Chapter 22 – Squad Poison

After the training.

Elous: “Ahhhhh, my body still hurts a little, ahhh that was a hellish training.”

Bernard: “Ow,ow,ow!! He can’t even hold back training even for kids like us.”

Sophia: “But brothers, ouch! It’s just the beginning, *sigh* how long can we endure this every day?”

What happen was, after we got to Master Wyndram, he put some bracelets on our wrist and feet, and a thin clothe, he then put some enchantments to those things to be heavy, and help us get stronger faster. We’re forbid to remove those training “equipments” except for the thin clothe when we’re taking a bath. This training equipment will also adjust to the age of the wearer, so the older you get the heavier it will be or in simple terms, day by day it will be heavier and heavier and the difference was so small, we can’t really feel it becoming heavy. He told us to use our mana to strengthen our body to help us move easier. Then he told us to get the special water five times, “FIVE TIMES”. This is a hellish training for a 6 year old kid. After that he let us rest while he assign someone to teach us the basic of being a thief, assassin and few things about ninjas, as you know, before being a ninja class you need to be a thief class first then assassin class then ninja. This sensei told us the basic of pick pocketing, hiding our presence, silent step, and appraisal skill. After that he taught us some basic punches and kicks. I didn’t know that this world evolve so much, some can just taught us the skill, even though were not a thief class.*but maybe learning skills without a proper class will be much harder and slower, just a theory* We finished training in the afternoon, Master Wyndram also gave us some muscle pain removal, but it was still not enough to ease the pain, there was still time so we go to our secret base.

Elous: “So guys, still want to train?”

Bernard: “Nah-uh, no more training for me bro.”

Sophia: “No thanks, I’ll be happy to rest here.”

Elous: “I’ll just be outside, and train some more, okay?”

Sophia: “Are you serious, tssss, but please don’t overdo it okay?”

Elous: “Okay”

My young body heals much faster because of my high vitality; I should explore my skills, and be accustomed to it. I move to a place where I shouldn’t be found so easily, I want my secret ability to maintain as a secret, I used [Hide Presence], and my [Silent Step] was a passive skill so it was automatically activated depending on how much force I gave to my steps. As I was walking to a place to hide, I opened my menu and click on [Void Master].

A being who’s a master of an empty space or "void".

The Master can freely summon a Void or unsummon it.

He has free control over the void.

Note: New skill of void magic will be given after the Void

Then I clicked the skill [Void].

Hmmm not a lot of explanation but good enough for me, I tried using it for just a second, and a small dark purple dot appeared where I want it to. The distance was inside in a 1 meter distance from me, and the mana consumption was about 10 in my mana bar, I didn’t really saw it, but just the glimpse of it as my mana recovered instantly. It cost 10 mana, hmmm maybe 5 mana per meter and 5 mana for an inch of circumference. I tried making it around 2 meters, and I was right it cost 5 mana per meter, and then I also explore the size and shape of it. Through my experimentation it leveled to a Novice tier with 3 stars, I noticed that my mana was running low, but my mana regeneration was 18 point something per second, my regeneration is fast for a level 0 but, something came to my mind, I remembered that this world was filled with mana, everything was made in mana. My idea was to inhale air and try to absorb the mana from the air, I used my skill [Void] that will cost 17 mana per sec. so that I can maintain it and still regenerate 1 mana per sec, then I start to inhaling a lot of air and slowly breathe it out. I continuously do this breathing, and feel the air inside my lungs. As the air was absorbed by my cells, I slow felt mana from my lungs and all over my body in my blood. Now I further realized that we regenerate mana from 2 ways, 1st our mana was voluntary supplied by our special nervous system that was also connected to the brain, that’s why we felt mental fatigue when someone runs out of mana, and the 2nd was air, but we just don’t know how to absorbed much more mana from the air. After I realized about that, *well it’s just a hypothesis but it can be helpful* I slowly and carefully tried to absorb more mana from my lungs into my blood cells. After I did this for about half an hour I guess, I felt comfortable with it and I can easily do this thing while walking and running, then a familiar box appeared. “You don’t know how much I’ve expected you to appear.”

I consumed ¾ of my mana to see how much regeneration I have now. “Hahaha sweet I have 27 mana reg. per sec. hahaha, it was a nice skill, and luckily it was a passive one, I don’t need to activate it hahaha excellent! Excellent! Whahahaha.”

