Hearing the youth's statement, people in the queue began praising him as if he were the Messiah, while the curses at Fionn and Neal intensified.

Neal and Fionn were taken aback by the unfolding event, thinking, "Isn't this too much?"

As things were getting out of hand, a deep, commanding voice shouted from the direction of the gate, "Silence!"

Hearing that voice, the people in the crowd who had been shouting like thugs only now calmed down, as if a flock of chickens had encountered a tiger.

CLOP! CLOP!

Everyone in the crowd stood in awe as a man clad in silver coloured full bodied armour strode towards them; he was around 6'4" tall and had a muscular build, but his face was obscured by his helmet.

When he arrived, he first inspected the gathering with his severe stare and inquired, "What's going on?"

Whoever his sight fell on shrank with unease, as though confronting a natural predator.

The youth who stepped out of the queue to disrupt Fionn's way mustered his courage and stated in a fawning tone, "Captain, these two people are breaking the law by skipping the queue."

The man looked at the youth and his eyes gradually became cold. He walked towards him and lifted him by the collar like a chicken, saying frostily, "Who do you think you are, a city guard? Who gave you the courage to break the queue? Punishing offenders is our responsibility, not yours."

He then flung the youth towards the soldiers at his side, ordering them to confiscate his medallion and charge him a fee of 500 mana crystals.

Ignoring the youth's sorrowful screams, the captain turned to Fionn and Neal, saying ", in his typical icy tone, "now it's your turn."

With a forced calm demeanour, Neal addressed the captain's icy glare and replied, pointing to Fionn's neck, "we have committed no offence, we have a permanent entry medallion."

The people in the queue who were anticipating a nice performance froze, the captain, who was moving forward with an intimidating aura to beat them up almost slipped and damaged his image.

COUGH!

The captain coughed, straightened up, and looked at the medallion on Fionn's neck. After a moment, he asked, awkwardly, "Can I take a closer look? It's been a while since I've seen a medallion of this kind."

Fionn nodded and handed the medallion to the captain without hesitation.

After a brief examination, the captain stated respectfully, "You may enter the district; there is no need to wait in line."

Fionn nodded and pointed to Neal, saying, "register him alongside me, he is with me."

"Follow me," the captain said as he led the way.

People in the queue sighed enviously as they watched their leaving figures, their faces displaying a range of emotions.

After completing the brief registration process, Fionn and Neal entered the Nobles district. The Nobles district appeared to be quite similar to the Business district, with the only difference being that the atmosphere here is much quieter, as opposed to the hustle and bustle of the Business district.

"We should first get your item listed on the auction house; otherwise, the process will become somewhat laborious at the time of the auction." As they strolled across the district, Neal suggested.

" Ok, let's go to the auction house first, you know the way, right?" Fionn asked.

"Of course, follow me," Neal said as he led the way.

It took them about 20 minutes to arrive at the Myriad Treasures Auction House; throughout the way, the district gave Fionn the impression of a ghost town; the roads were wide enough for six carriages to pass side by side, but scarcely any resident could be seen on them; you could only see merchants on the roads; the district was magnificently built, but it appears mostly deserted.

Looking at Fionn's expression, Neal explained, "don't be deceived by the ambiance, the biggest deals in the city get signed in this place, the roads might appear deserted but it's completely opposite within these buildings."

" Look, we have arrived" added Neal while pointing at the huge building in front.

Fionn looked at the building Neal was pointing at; it was massive, the largest Fionn had ever seen since arriving in this world, excluding Skyfort, and it was made of an unknown red stone and a wood with a sandalwood-like aroma. In front of the building was a sign that stated Myriad Treasures Auction House in beautiful calligraphy.

"Sigh, every time I gaze at the building, I feel so insignificant." While staring at the building, Neal stated.
