《Guns in another world》Onwards to Legacy VII

As Ned approached Fionn, his right arm was slowly engulfed in lightning, which burned away his shirt, leaving his upper body bare. "Take this," yelled Ned as he swung his lightning-engulfed fist at Fionn, his speed suddenly increasing.
Fionn stood there indifferently, his face portraying a complete lack of interest, staring at the fist which approached at a snail's pace in his perception.
"Let's not waste too much time on this idiot," Fionn thought as he dashed towards Ned, not waiting for his attack to arrive, and threw a Jump back kick full of his brute strength, aimed at his chest.
Just a few minutes ago, on the table.
"How many punches do you think that guy can take?" the dwarf guy asked, drawing everyone's attention, his tone as if questioning his slave's performance.
"4 I guess," replied the lady who had been flerting with Ned while docilely laying in his arms, her demeanour and disposition now completely opposite.
"I'd say 10, his physique appears to be quite strong," said another member of the group.
"The more he takes, the better; the show will last longer this way," the dwarf guy said, laughing sadistically.
When everyone at the table heard his words, they burst out laughing and returned their attention to the confrontation.
SWOOOSH!
THUD!
AAARRRGGGHHH!
Suddenly, the sadistic grins on the teens' faces froze, and their mouths slowly opened wide as they watched Fionn move so quickly towards Ned that they could hardly see his shadow. The next thing they knew, their majestic and dominant friend was flying, screaming in pain, and crashing into the wall, coughing up mouthfuls of blood.
On the other hand, the crew members cheer as they see the person who has been harassing them for the past few days get beaten down.

"Damn it, I'll kill you!" screamed Ned, his voice hoarse, blood dripping from the corner of his mouth as he struggled to stand.
"Don't bother, just stay there," Fionn said as he approached Ned and summoned his Desert Eagle avatar.
"Haha, an Enlightenment Avatar Practitioner, exactly as I suspected. What is that toy in your hand?" Ned remarked, laughing sardonically, as he noticed the gun in Fionn's hand as he finally managed to stand up.
BZZZZT!
He then drew a sword from his spatial ring with a wave of his hand, which became engulfed in lightning as Ned inserted his mana into it. "This is how a true weapon, a relic, looks," he said, his bloodied mouth arching up into a proud smile as he took a strange sword stance.
Fionn didn't say anything, just pointed his gun at him and pulled the trigger without hesitation.
BANG!
With a loud noise, a green flash shot out of the gun's muzzle and struck Ned in the centre of his chest, puncturing a baby fist-sized hole with such speed that he was unable to evade or block it.
THUD!
Ned, stunned, looked at the hole in his chest, then at Fionn, his eyes almost popping out in disbelief. His body swayed left and right, his lips trembled as if he wanted to say something, and eventually, unable to utter a single word, he slumped down on the ground, not moving at all.
Witnessing the horrifying scene, everyone just stayed in their place, staring at Fionn with fear, cold sweat drenching their clothes, and a pin drop silence descended on the hall.
"What are you looking at me like that for, he's not dead, just unconscious due to poison," Fionn said calmly, looking at the crew member who was staring at him in horror, and continued, pointing to Ned, who was now laying flat on his stomach on the floor, "look his wound is not bleeding, no blood beneath him."

"Are you telling the truth?" Stuttring asked the crew member.
"Of course, you can check him yourself and bring him to his room; he'll be unconscious at least until we get to Legacy, but if you treat him, he'll wake up sooner." Fionn responded, slowly moving towards the group of teenagers, with a smile that wasn't a smile.
"Hey brother, please don't do this, we didn't do anything to you, we were just joking, you can't attack us based on mere words." When the dwarf guy noticed Fionn approaching them, he spoke quickly and panickedly.
"See, sometimes words do more damage than weapons, and I despise people like you the most who like to watch the world burn while fueling the flames from behind, thinking nothing will happen to them, and most of the time people like you do indeed get away without paying a price, but today you messed with the wrong guy," Fionn said coldly to the group of terrified teenagers. "Now line up, take a punch one by one," he continued, motioning to an open space.
When the group of teenagers heard Fionn's words, they were taken aback and asked in disbelief, as they expected to meet the same horrific fate as Ned, "Just one punch?"
"Yeah, hurry up, my food is getting cold." Fionn replied impatiently, glaring at them.
Seeing his deadly stare, they all jumped out of their seats, hurriedly portraying a bitter face and pushing each other to take the first blow. But inside, they were all rejoicing, thinking they had gotten away easily, but little did they know that the punch they were about to take would be etched in their memory for the rest of their lives.

The Chronicles of Artharian Dagworth
Back in 2020 there were many theories on how the world would end. From the many religions apocalypses, nuclear wars that would leave the planet inhabitable, global warming doing the same, biological weapons getting out of control, viruses mutating into unstoppable diseases to the dead raising to prey on humanity, either due to a virus or just because hell filled up. Also, aliens, from the war mongering kind to the ones so advanced they didn’t see us as more than worms. And of course there was the fail proof theory that the world would end when the sun died. In a bunch of billion years give or take. Althougth some new scientist were discussing if the end would be on the take side, since when the sun started dying things would go haywire on the entire solar system and we would collide with mercury or maybe mars way before the expanding sun engulfed earth. But I digress… Now, those were the mainstream theories that the everyday Joe, who didn’t know the big secret, worried about. So, if you were to ask me which theory was correct I can tell you that I haven’t seen any little green man, at least not from another planet, and so far the sun is still shining, although it’s been only 9 years since everything went to hell, not the few billions (give or take) the scientist predicted, so that one isn’t ruled out yet. These two aside, I'd say all of them. Hey everyone, this is my first attempt at writing. I have been planning to do it for a really long time, and while this is not the one epic fantasy idea I ever wanted to write, I think it's a good one. The plan is to write an end of the world urban-fantasy series. Think a world like Dresden Files, Alex Verus, Iron druid, where magic is real but exist hidden from society meets the apocalypse. It will be written in first person in the Dresden Files style, no plans for other POV for now. As you probally alredy guessed from my style, english is not my first langague, so while google corrector helps, expect grammar errors, and I'd be gratefull for anyone to point them. I plan to write 2 to 3 chapters a week, 2000-4000 words each. Might change as I get more experience and depends on my free time. Cover image from the colections of getwallpapers.com