When my mp was full again, I start again my experimentation, and absorbing some rocks to the void, I then control the void and start moving it to gather some small and big rocks, and from what I noticed, I still need to adjust the size of the Void to fit the large rocks. This void was not those black hole types that suck anything even though it’s big. When the rocks got inside the void, I can feel them floating in an endless large space. Hmmmm seems like this void can be my infinite inventory, I wouldn’t have problem of my valuable things being stolen in the future. Hmmm what will be like if I enter the Void? Probably I need to see it for myself. I waited till I regenerate back my mana, then I summoned a void large enough for me to enter, when I stepped inside of it, there was an invisible floor.

“hmmmm, let me try this.”

I jumped but nothing happened, then I jumped again but this time I imagine that there will be a higher “step” when I jump, and it did, it did have another step. Then I imagined that there was a set of stairs, and there it was, an invisible stairs. “So this space was controlled by my imagination.” Then I got an idea, I was now floating, because I imagined myself to float. “hahaha, I truly am the master of this space.” I now fly around, and away from the exit to the real world. As I got deeper inside the void, I felt an aura, it was so strong aura, and I felt hostility from that aura. Then all of a sudden, a smoke in a figure of a head that I can describe was similar to a dragon appeared in front of me, and the smoke figure head was so big, it was around 10 meter tall. I quickly stop from flying, and was now floating in front of the head. Then the figure of smoke roared, and talk in an angry voice.

Smoke Head: *RRRRRROOOOOAAAARRRRRR*

“WHOOOOO DARES TO ENTER MY REALM, MY SPACE, MY DIMENSION!!!”

As the smoke head focuses his smoke eyes on me.

“TSSSS, HAHAHAHA. A HUMAN KID DARES TO ENTER MY REALM? YOU MUST BE LUCKY TO HAVE ENTERED THIS SPACE; YOU DIDN’T EVEN LOOK STRONG ENOUGH TO OPEN A PORTAL TO THIS REALM, NOR THE SKILLS TO DO IT!!!! THIS SKILL OF MINE IS A SPECIAL SKILL THAT CAME FROM MY MASTER, MY CREATOR, AND ONLY I HAVE THIS SPECIAL SKILL!!!”

I suddenly laugh so hard tears starts to form at the end of my eyes.

Elous: “HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA”

Smoke head: “HMP!! YOU DARE TO LAUGH AT ME, THE GREATE DRAGON OF DIMENSION, LET’S SEE IF YOU CAN STILL LAUGH.”

Elous: “hahahaha, Stevarth I knew it was you, I didn’t really much recognize that voice, haha so how are you now?”

Stevarth: “huh? How did you? How come a kid knows my name? The only one who knows my name was my Go---..” He didn’t finish what he said, as the smoke head figure was now slowly dissipates.

And as the smoke head was completely gone, a portal appeared and a large dark purple skinned dragon was now in front of me, bowing its head and giving its respect.

Stevarth: “My greatest apologize my God for not recognizing you, I truly am sorry, If you want to punish me or delete me from existence, it will be an honor.”

Elous: “hahaha don’t say those things Stevarth, I’m just here to experiment about my special skill, and punishing you or delete you from existence is too heavy of a punishment, and I also can’t do that. As you can see I’m just an “ORDINARY” boy *or should I say extra ordinary -Author* and can’t do those things. I’m sure I can’t even hurt you or as much tickle you, hahaha.”

Stervarth: “But still, I’m sorry my God for my ignorance.”

Elous: “haha it okay, and can you please drop the God, I’m no longer a God in this body, Master will be much better.”

Stevarth: “Yes my Go--… I mean Yes Master.”

Elous: “Oooopss!! My time is running out, my mana I about to run out, I better get going now.”

Stevarth: “It’s okay master, I can hold up the portal where you came from, and we can also control the time inside of here, we can make the time here much faster while the time in the real world will still be the same. Just an example 12 hours here will be just 1 hour in the real world, and that is the fastest time that we can do, it’s the limit.(AN: same as 12 min. : 1 min, and 12 sec. : 1 sec… just saying)

Elous: “Well that’s convenient, hahaha maybe I can train here for some time.HAHAHA that’s a great idea. Will I get old faster if I train here while I make the time much faster here than the outside world?”

