Thousands of years ago, there’s a mortal who dreamt to become the overlord of the mortal’s world. Others mocked and disdained him for overestimating himself too much, but eventually, as time flows by, the mortal has become the overlord of the world. Though he became the overlord, he still feels that there’s something lacking. Until his discovery about the existence of the myriad worlds on an ancient scripture, this discovery widens his horizon that not any mortal could fathom and a strong desire reigns over him. He suddenly came up an idea to traverse these myriad worlds but as his desires burning fervently from him, he had seen in the ancient scripture stating among all worlds exist in the universe, the strongest world were these two worlds, these two worlds was link with each other, the ’Celestial World’ and the ’Netherworld’ or in the other name ’Primordial Realm’. This world was the beginning of all other myriad worlds. It said that each world has a portal that connects towards the ’Primordial World’. With a goal in his mind, he frantically flips the Mortal World upside down finding for the clue stated on the ancient scripture.

Time flows by, the overlord found the portal. The way in activating the portal he needed the set of incantation needed to cast it to the portal. Thus, he slowly studied and learned the set of incantation until the day when he completely memorized it.

In front of the ancient portal, the overlord sat cross-legged as he narrated the set of incantation to open the slumbering portal. As he slowly reciting the chants, his body glowed with a golden color, like he was a lone Buddha sitting at the peak of the highest mountain, the glow of his body slowly creeps outwards to his front forming a circular formation and separate the circle by an ’S’ shape then a line was crawling towards the formation forming the Eight Trigrams.

Two hours later, the incantation finished with his face a little bit tired but his eyes gleamed with excitement and hope. The unmoving and floating Eight Trigrams suddenly moves headed towards the portal as it enlarges and placed itself on the ground turning into a great formation and the portal as its middle.

Rumble!

Sounds of rumbling and quaking ground resonated from the portal, glowing in golden colored light on its body. The overlord who waited for a very long time until his plan has turned into a realization, preparing himself as the portal slowly starting itself.

With his sword in his hands and his armor attached on his body, standing ten meters away from the portal waiting for it to be ready.

Rumble!

The rumbling and the quaking last only for an incense stick to burn before it slowly returns its calm; the portal has turned into a magnificent sight to behold.

The Eight Trigrams and 64 symbols suddenly appeared and were floating around the portal slowly revolving itself; the majestic aura that came from the portal makes the onlookers feeling awed. Unfortunately, only the overlord had seen this wonderful sight.

Standing before the portal, he took a deep breath before he slowly walked towards the portal and now his journey didn’t stop in the mortal world but towards the realm were gods and demons exist!

Will he reign in the ’Primordial World’? Or will he just go there like a sheep surrounded by the ravenous hungry wolf, ready to devour him?

Human desires are insatiable, and because of this, the overlord of the Mortal World has left…
