Jason didn't waste any time as he swiftly headed back to the group leaving the elf standing there for a while, until she once again blended with the tree.In the meantime Jason had reached the villagers and saw that Veina and Besia were worriedly looking at him.

"What? I only went to take a piss.....

"You took to long. We were worried about you" said Besia who seemed a little angry, but Jason didn't care at all. He just took Veina's hand and brought her away

"I need to have a talk with you....

This made Veina and Besia look at each other in surprise, but Jason dragged her over, leaving not time for an explanation.

"Brother... what are you doing?" exclaimed Veina in surprise as she didn't expect this, but Jason didn't answer. He just took her to the side and begun to explain the situation.

"Veina, it seems that the situation is worse than we thought. The city seems to have been attacked by the Dark Church and because of that it's going to be in lockdown for the next week."

"Wha...how do you know this?"

"Hehe, let's say I made a deal, but that is not important right now. What is important is that I've found us a safe place to stay for the time being so get ready to leave."

"But, but what about Besia's and the others, won't they be in danger? " worriedly said Veina.

"Uhhh.... well they can just move to another city for the time being, so I guess that they will be fine." said Jason trying to reassure his sister, but he wasn't so sure about that.

"Brother, how can you be so cruel?! What if they encounter more undead along the way, will they be able to survive?"

"That.....

This made Jason frown as from his sister's words he had understood something important.

' It seems that I may have still underestimated the situation. If what the elf said about the Dark Church infiltrating the adventures guild is true then it's only right to presume that they are everywhere. Maybe even someone in this place is secretly affiliated to the Dark Church.

Shit, this not only may mean that I'm again going to be recognized by the church, but it also means that other cities will definitely hesitate to take in anyone from this region, especially some villagers that just seemed to escape from a zombie commander.

They can't afford to take the chance of inviting a wolf into their ranks.'

"Brother....

"Shhhh, I'm thinking, I'm thinking about something important.......

And so a minute passed and Jason saw that maybe the elf recruiting him was a godsend as he couldn't think of another solution to his situation.

"Veina..." said Jason in a serious tone making her flinch a little" We need to get out of here right now. Forget about them for now, as we don't have another choice but to leave them behind. If they're lucky they may survive this."

"Brother....

"Enough! You go get things ready while I'll go to talk to Besia , I'll at least tell her something about the situation. You on the other hand better say nothing of this as our lives are at stake...

"I understand." said Veina who lowered her head seeming defeated, but that was only what Jason saw.

And so, he headed to where Besia was waiting with her arms crossed.

"What was that? Why did you drag her over there?" angrily said Besia, slightly raising her voice.

"Besia...I would say it's none of your business, but it definitely concerns you. I suggest that you stay as far away from a city as possible for the moment, as they are not safe. Maybe even go somewhere that is far from here.....

"What, what are you saying?"said Besia as she appeared confused. She didn't expect for Jason to say there words." Is , this some kind of joke?"

"Haah, I wish it was, but it isn't. I can't explain it to you, but you have to believe my word's.

Jason turned around and headed towards Veina, but a hand stopped him, Besia's hand. She looked so angry she looked as if she was about to explode.

"Where are you going? Why did you say those things to me? What is this?! "

"Where I'm going is none of your business. " said Jason with a frown. He didn't want to spend any more time at this place.

"You, you ungrateful piece of goblin shit! Is that how you repay me?"

Jason's frown deepened as he saw that people were beginning to notice, so he immediately grabbed Besia by the arm and brought her to the side.

"Can you keep your voice down?! Everyone is.....

*Slap*

Jason blinked as he felt the stinging pain of a slap on his cheek for the second time today. It left him stunned for a while as he understood what happened.

"You really...." said Jason as he gritted his teeth in anger. His usual calm demeanor washed away leaving a primal side.

"Why, why are you leaving.....ummmmm.....mmmm....

She didn't finish her words as Jason forced a kiss upon her, and he made sure to savor it.

"Mmmm..... you....mmmmm.....

Besia tried to resist , but she was to weak in comparison to Jason who only let her go after he was satisfied.

"Mmmm....now we're even." said Jason with a greedy look in his eyes as he saw the teary eyes of Besia. It made him feel like shit, but it also brought him great pleasure at the same time.

This of course was seen by Veina who had been staring at them for some time, but seemed to not like what she saw.

"That little whore...." muttered Veina seething with anger as she saw Jason kissing Besia, but she didn't realize someone was also spying on her.

"Hey, hey, I would appreciate you didn't curse my daughter like that." said someone , making Veina immediately turn around and saw that it was Besia's mother, Fesia staring at her.

"Leaving somewhere?" said Fesia with a little smile on her face, making Veina more angry.

"What do you want?"

"Oh, nothing in peculiar, just hoping to talk about something. You won't refuse me, will you?"

"There is nothing to talk about? Now leave me alone....." said Veina with a scowl making Fesia a little taken aback.

"Hmph, well I guess that you forgot about our deal huh? You help me convince your brother to stay with Besia until she gains her Class and I'll provide shelter for the two of you.

Well, now that all this has happened everything is finished, but I wonder what would your brother say if it told him that? Would he be angry with you? Seeing that, maybe he will never forgive you?" said Fesia as she pointed at Jason and Besia's location.

"You bitch...." muttered Veina as she stared at the ground in anger.

"Huh, what did you say? I couldn't hear yo....

"What do you want?!" said Veina as she tried to hold down her anger, but it was hard.

"........

I want to know what is going on. Why are you getting your things, where are the two of you going?"

"That.....

(POV change)

Five minutes later Jason was again at the spot he met the elf, but instead of being happy he was more burnt out.

"Are you here? Answer me if you're here...." said Jason in a tired voice.

"Speak!" answer a voice that echoed around him, making Jason look for it's owner , but he did not see anyone.

"Uhhh, I have a tiny little problem. Do you... maybe have a place for a couple of other people? " said Jason as he lowered his head in shame, making even the camuflagge of the elf to flicker for a moment.
