I take my bag in my back and draw out the remote from it. I then set the timer in ten minutes in accordance to what I said earlier to make sure that we will be able to get in time in the evacuation site at third floor.

It takes the whole squad around two minutes to carry the container inside the elevator. Thankfully, the elevator did not alarm of overweight. While we are inside, they are looking at me angrily. I think they finally realize I tricked them after I told them it is not too heavy for them to carry recently. I hope they forgive me for this single order. After few seconds, we are finally in fifth floor. However, there are several green monsters blocking our way in the ‘Red Gate’.

“Everyone that is the ‘Red Gate’. It is our only way to the underground train. Only the authorized personnel could enter inside of it. Well be thankful that this old man in front of you is one of them hehe. Well let’s to the point, there are a lot of those creatures around the place. So I’m planning to make plan in order for us to get through”

“What now? We can’t hold them off,” the Captain said while frightening.

Even his whole squad felt like that too.

“I don’t want to die”

“Me too”

Hmm if they die, I’ll be the only one who will carry the black container. The worst case scenario, I will not be in time of the evacuation and ended up dead by the blast of explosion. Hmmm, I don’t want that to happen!

“Everyone listen up, we need to take that thing inside the train. I don’t care about your lives but I don’t want to be the only one who will carry that kind of heavy stuff. Captain whatever your name that is, I decide to cover you all so lend me your knife and your handgun”

“Sir I told you, I have a name though. Sighed. Well whatever, I hope you know how to handle those creatures.”

“Hmm, thanks a lot! Take the right side of that direction so they wouldn’t be able to see you guys. I’ll go in that way in left side to distract them. It is almost far from the ‘Red Gate’ and from you guys. I’ll get their all attentions to me.”

“Are you sure, sir? You’re almost more than sixty years in age.”

“Unless you have any other options to suggest, kid”

“My apologies sir”

“Sighed. Kid, age just a number remember that, okay. Well everyone listen up, if I didn’t make it through, make sure that that thing you’re carry will become safe. Captain, take this ID of mine. Insert it in the center part of that gate. I’ll give you three minutes to open the Red Gate, enter it and go to the underground train.”

“Y-Yes sir. Wish you luck!”

After he gave his knife and handgun with five magazines to me, he and his squad salute me.

“Thanks again. Then see ya later fellows.”

I run quickly and fire two shots above the wall to get the monsters’ attentions. Thankfully, these fools take the bait. They starts to make weird sounds and jump over towards my direction. I see a ladder and decide to climb up to the highest place of the floor. After that, I shoot every single of one who climbs up and slice them if they get too close.

“Oh men, it’s too many of them. Why did I decide to become a hero for them? Heroes always die in this kind of event. Sighed”

Some of them decides to jump side by side to get in my place. I shoot them by my handgun but unluckily I’m out of bullets. Hence, I have no choice but to fight them using close quarter combat.

Two monsters are cornered me. One of them is in my right side and the second is in the left side. Both of them attack me at once but I manage to dodge it.

I jump over the back of the big one and slice its neck. After it die, I slides under the belly of the other one and slices its both legs. When it kneels down, I grab its hair upward and slice its neck. It quickly covers its neck after I did that and few seconds later it dies.

More of them is climbing up to get me. I tried to kick them in their heads to make them fall but three of them manage to climb up. The center has the ugliest face, the left side has only right eye that can see and while the right side has a bigger belly than the first and second monsters.

They starts to attack me rapidly. They are really want to eat that much. I then run towards them while yelling the word ‘Die’. When they are two meters away from me, I slides under to one of them. I kick the both of legs of the middle one and it falls in the floor. I tried to stab its heart but I jumps away from it because the left one is going to slices my head first. Thankfully, I manage to prevent that to happen.

The another one who is in the right side tries to grab me. I tried to avoid him but the others are giving a helping hand. Therefore, I quickly jumps towards to it and let it grabs me. When it opens its mouth to bite me, I quickly stabs its stomach four times. When it releases me and hold its stomach instead, I jump over to its back and stabs its head.

