《Guns in another world》Exam XVI

A projection of a man appeared behind Titus as he mouthed the spell's name. The man's head resembled that of a silver owl. His physique was muscular. He wore gold and silver imperial robes with a majestic gold crown on top of his head, and held a ceremonial staff with a crescent moon tip. A pair of silver wings sprouted from his back, looking mighty as well as beautiful.

After the projection completely formed, Titus, who was still standing with his arms folded in front of his chest, gave Fionn a pensive look and said calmly, "MERGE."

With the words spoken, he rose higher in the air and entered the projection's chest. The projections, which seemed lifeless a short time ago, appear to come to life as Titus enters his body.

In addition, the body became more realistic by the second, as opposed to its previous ethereal state.

Fionn observed the changes calmly, not interfering. To be honest, the troll within him had long wanted to start firing and disrupt the transformation while laughing hysterically. But he really wanted to see a high rank bloodline in all its glory, and even if it's too much for him to handle, he's already survived 2 minutes and passed the exam. It doesn't matter if he loses and takes a beating; he has faith in his thick skin. It is always preferable to put your ignorance to the test when someone is there to protect you rather than when you are alone in the wilderness with no one to back you up.

Soon after, Titus, now a 12m tall imposing creature, opened his eyes, which glowed like huge lanterns, and glared at Fionn, saying in a voice that sounded like a heavenly decree, "prepare for your retribution, human."

He then lifted his massive ceremonial staff, pointed to Fionn, and yelled angrily, "SOUL FREEZE!"

Fionn, who was on the receiving end of this attack, felt his mind go blank, and his train of thought, which had been as fast as lightning became as sluggish as a snail. The mana within his body began to go berserk, and he lost control of his avatars as they disintegrated and returned to his body. Even his ever-present psychic link with Ether was severed. With his avatars no longer present, Fionn began free falling from the sky, completely dazed, his mind befuddled.

POW!

Just as Fionn was about to hit the ground, Titus appeared beneath him, as if by teleportation, swinging his massive ceremonial staff and hitting Fionn, sending him flying back up into the sky.

Titus said with a savage smile, looking at Fionn, who was sent flying like a ping pong ball as a result of his hit "Your body may be immune to cold, but your soul is not. I, Titus, the barer of the moon god's blood, has authority over things that are beyond corporal, and a soul just happens to be one of them."

On the side of judging panel.

Observing what had just occurred in the arena, Prescilla rose from her seat and dashed towards the arena, her intention to end the match clear as day.

"What are you doing?" said Floyd, quickly obstructing her path.

"I am going to stop this match. Can't you see Titus is tampering with his opponent's soul? At this rate, if that boy doesn't die, he'll at least go insane "Prescilla, enraged, replied.

"I'm not going to let that happen; you know my abilities, trust me. I still have the nagging feeling that this boy has the ability to turn the tables once more "Floyd tried to reassure her.

"How could you have been so blinded by your desire to see a rising star in your sector? Can't you see that a person's life is at stake here? You, as a healing magic professor, are well aware that harm done to a soul is nearly irreversible, so don't deceive yourself." Prescilla stated angrily.

Floyd fell silent when he heard her wrathful words, knowing that she was mostly correct. Other professors remained silent, giving Prescilla their silent approval.

Seeing Floyds guilty silence Prescilla snorted and again proceeded towards arena.

But, as she took a few steps forward, she heard a voice from the balcony above say, in a tone that indicated the speaker's intention not to engage in further debate, "Do not interfere with the match."

Prescilla remained rooted to her spot after hearing that voice, knowing that the director had personally intervened. In seconds, she calmed down and faced the balcony, bowing slightly and saying, "as you say, your highness." Her tone conveyed a range of emotions.
