《Netherwyrm god》41---Fleeing for my life is my specialty

A few days before
“Alwyn. Udumu. Netherwyrm sword. Go outside and stall for time. I will come reinforce you once I’m ready.” Devinn ordered.
The Netherwyrm Sword released a hum and all three found themselves outside facing Aragil and the five primordial gods.
“Long time no see, Alwyn.” Aragil said with a smile.
“Do we really need to fight?” Alwyn asked.
One of the primordial gods took a step forward and said: “ I am Don Talfen. The ruler of the Primordial space prime reality. Hand over Markus.”
The Netherwyrm sword hummed and a humanoid that looked like Alwyn appeared with a small dragon perched on his shoulder. It was the treasure spirit of the sword and also Alwyn’s soul clone. The treasure spirit was like Udumu and could come outside whenever it wanted. It had named itself, Kane which was Alwyn’s surname. It had also taken the title Netherwyrm god for itself.
Kane held the sword and said: “Can’t you all see that you came here for a beating?”
Mojan, another primordial god said: “We outnumber you. Even with Markus around, you have no chance against us.”
“Then Why stand there and talk?” Alwyn said. He added: “You are scared and you are space sovereigns. You are just waiting to see whether the situation is in your favor. If it’s not, you will just teleport back home as fast as possible to save your lives. Am I wrong, Aragil?”
“Has Markus broke through the law of space?” Aragil asked with a smile. Inwardly, he was hoping that he was wrong.
Earlier, they had felt a pressure like no other. Something that could pressure a Sovereign was someone of a higher level.
They were just waiting to see the result for themselves. If it turned out that they had really come to die, they could always flee.
“Ask him yourself if you survive us.” Kane, the Netherwyrm sword treasure spirit said as it swung its own sword towards the six.
Aragil retreated as he was the only one whose body was still at the true origin realm. That was only in terms of insights into his elements of space and time. His soul, however, could fight evenly with a Sovereign.
The other five were Sovereigns of space.
Alwyn was a multi-elemental sovereign.
Kane was a space and time sovereign.
Udumu was a space sovereign.
The sword beam containing a chaotic and compressed space was negated by the joint effort of the five sovereigns of space.

It was only after they succeeded in saving their lives that the same sword beam reconstructed itself as if time was going in reverse in front of them before resuming its previous trajectory.
Caught off-guard, the primordial gods had no choice but to brace themselves for impact.
A deafening boom was heard.
The primordial gods were now hovering on the brink of death.
They could not comprehend what had just happened.
“A space-time sovereign with even better insights in space than all of us.” Theana, A primordial goddess weakly said.
“Impossible…. A single sword strike.” Don said as he retreated to where Aragil was. He added: “From such a small prime reality. This is impossible. We’ve been alive forever compared to you. How can you be this strong.”
Aragil was silently looking at Kane and could not comprehend what was happening himself. An hour ago, he was sure that only Markus would be the only danger they would encounter, but never would he have imagined that a sword spirit would end the fight in a second.
Aragil thought: “What made him this strong? Their insights are clearly at the same level. That time reversal trick...Even I can accomplish it with my true origin realm...The strength at which the sword strike was sent...physical strength?...This is even more impossible...Do they have a magic that augments their physical strength?...” He then remembered his own ability that let him eat realities and strengthened him in both soul and body as he fused with his counterpart that lived in the reality he had erased.
He looked at the sealed Everworld and an idea cropped up in his mind: “What if...” He closed his eyes and attempted to look in the future.
Alwyn was looking at Aragil for a while and noticed him observing the situation. He understood that it would not be hard for Aragil to guess what kind of prime reality had been created. If you added the fact that Aragil could see the future, it would be impossible to hide.
“Markus is purposely letting me see the future for once...” Thought Aragil.
What he saw almost forced to faint from shock. He could not be bothered to stay anymore. He looked at the five primordial gods before him and thought: “Their prime reality is too far to fall prey to the others, but that will change soon in the next war… They are doomed if they do not choose to surrender now. Even I do not know who will win. I have the chance to change the future.”

