《Netherwyrm god》47- Refining an origin energy puppet.

Devinn was wearing a cloak as they were heading to the betting shop after Semil had decided that it was time to leave.
He had fought four times and had won 400 million gold coins.
At the betting shop.
Dolok Mallory and Dexter Mallory were impatiently waiting for Semil to arrive.
Behind the counter was the same clerk that could identify Semil.
Semil arrived as he walked with difficulty. He was drunk.
Devinn was walking right next to him, under his cloak. Rolfe and the eleven other guards followed them closely.
The clerk told the two elders that the man in front was Semil.
The elders then ignored Semil to concentrate on the cloaked individual beside him.
Devinn immediately guessed that something was wrong as he saw the two elders of unfathomable strength eyeing him with greed.
Dolok then advanced to meet them. He said: “You must be the Sealer that controls the gray puppet. I want it. Name your price.”
“It’s not for sale.” Devinn said.
Dolok was surprised that there was a puppeteer who would not seize a chance to strike it rich. He had also made the offer in consideration of the Bluebird family the other party belonged to.
“Then how shall we resolve this? You see, I am an elder of the Mallory family. I think you understand what that means.” Dolok tried to strike fear into Devinn.
“Still not for sale.” Devinn said. He knew that this elder would at least have a strength bordering the late Alpha god realm. He was not afraid. He knew that he only needed a few weeks to be able to create a puppet on par with this elder.
As Devinn understood it, in the Omega prime reality, only strength did the talking. If he had a puppet stronger than the elder in front of him, he was sure that he would be respected and even recruited by the dominant factions of the Omega prime reality.
For now, he belonged to the Bluebird family even though he was the lowest of soldiers.
In the future, if he became strong enough, he was planning on creating a place for Alwyn and the others to live in. A faction of his own.

Dexter then advanced and said:“ At least, sell us the method you used to create your puppet. From what we understand, you puppet dual cultivates in both the elements of fire and darkness. Did you refine a slave that could dual cultivate?”
Devinn was having a hard time understanding the two men. He had said no, but they kept pushing.
And what was so great about dual cultivation? He knew elementals that dual cultivated and most of them used polar elements.
He also had a technique that allowed for the creation of multi-elementals by fusing strands of elements directly into the soul. Before Alwyn lost his powers as an elemental, he had been a multi-elemental capable of wielding multiple elements. After gaining a human body, Alwyn used his insights to slowly cultivate with origin energy like a human and ended up a multi-elemental as well.
What Devinn could not understand was that cultivating more than one element was impossible for humans. Only special lifeforms that were born capable of doing such a thing could do it.
Elementals were special lifeforms that derived from the human race.
“Sorry. I can’t sell the method as well. But...” Devinn said. He did not, however, want to start a fight. He knew that they would never let it go. He continued: “I can make a few puppets for you.” He tried to meet them halfway. He had no choice.
“Compared to the gray puppet, how strong would they be?” Dexter asked.
“Just as strong. I only need a normal Alpha god level 1 slave.” Devinn said. All he needed to do was leave the slave in the absolute unity law prime reality for a few weeks. The slave would just gain physical strength by fusing with its counterparts by simply staying in his palace.
“Just a normal slave?...It can be done...How long do you need?” Dexter asked.
“Just a few weeks.” Devinn said. His attempt at winning a few gold coins had brought him unwanted attention. He wanted to be done with it as soon as possible.
Elder Dolok then smiled and said: “Good.” He looked at the drunk Semil and said: “If you could extend your stay here, you’d be our honored guest.”

Semil thought that he had drunk too much to hear such words from an Elder of the Mallory family directed at the insignificant him. He said: “Yes. of course.”
They were then given a lavish palace to live in. It was located right in the middle of the entertainment district. Rolfe and his entire squad were now off duty and enjoyed the same benefits Devinn and Semil did.
Ten slaves were delivered shortly after.
Devinn teleported them inside his palace in the absolute unity prime reality.
Absolute unity prime reality
Devinn’s palace.
Three other alpha god level puppets had been created for a total of four. Devinn wanted to wait until he had more to be at least confident in reaching the eleventh level of the Alpha God realm in one try.
The ten were standing right in front of him.
He had no idea what to do with them other than letting them bathe in the absolute unity law.
As he inspected them, he realized that a strange magic was used on them and deprived them of their free will. He could have them do whatever he wished. They were basically puppets.
“Maybe I can modify my self-sacrificial art to accomplish something else. After all, the empyrean aura and demonic essence were one of the ingredients in creating Arcane energy and the arcane bloodline.” Devinn mused to himself.
The power of sacrifice from the world of faith was still present within him. He wanted to use it to see if it could match or be more useful than his new power that let him wish for anything.
He chose nine of the ten slaves and said: “I hereby sacrifice you.”
The nine disappeared in blue motes of lights that congregated above Devinn’s palm.
Devinn observed: “They turn into pure origin energy.”
He said: “Solidify.”
The blue origin energy transformed into a fist sized blue core.
“This way of strengthening puppets is new to me. I’m just recreating what happened to me... Let’s see if it works.”
“I wish for this core to absorb all the origin energy it is given.”
“I wish for this core to use origin energy to strengthen the host.”
“I wish for this core to be indestructible.”
Each time he made a wish the core shone with a blue light.
He finally thought: “ This should be enough.”
He advanced toward the last slave and said: “Fuse.”
The blue core entered the chest of the slave and half of it could still be seen outside.
The absolute unity law made the slave and the core even stronger by the minute.
A few days later, Devinn decided that the slave had stayed in his palace long enough and teleported it outside.
“I wish for your soul to disappear.”
The soul of the slave disappeared, turning it into a complete puppet.
Devinn had never needed the arts of the Sealers if his word was a wish that was granted with just a flash of his third eye.
“Time to amaze them.”
He had the man in charge of the slaves take the new puppet to the Elders.
“Tell them that only this one survived the procedure.” Devinn mysteriously said to the man.
The man put the puppet in a storage ring and the same ring flashed as he teleported away.
Dolok’s residence
“Master. The three eyed sealer has accomplished the task that you gave him.” Said the man as his ring flashed and a puppet with blank eyes floated inside the hall.
“That was fast. It’s only been a week.” Dolok slowly walked towards the puppet as he started appraising it.
“Why is there a weird blue crystal embedded in its chest?” Dolok asked.
“I don’t know. All he said was that only this one survived the procedure.” The man said.
“Alright, you’re excused.”
The man then teleported away.
“Procedure?...I wonder what the expert I invited over will tell me about this puppet. The three eyed kid promised that it would be as strong as the other one the beat Damian...Speaking of him...Maybe I should invite that stupid great grandson of mine as well...” Dolok thought.

Souls of Savagery
Souls of Savagery is a series of short stories intended to function much like a comic book series. However, to experience the complete story in a logical order you should read the volumes in numerical order, starting of course, with Volume 1: A Bloodbath by Any Other Name. Each volume is told from a single point of view and that will change from volume to volume. Though, the narrative will require later volumes to return to characters that have been featured previously. I hope you enjoy.
