《Guns in another world》Legacy I

The journey continued as more and more Airships joined their route, forming quite a magnificent sight, and by evening the entourage of Airships had grown to more than 100 Airships. Surprisingly, their Airship was not the smallest among the entourage; in fact, there were a couple of Airships that were even smaller than them, which made the teens in Fionn's Airship feel a lot better.
The journey from morning to evening could be considered quite enjoyable because, in addition to the beautiful scenery and refreshing weather, they occasionally encountered some magical beast who would flash them an annoyed look with a humanlike expression.
"How come all these Airships join our route, and why haven't we changed it since the beginning?" Fionn inquired of a crew member who was also casually viewing the scene alongside them, having nothing to do because they were about to land at the port.
When the crew member heard Fionn's question, he looked at him proudly and said "It's because of our captain; see, the routes to Legacy are like a maze, and it's not easy to get there even if you have a map; you need an experienced captain. Our captain, who is one of the most experienced and skilled, has already memorised all of the routes and can easily find the shortest, safest, and fastest one."
"Wow, that's really cool." Fionn spoke in a tone that reflected his admiration.
"Of course," said the crew member, and began narrating Garth's numerous exploits, blabbering on like a fanboy, Fionn also listened on with interest, having nothing better to do.
A few minutes later, a loud wave of excited gasps and cheers could be heard from both inside and outside the Airship. Surprised, Fionn shifted his attention away from the crew member and looked out the window, wondering what had everyone so excited all of a sudden.

Fionn saw out the window an outline of a city located on a vast plateau; the outline was still blurry, but it didn't take a genius brain to figure out what it was. "At long last, we've arrived." Fionn murmured, his eyes bright with excitement.
"This is Gift City, the only city in the south." When the crew member noticed Fionn staring into the direction of the city, he spoke up.
"Yeah, I can tell," Fionn replied, still looking in the direction of the city, his excitement growing as the Airship approached the city.
"Sigh, you guys are so lucky to be able to study in Legacy; every year when I come here and see you guys leave the Airship full of excitement, I am so envious of you young people. You guys have an endless future with excellent magical talent, while I work my days off in a port every day to earn money, waiting for my death." The crew member spoke with indescribable sorrow and longing in his tone.
Fionn smiled at him and replied in a soothing tone "It's not like all of us on this Airship will be accepted into Legacy; many will be rejected, and those who do enter will not necessarily live a blissful life; many will die young in pursuit of power and glory, only a handful will succeed, and even they will have many enemies because a person's success is dependent on the failure of others. It's not always a bad thing to live a mediocre life, so cheer up."
"I'd still prefer to live a life like yours." Responded the crew member, who was still a little down and depressed.
" I don't have anything to say about that." Fionn sighed and replied.
As they talked, the entourage of Airships got closer to the city, and the outline of the city became clearer. Surprisingly, the city was not large; in fact, it was even smaller than the Black Stag Kingdom, leaving aside the massive Plesas city. But one thing that the city had that was incomparable was its ambiance; the city looked like the city of immortals, and every building in the city was built with unparalleled craftsmanship, not with the intention of making them look extremely lavish, but more ethereal, blending into nature completely. Aside from the beauty of the buildings, the city has a distinct charm due to its location high on a plateau surrounded by the mysterious hazardous zone.

Small Chests Are Fine Too
It is an undeniable fact that good things come in small packages. More often than not, it is necessary to trim the fat in order to bring what really matters to the forefront. Having extra bulk may seem like a good idea, but in reality it is merely a crutch that will one day become a hindrance, as it is no substitute for personality nor ability. Indeed, often times it is the small things in life that brighten up our daily lives and constantly remind us exactly why we do the things we do. However, it is important to keep an open mind, for while bigger is not always better, there are also times when it is. This holds especially true when it comes to hopes and dreams, which have been known to require a suitably large container from time to time. And while dreaming big could potentially lead to massive dissapointment, one will never truly reach fulfilment if they think too small. A truth that one small woman with meager aspirations is about to find out. DISCLAIMER: This is a spin-off/side story of my main series, Everybody Loves Large Chests, which is also mandatory reading to understand this one. It runs parallel to the main plot, branching off from the chapter titled Upheaval 2, so there will be spoilers for anyone who hasn't reached that point.

Due to living in a bad environment, Noah's personality is very closed, being a careful person, thinking before and after. He has no passion for gambling or prostitution, he prefers quiet places. Note when reading the story: The series has a slow plot, many gore scenes. Not suitable for short-tempered people, love purple, hate lies.
