《Reincarnated as the companion of a God》Chapter 34: The Wrath of DeathWing

According to legend, a silver hero with the skill of cold metal with knowledge of another world would save the entire planet from the great calamity to come.
That was what the prophecy told but that silver hero never arrived, which if it does arrive is a big calamity forgotten in history. I am one of the few survivors of this catastrophe and I hope this is disclosed for not to forget all the sacrifices made and that this calamity was not entirely stopped.
I am Magnus and I am writing this to remember the events that have occurred during this catastrophic time.
When this legend reached one of the king's oracles, it was immediately spread throughout the palace and within days the king was preparing for this misfortune.
But this never came and the years passed, it was not until one of the heroes realized the complete disappearance of a city, but for some reason, no one remembered anything but him.
Of course, this sounded like big nonsense at first. Although due to his reputation and his achievements he was given the benefit of the doubt that is why the hero went to demonstrate his theory with a group of soldiers and some wizards who would help him unravel that mystery.
I hope that the hero was wrong and it was just one of his delusions, but I was wrong when we arrived at the place a thick fog was there, the hero immediately told us to immediately target the soldiers who entered it, before entering about five of them, he said his name and explained a little of his life, this idea was forced by the hero to say it, after that they entered the fog.
An hour later, the hero asked us about the men who went into the fog, nobody remembered anything that someone had even gone into the fog, but later he told us to look at what we wrote ourselves on the paper as he said before. Nobody remembered anything of those soldiers like all their existence has been erased from the world.

-Death Wing POV 3 weeks before the expedition of Kaiba-
I started attacking the magicians, the others tried to stop me but they failed, the moment they were in front of me, I used my claws to cut them in half, killing them on the spot.

Without the magicians, the other humans couldn't do much, they just died from my breath.
[DeathWing]: (Now is the time to appear in front of that army).
Then DeathWing began the fight against the human army.
I kept fighting against the army, incinerating every human who dared to get close to me and of course those cowards were already starting to flee when they saw that they couldn't stop me.
Then I felt something approaching on my back, a group of three humans dared to attack me from behind with an arrow imbued with magic, I easily destroyed it with my claws. From afar you could see that these were one of those group of adventurers they always sent.
[DeathWing]: "You humans do not learn, you will be only ashes soon, let's see if you give some battle."
The humans without saying a word grouped together and started attacking me. One of them with a sword shortened our distance at a speed that they had never seen in human and tried to hit me with his sword. I was able to reject it with a blow from my claws, although it managed to scratch me before I could withdraw I used my breath against him.
He hit it, that man would be dead by now, any human could resist my breath. But how wrong I was the man came out of the fire and took advantage of my opening and cut me in the chest, while they shot me more arrows aimed at my eyes, but these I could stop them.
[DeathWing]: "Grr ..!"
[DeathWing]: (Damit, I'm not wasting any more time with you.)
My body began to be surrounded by crimson flames accelerating my body's capabilities, the arrows they launched again were incinerated into ashes before they couldn't even hit me and the cut on my chest was regenerated instantly.
I went to cut the swordsman in front of me, but an adventurer came out of nowhere, going to attack my head, I was able to stop her but she inflicted a wound on my paw that I used to protect myself, for a few moments my leg froze, but thanks to the This fire, the ice was melted and the wound disappeared.
It seems that now they changed their strategy, the mage who protected the swordsman cast another spell on him making it even faster, while the adventurer supported him with the daggers who was heading to attack me at the same time that the swordsman and a barrage of magic arrows approached.

[DeathWing]: "It's a shame they're going to die now, NOW DIE!."
My whole body increased the intensity of the flames and around it began to form a big tornado of fire. The girl was sent flying while the swordsman stayed thanks to the mage's barrier, but the strong wind and the temperature inside the tornado were making it difficult for him to breathe.
At that moment I cut the swordsman with my claws, the barrier was instantly shattered and her body was split in two by my blow.
All arrows were deflected or destroyed by the tornado. When I stopped the tornado the adventuress was lying on the ground dying with large burns on her body.
I was going to kill them at that time but in the cave where my children and Alexstrasza are a big roar was heard, a blinding white light covered the place.
I left the adventurers to their fate and headed straight for the cave, with the army already retreating and one of his comrades dead and another in the group near to the death, they weren't a big problem, but I had a bad feeling when I saw that light.
I was flying quickly towards the cave but I was knocked down by something that hit one of my wings, I fell to the ground and a little pain invaded me as I crashed into about twenty trees, but everything was quickly regenerated thanks to my ability.
I was minutes away from reaching the cave and another stupid group of humans was stopping me. Although this group was of about twenty people and they wore a tunic covering their faces.
They all attacked again with different elements of magic, I used my breath to destroy all the attacks that came in front of me but I could not stop them all since from my rear they also attacked me, they began to prepare more attacks but I was not going to leave it so easy. I quickly went and attacked as many as I could but when I cut them with my claws they simply vanished.
[DeathWing]: (They're not real!)
Another set of attacks hit me, at that moment I heard Alexstrasza's roar, he created some tornadoes of fire again but this time several at the same time eradicating everything that could be in a radius of 100 meters, with this all attacks stopped. He knew that this was not over yet and that these humans were nothing more than controlled puppets.
I kept flying to the cave but this time, I was more careful to cover my presence, I wanted to destroy those annoying humans faster with surprise attacks and if I could avoid them so I not waste more time and get to the cave.
When I got close to the cave I saw Alexstrasza, bound in chains and without a trace of our children, she was surrounded by humans unable to do anything. When she noticed my presence in our language, she told me to flee as far as possible and to look for them. The humans didn't seem to notice what she said, but if they were alarmed by her roar, this time they did something to her and she fell unconscious.
My vision started to turn red from the anger I felt right now, how these simple inferior creatures dared to attack me, my partner and my children.
[DeathWing]: (I swear that each of you will pay for what he did and I swear that Alexstrasza will save you and find our children.)
My priority was to find where my children went if Alextrasza said to run away. It's because something really bad is here and I can end up like her, she is the proudest dragon I know she would never say those words if it weren't for something disturbing.
I managed to control my anger, for the moment and without anyone detecting my presence I went to where I told her to flee with them, I hope I can reach them and if it is not the case they will arrive safely to the other continent.