Stevarth: “No master, your physical body will grow in a normal speed just like your body in the real world.”

Elous: “hahaha that’s awesome.”

Stevarth: “Master why did you reincarnate yourself as a young boy?”

Elous: “haha, I just want to have an adventure and explore so many things, I asked Marzanna to reincarnate me because I would love it if she will be the one to reincarnate me, and as you can see, I’m here and was reincarnated by Marzanna. After 700 long years of sleeping, it was finally time for me to play my game.”

Stevarth: “Hmmmm, if that’s what my Master wants, so be it. Master would you like me to put some gold and other valuable items and rare metals here inside the void for you to use?”

Elous: “hahaha, thanks.. Maybe the gold and metals will do, it’s okay if you didn’t put some weapons here.. Oh wait, if you have some throwing weapons like small knifes or shurikens, and some katanas, put them inside here, swords and other equipments, hmmm, maybe just a few. And wait how can you have gold and other things like those?”

Stevarth: “Do you remember that you want me to live at Graywall Mountains?”

Elous: “hmmmm ,yes, why?.”

Stevarth: “It’s a long story but, all the Dracos(half human half dragon), and Dwarves that live in the mountain gave me offerings, and also some humans visit where I live and gave me their offering.”

Elous: “hahahaha, that was a good thing.”

Stevarth: “Yes, I guess it is.haha Master if you have anything that you need, please don’t hesitate to contact me through the Void, I’m not going to waste much of your time, and please Master, be careful.”

Elous: “hahaha, thank you. Then I will take my leave now Stevarth.”

Stevarth holds the portal back to the other side for me, when I stepped out of the portal, I waved to Stevarth and he gladly nod in reply. After the portal was closed, I can feel that, some items and mostly gold coins were now being put inside the endless void. Hahaha I’m a rich kid, this is truly an awesome day. Maybe I should ask about the currency of this world, but I’m sure it’s just copper, silver, gold and white gold. If there’s other things much valuable than that, then I can just do some research about it, well I still have much time to do those kind of stuff.

When I’ve recovered my mana, I then practiced [Void] a lot and some of my skills, I also [Appraisal] a lot of things, until I appraise the same thing all over again. I also did some punching and kicking at the trees for “old” style training. When it was about to get dark, I went back to the hide out, and look for my brother and sister, Bernard was drooling *hahahaha*, while Sophia was in a fetus position and she was so cute. When I get there and saw those two, a smile came to my face; I gentle wake them up, and shook both of them until they finally were awake, somehow.

Elous: “Good evening you two, haha let’s go back home.”

Bernard: “Uhhhmmm, is it morning already? Elous can you get me some water??”

Elous: “No.”

Sophia was just sitting and rubbing her sleepy eyes.

Elous: “Wake up Bernard, Sophia!!” I shout at them.

Then the two has fully opened their eyes.

Elous: “hahaha, let’s go home before it gets dark.”

Bernard: “ahhh, I forgot that were still at the secret base, sorry.”

Sophia: “Let’s move quickly, let’s go Squad Poison.”

Bernard: “what? Why squad poison?”

Elous: “Yeah, why is that?

Sophia: “It’s because I’m the Leader, and that’s what I want to call our squad. And because we will be ninjas, we will be more specialize in poisons, I will be known as Spider, Bernard will be Snake and Elous will be..hhmmmmm Scorpion. That will be our codename; we are master of stealth and the most poisonous creatures in the world. ”

Bernard: “Why?-and how am I a snake?”

Sophia: “It’s because you are good at hiding and surprises, hahaha.”

Elous: “And I’m a Scorpion?”

Sophia: “I haven’t thought much of it, but you are like a scorpion, with a tough body, and you will also be our vanguard. Hahaha, and we are Squad Poison.”

Elous: “who are you to decide if I’m the vanguard? *sigh* Never mind, I’m sure you’re just going to say that you are the leader,tssss, How come you’re a spider?”

Bernard: “I don’t see you as a spider at all.”

Sophia: “Well because, I will be the most feared ninja, and everyone who will be caught by my web will just be a prey for me to eat.” She was saying those things while doing some ninja moves and poses.

Elous: “hahaha, let’s just get back home.”

Sophia: “LETS GO HOME, SQUAD POISON.”

Bernard: “Hahaha, let’s go Sophia, Elous.”
