In one week I got three new skills, which are going to be useful for the next matches, but what better way to put them into practice now against Ignar. Honestly, I would see Ignar's stats but seeing them would only conditioned me.

We are in the arena me and Ignar, ready for the confrontation.

The only way to beat Ignar would be to immobilize him like Mykos, but I can't show the metal, not yet at least. Plus he won't get off that easy I guess.

I started by creating an area of ​​ice around me, it usually hinders rivals making it more difficult for them to balance, luckily it doesn't affect me, so I started to create a lot of ice arrows

This was not going to do anything against a dragon like Ignar, that is, it will have more than twice the defense than me, on top of that its scales look quite robust so I should not be annoyed to deal damage.

I also created an ice balls around me twice my size, once ready I loaded my breath and went to Ignar, pointed at his wings, hoping to immobilize them. Meanwhile my arrows and Ice balls go to Ignar as well.

Ignar covered his entire body with flames, causing the ice that hit him to simply evaporate into the environment.

Until then I never saw Ignar use his abilities, so he caught me a bit by surprise that he will suddenly use fire all over his body. With this my whole strategy went to hell, the entire ice area around Ignar melted.

The only option I had left was to reinforce the ice with enough mana to make it resist the fire, but of course this included a higher cost of use and concentration, which from now on I would not have but I have no choice.

I jumped and started flying preparing for Ignar's counterattack the ice field wasn't going to work by now

Ignar launched himself at me with his body covered in flames, I never tried this but I gathered as fast as I could my mana in an attack with my breath and with the ice control I launched a white mist towards Ignar aiming at his wings again.

It seems that he did not bother to dodge due to the previous result, but to their surprise when they hit his flames went out and his wings froze causing Ignar to lose height and crash into the ground.

This happened thanks to the evolution of all my abilities, they raise to the maximum rank when evolving, otherwise I could not have prepared an ice breath with so much mana in between and so fast.

[Ignar]: "Honestly, that caught me off guard but you used a lot of mana for that attack, in addition to preparing the entire area before using mana, you think you can do another one?"

Ignar reattached his body and all the frost on his wings disappeared, this time the fire was even stronger.

Ignar was right I doubt that I could create another attack of that magnitude for at least a few minutes. My dodging ability was activated causing me to dodge Ignar, who attacked me with incredible speed, I didn't even see him coming.

[Ignar]: "Well let's end the fight for today, tomorrow you will leave missions for the guild, you did your part so now it's my turn."