Aragil then said: “Forgive us for our impetuousness. We would like to surrender to you.”
The trio was caught off-guard this time. Even the small dragon on Kane’s left shoulder showed a surprised face.
“Well. Aragil. You really are full of surprises.” Devinn finally appeared followed by Erling.
Their arcane energy, arcane bloodline and arcane pearls had reached new heights and could not be even purer.
Devinn said: “Markus ordered me to save you from your stupidity but from what I see now, your mind is even clearer than before.”
Devinn’s third eye flashed and then a black collar appeared around Aragil’s neck.
Devinn said: “That should take care of your problem. Your mind will stabilize itself in a few second and will stop expanding.”
“It shouldn’t be so easy.” Aragil said but felt that his mind was showing signs of receding, slowing its expansion and stopping at a suitable level.
“Thank you.” Aragil expressed his gratitude. His mind that grew stronger than the soul had finally found a cure.
He did not need to eat realities to strengthen his soul anymore.
Devinn said: “Your mind will Always remain at that level. There is another built in function in the collar that ensures that even in our Absolute unity prime reality, your mind will stay at that level forever unless you want to let it keep expanding.”
“Why would I let it expand? It has plagued me all this time.” Aragil asked.
Devinn answered: “Once you enter our reality, you will naturally understand.”
Devinn then turned to the dying primordial gods and healed them with a flash of his third eye.
“Your Primordial space prime reality has a core law of space, correct?” Devinn asked.
Don answered as quickly as he could: “Yes.”
“Good. We will be moving our prime reality next to yours. You can go home for now.” Devinn said.
The primordial Gods heaved a sigh of relief as they teleported away.
As the fight had lasted a moment, Alwyn, Udumu, Kane, Devinn and Aragil then went into the elemental prime reality.
***
Markus was living on a little planet of his own inside the newly created Elemental Absolute unity prime reality.
He was sitting cross legged and seemed to be in a trance like state.
He opened his eyes days later and said: “How marvelous to not be confined by the law of space… I still need to break through the law of time and I can’t even imagine what it’ll feel like even if I can see it in the future...hehe.”
“But if I break through the law of time, my memories will resurface and I will not be as free as I am right now. My previous self created me as he died and gave me the task of looking after his bloodline. He knew that he would reincarnate through me, his incarnation. But for that to happen, I must not be constrained by the law of time. What a pain he is… If he comes back with his memories intact, I will disappear and he will wage war with every being that sought to kill him back then...”
“I am destined to breakthrough the shackles of time one way or another. This Absolute unity law is merely speeding up the process. My previous memories that are sealed through time will then come back and I will disappear...Sigh...I lived a good life as mere clone and became independent from the main body. I even have the chance of surpassing my previous self with this place, but all that I am now will soon be destroyed...How is that fair?”
“That kid, Devinn, and his apprentice, they have an uncanny power source that could help me. It is the only thing I cannot see the future of, even with my mastery over time, I see nothing. Maybe I will be shameless enough to ask my juniors for help.”
“They will need my help soon enough anyways...Better me than my previous angry self to deal with the Celestial Emperors.”
“An Absolute Unity prime reality. The dream of every strong being has finally surfaced. Even I could not believe it when I saw it in the future. Well...If I could see it, the Celestial Emperors that cultivate time could see it as well.”
“Every being that broke through their laws and those above will soon head to this place...”
“Fortunately, I have a way to shake them off for a while...”
“Fleeing for my life is my specialty.”

On Tilt [in progress]
Going on tilt is like falling in love: both make you foolish and should be avoided at all costs. *BROOKEI hate Dean Hollis.I tell myself that every day. And some days, I almost believe it. Some days, I sell myself on at least a solid dislike of who he is and what he stands for.Like his stupid charming smile. His stupid sculpted forearms. And his stupid addictive cologne that leaves me light in the head and weak in the knees. He's a vintage blend of infuriating and intoxicating, all in one deceptively handsome bottle.Let's not forget his notoriety for emotional hit-and-runs. Dean is a bad decision just waiting to happen. I would know.Been there, done that... Literally.*DEANI remember the first time I saw Brooke Maccabe. My first thought was, holy shit. That's the hottest girl I've ever seen. I was trying to think of a good pickup line when she walked up to our door and gave Brendan a hug.My next thought was, fuck my life. Because that dime? She was my best friend's baby sister. And she was sixteen.Verboten. Off-limits. The Demilitarized Zone. She may as well have had a blinking red neon sign over her head that read, 'Look but don't touch: Violation punishable by death'.Problem is, I really wanted to touch. And the even bigger problem is, nine years later, I did.*18+ for explicit adult content