The others roared and runs towards me. I cut the left arm of the ugliest face and then slice its right leg resulting to it to kneel down. I then dodge the claws of the one eyed monster. I slip for a sudden and fall in the floor. The creature takes advantage and tries to bite me. When it opens its mouth, I then stabs its to kill it.

I stands up and sees that the monsters are keeping their way to climb up. I then kills the last of them who is holding its right legs I sliced earlier.

“Hmm, they’re still trying to get in here huh. Well then, I manage to get their all attentions to me. However, I felt disappointed. If they are all girls, I’ll treat them nicely but they are all an ugly and filthy humanoids. Gross, why did I even think about that? Oh, it’s almost two minutes have passed. I need to go to the Red Gate right now.”

I jumps from my position and luckily drops in the corpse of one of them. Those who are climbing starts to climb down. I then runs quickly away from them and go to the Red Gate. However, the gate is slowly closing down. I thought I would never be able to make through because it has only ten seconds before it closed. Thank goodness, the whole squad holds it still to give me a chance to get through. I then runs faster than before and slides under the gate. The whole squad releases their hands and the gate closed at the time the monsters are only one meters away.

“Wow that was too close. Thank you everyone”

The captain helps me to stand up. I then dusted off my clothes and pants and stretched every parts of my body from head to feet.

“Goodness gracious sir. You’re amazing that you even survive those man-eating creatures. You’re amazing even you’re too old.”

“I don’t know if I want to be happy or mad about that. But well I told you, age is just a number. Those monsters is fewer than my previous fight. They are too easy for me to dealt with. Well then, let’s move now. We don’t have much time left, carry now that special container!”

“Yes sir!”

I guide the whole squad in the location of the evacuation site. We arrived the place just in time before the underground train starts its engine. The other soldiers help the squad to carry the container inside the train.

As I walk inside the train, my whole team embrace me and cried when they sees me safe and still in good shape. Agatha cried a lot because of joy she saw me that I’m still alive.

She started to embrace my body and she said, “Chief, I’m glad you’re still alive. I’m so glad! Thank God, you’re still whole and not practically lost any parts of your body. I’m so glad!”

All of my members were shocked and all of the male staffs looked at me angrily.

“What a lucky bastard?!”

“You should die you old filthy man”

“Curse you, you old hag!”

“Hey, hey guys, come on. You guys are so happy that I’m back alive yet you’re saying awful things to me now. Come on, Agatha say something.”

Agatha looked at me which her face is shining with cute expression. She looked at everyone and she said something unexpectedly.

“I don’t care anymore. You’re wife is dead by the way. So there is no need for me to hold back, right Chief?~~~”

Oh my gosh! I made my secretary fall in love with me! Uni my dearest and lovable dead wife, please forgive me for I have sin.

One of them asked her, “Why Miss Agatha? Why him? He is too old and don’t know if he can still do that shit to you. Why ?!”

“Yeah why?!” I asked

“Because he is so cool back then. And remember boys, we girls like bad dirty boys. We don’t care about the age of the man we’ll love. Even if he do that to me, I’ll do something about it. And also, there is an adoption for kids, thus we can adopt a child any time we want. Right, Chief my dear?~~~”

All of my male staffs’ eyes are burning of hate. Because there crush and idol has just confessed her love to an old man none other than me.

Suddenly, the squad I requested recently moved near me and looked so serious. I thought they would start to punch my face but they are happily shake my hands for giving them such a nice and unforgettable experience they would cherished until they died.

The train starts to move away from the base and after the timers ring, the whole place explodes killing almost all the monsters inside and outside the area including whole division of the Federation within 1.34 miles away. After that, a shape of a big mushroom was formed above the sky. All of the surrounding including the innocent lives are vanished around the area. In short, no one survives from the blast.
