F2P: Can only grind based on the level of their set, so they can’t continuously focus on grinding. After getting to a certain level mark, they have to spam dungeons for their level to craft sets, then grind up to where their new set could take them.

P2W: Since they already have sets that are a lot stronger compared to those of their level, they can focus on grinding. This puts a wide margin between them and F2P players.(F2P players have to spam dungeons every ten levels or so, and dungeons don’t give exp)

Rina was surprised that even npcs are realistic, and more surprised that Decima’s personality turns the other way around when interacting with other people. Decima thinks that everyone else aside from them are inferior.

Nona on the other hand was ok with the fairies, since they are a race that doesn’t influence the advancement of innovations that defile the world, but said she hates the other races. She even bad mouthed the humans unintentionally when she mentioned technology.

Rina is now talking with the chief of fairies for the final part of Talking to the citizens chain quest.

The chief has entertained a number of fairies already, and he’s getting tired talking to all of them. He signed and said. “I hate my job.”

“Good luck chief.” Said Rina as she walked out of his quarters.

“Bye chief!” Said Nona as she waved her hand before following Rina.

Decima glared at the chief, sending chills to his spine, before walking outside.

Now that Rina has finished the quests, she checked the time.

7:24 am

Since she still has time, she decided to take the next quest.

There are two types of quests, one is the main quest, which Rina is taking. One needs to complete them to gain access to different zones and dungeons, and to job change.

The other is called side quest or favor from other npcs. It can give exp, money, items, and cheap sets for those that can’t craft or buy one from the stores.

Rina doesn’t need those since she could buy sets in the cash shop, get exp from grinding with her mercenaries, and buy consumable items from npc stores with the money she gains from grinding.

The only things she has to work hard for were sets stronger than level seventy five sets.

Sets up to level twenty five can be bought in stores, but anything higher than that needs to be crafted, and the materials needed aren’t so easy to get.

Since the strongest cash shop set covers only up to level seventy five, she has to craft stronger sets.

She can’t use her money on that. Even if she reach level one hundred, it would take a while for F2P players to reach them. On her guess, it might even take half a year.

Only she and a few P2W players could spam level one hundred dungeons to craft their sets, and she can’t buy materials from those that also need materials. They could trade materials they don’t need though.

With them being the only ones with thick vapor coming from their equipment, every player, both beta player or new player, were looking at them.

Some people wanted to talk to Rina, some with good intentions, some with bad, but Decima’s intense glare kept them away. She doesn’t want inferior creatures around her master.

When they reached the east entrance of the city, Rina stood in line, to wait her turn to talk to the npc. Decima and Nona stood beside her, and Ragus sat near her.

Around 7:46 am, her turn came and as she greeted the npc, a screen appeared.

It was almost time for her to wake up, so she said. “I’ll be going now.”

Decima was silent, but her unmoving tail showed that she was dejected, and so was Ragus.

“I’ll try to get back at around 9:00 pm.” She said as she opened the option screen.

As soon as she vanished, the other three did to. They’ll automatically show up once Rina enters the game again.

Rina awoke in her bed, wearing the helmet that she used to enter the game. As she took it off and stood up, the door opened and an old man wearing butler clothes entered.

“Ohoho, you’re already awake Rina-sama?”

“Don’t call me that. I told you a thousand times already, just Rina is fine.”

“Ohoho, would you like to eat breakfast or would you like to take a bath first?”

“Don’t change the subject...”

After Rina took a bath, she went downstairs and entered the dinning hall. As she sat in the middle seat, android butlers entered and placed food on the table, and the old man from before stood behind her.

“Rina-sama, today we received five marriage proposals. I recomme-“

“Sigh, reject all of them.”

“As you wish.”

“You already know I’ll decline since I like Ren, why bother telling me?”

“Ohoho, we can’t be so sure. Rina-sama might have a change of heart in the future.”

“Never, if I’m to marry someone, I’d rather choose you or Ren. Everyone is just after my money, you and Ren are the only ones who are not.”

“You’re mistaken Rina-sama, I’m also after your money.”

“Yeah right, you had a thousand chances to take my money and look at you, you’re still here serving me despite being in your late seventies.”

“Ohoho, I’m after the money I get from serving you, isn’t it the same? You won’t go bankrupt like others, so I stayed.”

“If you’re after my money, you could have killed me in my sleep.”

“I’m only after money I worked hard for, and Rina-sama, please act more ladylike.”

“Ohoho, I forgot to mention, there are three marriage proposals for sir Ren.”

“Reject them.”

“He will reject them anyway, so burn those proposals away.”

“Sigh, why would he accept marriage proposals when he likes androids more than me...”

After eating, she rested in the flower garden behind the mansion. An hour later, a man showed up. He had a muscular body and slightly tanned skin. He had black hair that was cut short, and orange eyes.

“Rina!”

“R-Ren?”

“I have created the perfect android!” Said Ren as he grabbed Rina’s hand. “Have a look!” He dragged her out of the flower garden.

Ren Akiyama is the head of security, the father of androids, and Rina’s adoptive brother. He was the son of a close friend to the Takahashi family.

He has been with Rina since they were three, and has been supported by her family since then. Because of their help, Ren developed trust and loyalty to the family.

He could have been something bigger, but he chose to stay as the Takahashi family’s body guard. Despite not showing interest in women, he cherishes Rina as a sister.

He has made the Takahashi mansion an impenetrable fortress that even tanks and fighter jets would runaway from.

After showing an android with synthetic human skin, Ren asked. “So? Is it cool?”

“It’s a great improvement from the last, but how are the mobility of the joints? Do you have to revert to that?”

“Heh, I found a way to reduce the mass of phrion joints, so the android is top class.”

“That’s great......So, do you want to play a game with me?”

“Nah, I still have to do test runs on the new android,”

“I-I see”

Rina likes Ren. It started when they were five because of a certain incident with kidnappers. She has tried different advances, but Ren was too dense to get what she’s saying.

She even blatantly said she loves him, yet it didn’t work. She hasn’t tried anything more than that though, since she isn’t a shameless person.

Hours passed with Rina and Ren talking about androids. By the end of the day, Ren secluded himself in his underground laboratory and will stay there for an unknown amount of time.

A bit dejected that Ren went back to his laboratory, Rina ate dinner early and entered the game at 7:30 pm.

When Rina opened her eyes, she saw Decima, Nona, and Ragus in front of her.

“We-“ Decima was about to speak, but Nona spoke with a louder voice. “Welcome back, master!”

Decima was a bit sad that Nona interrupted her, but was still happy that her master is back, making her tail flail around.

“I’m back, Decima, Nona.“

Ragus lightly bumped Rina’s legs with his head.

“And of course, Ragus.” She said as she patted the Ragus’ head.

After that, they went around finishing main quests, mercilessly killing weak mobs, that couldn’t even damage them, with their glowing equipment.
