The girl was screaming as she waved her right hand, the storage ring got out of her control, and the bags started flying out of her ring, causing the horse that was pulling the cart to jump and start kicking everything in its path. Eventually, the horse runs away, and the cart overturned. Unfortunately, while the girl was under the bags, and the bags were still flying from her ring and covered her completely, no one came out to help her. Or rather, no one knew how to help her because the items in the storage rings were not supposed to come out of the ring without the permission of its owner.
From the midst of the crowd, a white-haired young man stepped forward, and without warning, he grabbed her hand and drew a magic circle on the ring and cast some spells, causing it to shut down. The girl withdrew her hand quickly, and it seemed that she was embarrassed because he grabbed her hand, and from under the bags that covered her face, she spoke in a beautiful voice with an arrogant tone.
"Well done commoner, did you fix my storage ring? is it working fine?"
Jin sighed, he didn't want to help her, but it was the quickest way to reopen the road. "If you don't want to lose control of your storage ring again, focus and try to find the living creature that moves inside the ring."
A storage ring is an all-enclosed tool. The only way to find out what's inside the ring is by sending your qi energy inside the space ring. The girl did what Jin told her to do and found that something was moving inside the ring.
This thing was moving at a crazy speed and crashing into everything inside the ring. She immediately summoned the creature, and a little red bird came out and flew away at a crazy speed. Jin stared at the bird before shouting at the girl.
"Don't you know that the storage rings were not made to imprison living creatures inside them? and what is the story with all of these bags?"

"Was that a bird? How did it get inside my ring?"
The girl whose body was submerged under the bags and clothes came out from under them, revealing a stunning beauty, with long blue hair, blue eyes, and a pleasing childish face. She stood with her left hand on her waist and then spoke in a commanding and condescending tone.
"You. Good job, tell me your name."
Jin ignored her and started calling the people around him to help him lift the cart, seeing that she was still standing, he shouted at her again.
"How long are you going to be standing here like a tree? Quickly put your bags away so they can lift the cart."
Everything about the girl, from her white dress, the sheer number of bags, body, and tone, indicated that she is from a noble family, and her beauty alone is enough to make young people do the impossible to have a chance to talk to her to win her over.
But for the first time in her life, she met a young man who not only ignored her but was yelling at her rudely as well, which made her burst into anger, after she returned the bags inside the ring, she discovered that the bird had caused damage to her storage ring, so she was unable to return all her things inside it thus some bags remained to lie on the road. Of course, some young men offered to help carry her bags, she nodded to them with a smile that charmed their hearts, and then she turned to Jin with the same smile on her face and said.
"take the rest of the bags."
Jin looked at the bag and did not hesitate to carry it. Seeing him doing what she said to him made her laugh, and she walked in a strutting way. 'In the end, everyone falls under the charm of my beauty.'
"Miss, excuse me, miss."
One of those who volunteered to carry her bags spoke and said.
"Miss, that boy with snow-white hair took the bag and left."
"Haaaaah!?..." The girl looked at the white-haired youth's back, who was running away from them in disbelief.

By this time, Du Bai had completed the registration process and had obtained two badges and two documents for the conditions of the competition.
“Du Bai, did you finish registration?” Jin, who had just arrived, shouted.
As soon as Du Bai saw Jin, he ran towards him excitedly and said.
"I was looking for you. The document that specifies the place and time of the exam is sealed with a magic circle. Come on, magician, open it quickly, open it."
“A document sealed with a simple initial circle, all you have to do to break the seal is read the lowercase letters here and inject it with mana,” Jin said with a simple smile.
Mana is the magical energy found in nature and living creatures. Magicians can use this energy, and the mana is measured by the number of stars.
Firstly, it is one star. All humans are born with a mana power of one star, and it's known as primary mana, which is good to use common magic circles. Such as the teleportation of short-range objects, the storage ring, and other magic used for daily purposes.
Two stars, warriors who are born with higher magic energy or who have enhanced their mana with elixirs, can use any simple pre-made magic circle. However, they can only use approximately forty percent of the magic circle power.
Three stars, they are called beginner magicians. The only way to have three-star mana or above is to have a magical spirit form. They can draw and use simple magic circles with full power and activate magical tools.
In the Three Kingdoms, the talent to be a beginner magician is enviable.
The document that Jin held in his hand now had a seal known as the Elemental Magical Circle and needed two-star mana. The seal would be broken as soon as you read the spell and pass a little mana inside it.
Jin noticed that the general aura around him seemed negative. Features of dissatisfaction and anger overtook the faces of some of the people, while the others, who were showing signs of wealth, were laughing and looking at them with disgust.
“Bastards, purposely sealing the document with a stronger circle than usual, they are trying to get rid of us even before the test begins.”
Someone shouted and threw the document on the ground, the young man was gritting his teeth in anger, and the rest were not better than him. Some girls even shed tears of sadness.
“What is it? Why is everyone so sad?” Jin asked the closest person in front of him.
"They clamped down on us, the commoners, so we do not take part in the exam. More than two hundred people will withdraw even before the exam begins. those bastards are trying to save money at our expense."
The academy's finance officials, aiming to earn some money by reducing the number of participants, intentionally sealed the documents with a simple two-star mana magic circle instead of the common magic circle that anyone with one-star mana could activate.
The trick here is that those who got affected cannot file a complaint or even object, as the procedures define that the seal must be no more than two stars to be broken was not violated.
The seal they put in this time needed the strength of two stars, meaning it only required slightly higher mana than the mana required for the normal seal. Of course, the warriors, who were rich and noble, had increased their mana with the help of mana-enhancing elixirs, and their mana strength had already reached two stars.
But mana-enhancing elixirs are welfare that not everyone can have. So now, the only solution to these one-star commoners is to buy the services of authorized magicians, who are considered the richest in the kingdom.
They demand one hundred silver for counseling and another hundred in emergency cases. But today, they raised their price to three hundred silver in exchange for breaking an elementary seal. And, of course, those guys who paid everything they owned to get here doesn't even have thirty silver let alone three hundred silver.
