《Guns in another world》Transaction

According to the description, this relic is a failed creation. The creator's intention was to create a relic that could give a bloodlineless individual a bloodline or mutate one's existing bloodline, but despite his tireless efforts, he couldn't achieve the desired result. This relic was his final attempt, and the best result, it can change or mutate a person's bloodline by 0.001 percent. This relic is unnamed.
"I can put this thing to good use," Fionn thought, grinning, before taking a good look at the relic.
The relic was cuboidal in shape and completely made of glass, measuring approximately 4mx2mx2m in dimensions. Intricate silver-coloured runes were carved on its surface, enchanting those who saw it.
Fionn gestured Harvey to come over, and Harvey, perplexed by Fionn's interest in the relic, walked over to Fionn and asked, doubtfully, "you want to buy this?"
Fionn nodded and confirmed, "I want to buy this."
"Boy, have you looked at the price? Can you afford it? " Harvey inquired.
"I can, and I believe it's worth that much," Fionn replied.
"Follow me, let's complete the transaction then, " said Harvey with nonchalance
Fionn inquired as he made the payment, "If the creator of this relic invested so much time and energy in it, why did he decide to sell it?"
"The one who created this relic was a friend of my father; it was not his decision to sell this relic; during his research, he did multiple experiments on himself to test the effects of his creation, which resulted in multiple side effects that deteriorated his health; on his death bed, he handed this relic to my father, who, being a businessman through and through, decided to sell it." Harvey responded while weighing the crystals.
"Oh, he really seemed committed to his cause," Fionn chuckled.

"Yeah, everyone respected him because of his ability to spot excellent relics; he always said I am a merchant first and a practitioner second, that is why he died during his advancement mission as well; he never spent much time training and was always busy finding good relics." Harvey stated it bluntly.
Fionn laughed awkwardly as he didn't know what to say in response.
Harvey gestured Fionn to take the Relic, saying, "OK, it's done, you can take it with you."
Fionn nodded and placed the Relic in his spatial ring with a wave of his hand.
With nothing else to do "OK, I'll leave now," Fionn said as he prepared to leave the store.
"Wait a minute, you're new to town, right?" Harvey inquired as he leaned back in his chair.
"Yes," Fionn replied, perplexed.
"Because you're my first customer in a long time, take this with you; it might come in handy." Harvey said this as he handed Fionn a book.
"What's this?" Fionn inquired as he examined the book.
"It's a Plesas city guide," Harvey replied nonchalantly.
"Oh, thank you," Fionn said with a smile.
He then exited the store.
Outside..
"It's already evening," Fionn exclaimed, taking a deep breath of the cool evening air.
"Let's find something to eat," Fionn thought, feeling ravenous after skipping lunch.
Fionn walked around, flipping through the guide in his hand, looking for restaurant recommendations.
Identifying an appropriate restaurant Fionn followed the instructions while admiring the bustling evening market.
The restaurant he choose is a lot more famous for its excellent food and could be ranked among top 3 in the city.
As Fionn walked into the restaurant, noticing his demeanour and attire, a staff member greeted him and asked, "sir, would you like to dine on the VIP floor?"

"What's the difference?" Fionn inquired, intrigued.
"Better service, excellent environment, and a fantastic city view." The staff member responded.
"Oh, take me there, then," Fionn said, hooked.
Fionn lives by the motto "enjoy everything to the fullest in life," and he isn't cheap when it comes to spending money.
After receiving approval, a staff member guided Fionn to the sixth Floor via a levitation platform.
When Fionn arrived on the sixth floor, the first thing that came to his mind was, "classy." With a beautifully marbled floor, huge crystal chandeliers, and neatly arranged tables, the floor truly gave one a privileged feeling.
Suddenly, the laughter of a crowd diverted his attention.
Fionn took a look around and noticed a crowd gathered around three boys and two girls.
Fionn inquired of the attendant, "Who are they, and why are there so many people gathered around them?"
"They are the students from Legacy who arrived today," the attendant responded admiringly.
