Bang! Clang!

Sounds of fighting resonated on the surroundings as a two people were attacking each other with their respective weapons, a sword, and a saber.

The sword wielder was Bandit Leader Gu, his left wing was cut as it bleed profusely and some marks of weapon was scratched at his scaled body, other than marks and the bleeding cut on the left wing there’s no other injury he had.

Unlike Tu Ren who was now injured all over his body, and if he compares to Bandit Leader Gu in who will be the first one die in losing blood, then it was Tu Ren.

Though Tu Ren was badly injured, his eyes were burning with fury as he attacks Bandit Leader Gu as if he was not injured at all, but no matter how many times he attacked, he couldn’t compare it when he was at his peak condition.

“No matter how you tried to kill me, our disparity in cultivation base was different how much more that I am now transformed into this!? HAHAHAHA” Bandit Leader Gu said manically to Tu Ren.

Tu Ren didn’t answer his provocation and he just kept attacking.

Though Tu Ren was madly hacking, slashing, and stabbing. Bandit Leader Gu was easily deflected all attacks but he didn’t quickly killed Tu Ren as he was just waiting for Tu Ren to die in losing blood.

The Black Saber Mercenary’s members and merchant Olaf was now at Chen Yun’s location and was constantly checked.

Old merchant Olaf has put a healing potion on Chen Yun when he noticed that he was still breathing though he was badly hurt, hoping that the potion can help him recuperate his injured body.

One of the mercenaries was looking at the battle of Bandit Leader Gu and Tu Ren and worry was on his face.

“Does our boss going to die?” he asked.

“I don’t know but from the looks of it, he was not far from it.” Someone answered.

“Do we just stand here and wait for our boss die!?” he simply said.

As if he ignited something in the hearts of his company, their hearts suddenly heated up as their eyes shine like the sun.

“Would we just look at our boss fighting on his own!?” someone suddenly shouted.

“Yeah, we should join his fight, we fight or die together, and we can live forever!” another mercenary answered.

When merchant Olaf heard their conversation, he too felt the heat rushed from his heart and have an impulse to fight Bandit Leader Gu. But it was quickly diffused as he was a normal person. He can’t fight like them and he was scared in fighting and if he can soothe the bandits at that time he will negotiate them, sadly, his fear reigns over his mind and only hid behind the mercenaries.

“So what are we wasting time for? Let’s go and help our leader!!” the first who strike the conversation said.

The other members didn’t respond but they quickly moved towards their boss, wasting more saliva and just barking without doing.

The one who remained was old merchant Olaf who can only smile wryly because he couldn’t possibly join the fight.

The two people stepped back because of the impact.

Another injury slashed at Tu Ren’s body that crisscrosses on other bleeding and lacerated injuries.

Tu Ren runs while gripping his bloody saber, the blood was not from his enemy but his blood.

Tu Ren who was rushing to Bandit Leader Gu but was put into halt; he then looks towards the owner of the voice for he was familiar with that voice.

He was surprised because his members were approaching him. His eyes suddenly become moist as he looked at his members who were reduced by half, his members were like his brothers that in adversity and happiness they never left him. Although he was sad for those who died earlier they died in glory fighting for survival not dying a useless death.

This happenings today was put into dire strait but his remaining members was still keep coming towards him helping him fight this obstacle, this was a gift from heavens that he couldn’t repay through wealth or things, as the saying goes, ‘loyalty was not given but earned’. And Tu Ren got that from his brothers.

“Why are you here?” Tu Ren still asked though he knew why they come.

“What else would we be here?” someone answered.

“HAHAHA! Brothers, thank you for coming but I don’t think we can survive this I can’t even kill him how much more you who were only at the Peak of Mortal Realm” Tu Ren worriedly said.

“Who cares? We stand or we fall, where our fate may lead, in the end, we’re brothers!”

“Yeah!” the members answered in unison.

“Hmmn… Alright, let’s go!” Tu Ren controlled himself while saying.

Bandit Leader Gu was only looking at them waiting for their emotional action to finish while he was sneering as if he was looking at a dead people.

“Heh, are you done speaking nonsense? If so, then come and let’s end this!” Bandit Leader Gu said.

Bandit Leader Gu suddenly turns to blur as he swiftly moved towards one of the Black Saber Mercenary’s member. The mercenaries quickly held their saber tightly as the looked at the approaching demons in front of them.

“Offensive formation!” Tu Ren shouted.

The mercenaries swiftly coordinated and form an arrow formation spearheaded by Tu Ren facing the fast approaching Bandit Leader Gu.

Vroom!

As Bandit Leader Gu was moving, his speed was so fast that the ground was vibrating itself resonating to his movements, though he lacks one wing, he can still flap the right wing making him advance more quickly but was reduced by half, and when Bandit Leader Gu was so near.

“Activate!” Tu Ren suddenly shouted.

Hoong!

Everybody suddenly turned bright!

A large white saber suddenly appeared above them.

“Stab!” Tu Ren commanded.

Shiing!

All members and Tu Ren stabbed their sabers forward, and the manifested large white saber resonated and stabbed towards the incoming Bandit Leader Gu.

