock." I explain.

"Should we tell them?" Adrian asks in a whisper and I nod. "Yeah, thankfully Jane neither our babies were harmed."

Everyone looks at us with widen eyes and smiles. "Babies?"

Adrian and I smile as we place our hands on my stomach. "Yes. I'm pregnant!"

Everyone begins to cheer as they congratulate us.

"I'm going to be an aunt." Caitlyn states as she hugs me.

"Yeah and we are expecting twins." Adrian adds causing everyone to cheer again.

"Daniel he's caught up to you." James teases and we all laugh.

"We should go baby shopping after we find out the gender." Hannah suggests and I nod.

"Ah I my first grandchildren." My mom states. "I'm so happy for you two."

"I don't want to be the party pooper of this beautiful moment but when is the wedding?" Sebastian asks.

"Next week, if that's alright with you." Adrian asks as he turns to look at me.

"I can't wait." He smiles at me and pecks my lips.

"Well then it's decided next Saturday Jane and I are getting married." Adrian announces and they cheer.

"How about we have a small cook out now that everyone is here?" I ask and they all nod in agreement.

"I'll order some pizza and buffalo wings." Oscar announces.

"We can also rewatch the fight." Adrian states as we head inside. "I'll set up the television."

"Yeah!" Was chorused by the guys causing us to laugh.

I saw Sebastian pull Angelica to the side and I couldn't help but smile. Everything is finally starting to brighten, we are finally seeing the rainbow after the storm.