When Bandit Leader Gu saw the large saber his eyes turn wide, and his mouth twitched. He quickly changed his direction as he flipped himself to the side.

Cra-Puchi!

A slashed flesh and damaged scales was heard, even though Bandit Leader Gu evaded the attack he was still grazed by the saber’s blade. The right wing of his was cut into two and his right arm has also a deep cut while he was unbalance rolling towards the ground multiple times before standing.

Boom!

Bandit Leader Gu stomped his feet to the ground and dashed towards the group of mercenaries, though he lost both wings his speed was still so fast!

Tu Ren and his brothers only used the formation once but their elemental energy was nearly depleted, they can only use the formation once before they lost all ability to fight, their faces were now dignified and focus their attention on the fast-approaching Bandit Leader Gu, making sure that they can hit him accurately this time.

“Let’s see how many times you can use that formation!” Bandit Leader Gu mocked though as if he didn’t care for his injury or his lost wings.

“Slash!” Tu Ren loudly commanded.

The saber was lifted above and smashed towards the ground where Bandit Leader Gu was located at.

When Bandit Leader Gu saw the falling large white saber, he quickly diverted his direction to the side in order to evade.

BOOM!

Cracked earth appeared at the saber’s wake that a tremor reached Bandit Leader Gu by a small margin shaking his internal organs.

“Explode!” Tu Ren shouted.

BANG!

An explosion resonated as the elemental energy that made up the large white saber sword suddenly erupted circularly.

Bandit Leader Gu didn’t expect that Tu Ren would suddenly detonate the saber, making him received the impact.

Puchi! Slash! Crack!

The elemental energy was like normal sabers as it hit his body, creating wounds all over his body that he looks like Tu Ren’s situation he has now but still he was standing though all the scales on his body was destroyed or detached.

But the group of Tu Ren was in worse state, they were devoid of energy. Tu Ren was half kneeling while he was holding his saber; while the others was also half kneeled or lay flat on the ground.

“Pfft… BWAHAHAHA!” Bandit Leader Gu uproariously laughed when he saw Tu Ren and his brothers devoid of energy.

“I think that I will be killing people today like I was cutting weed.” He added.

Waving his sword to the ground, blood splattered across the ground which was Bandit Leader Gu’s blood.

Whoosh!

Bandit Leader Gu dashed towards the group.

Shiing!

And slashed his sword!

Clang!

But a clanging sound resonated as it was deflected by a hard metal!

Bandit Leader Gu was pushed back and was shocked by what he had seen!

Chen Yun was standing now in front of him without any injury or any other mishap in his body as if he was reborn from those severe injuries.

But the most shocking thing of all was at his back was a circular blank design which was emitting golden brilliance as if it was a holy thing, and in the upper left corner was a hexagram symbol!

It was the ‘Hsu’ symbol!

His right hand has another ‘Hsu’ revolving around his hands while at the back which was covered by the gloves was the imprint of the blank symbol like the attached symbol at his back. His aura that exuded was not the same as before, his elemental energy was denser like Bandit Leader Gu’s elemental energy.

“How did you!?” Bandit Leader Gu terrified asked.

For the first time Bandit Leader Gu felt fear in the very depths of his heart, he never has thought what monster happened to this young man that was now standing in front of him!

“How did I survive? Don’t ask that, but ask about how would like to die!” Chen Yun answered.

Whoosh!

“Not good!” Bandit Leader Gu was scared as he thought.

He madly retreated and head towards the uneven ground grabbing the chance to escape from Chen Yun who suddenly appeared!

ZInk!

But his escape was short because Chen Yun suddenly appeared at his front, and was launching his two large gauntlets!

BA-BANG!

Bandit Leader Gu was blown and his left arm was destroyed to pieces and was left with his right hand, holding the crimson sword.

He somersaulted as Chen Yun chased him!

‘Self-detonation!’

If he can’t even escape this calamity then he will just explode himself bringing Chen Yun to his grave and continue fighting to the underworld.

Suddenly, Bandit Leader Gu’s body inflated into round balloon!

“Chen Yun beware, he wants to self-detonate!” Tu Ren mustered his strength to shout.

When Chen Yun Heard his call, he didn’t slow his speed but he even accelerated his speed.

Whoosh!

When Chen Yun was 3 meters from Bandit Leader Gu, Bandit Leader Gu suddenly sneered.

‘EXPLODE!’

Vrooom!

But before he can explode himself a vrooming sound suddenly echoed and he was capsulated by clusters of rainbow fog and suddenly condensed itself like a shell on an egg!

Chen Yun had gained insight regarding the last stage of Cloud Hands Art!

A muffling sound erupted inside, but the shell-like-egg was only enlarging itself but it was not destroyed.

Chen Yun was in a Kamehameha position as if he was Goku but he’s not because he was himself. His action was like this in order to hasten the flow of elemental energy to form the fog and condense it.

His speed in Forming Stage was as fast as the Evaporation Stage!

Because he didn’t need to focus so hard on the two stages he was now fully focus on condensing the fog turning it into a shell as it envelopes Bandit Leader Gu. His discovery of the 64 symbols was a great fortune indeed.
