“You stay here and rest alright.” William spoke to the hostage as he cuffed her to the table of the interrogation room.
The hostaged axis soldier nodded her head slowly, leaving a lisp of dread. She rested her arms to the table, fumbling about with her deeply wounded corpse rottened hand.
William just shook his head and locked the interrogation door, he then entered the control room of the interrogation room, joining in with the Captain and the generals who were having a meet-up.
“William, you are doing pretty well lately. Continue with your work just like that.” General Shriway said as she looks at her paperwork.
“Thank you…” William commented with respect. “By the way, what are we going to do with this hostage, she’s a faulty.” William asked.
“Well, we have to ask the guardians, we have no idea either. This is the first time we encountered a faulty.” General Mia said as she was screwing her exo-skeleton arm with her multi-tool.
Captain Shanina crossed her arms and closed her eyes to relax herself and enter the darkness she embraces. William with no clue decided to interact with General Maia in a game of chess.
Some time has passed. The ringing of the crystal-powered telephone rung, awakening most of the people inside the meeting room.
As General Mia, Picked up the phone. The chairs which were empty suddenly had a string of light as the four guardian elders summoned themselves.
“A faulty you say?, hmm~” Miss Shimaya said as she was summoned, as smooth as her skin looked, her hair was rather rough looking today. As if, she didn't conditioned her hair or something
“Yeah, our Armaments Army haven’t noticed a Faulty before, they don't know what to do with it or her.” Shriway pointed through the one-way mirror to the resting faulty axis soldier.
“Well, the Aviations Crew encountered one before but they just ignored ''her”. Echelon 5 was that grouping . It was Echelon 2 who actually interacted with a Faulty before. They said that the faulty gave them blueprints on their upcoming corrupted creations and also plans of their next scheme.” General Mia explained.

“Then, why didn't you report the findings?” General Shriway asked Mia.
“It was an old story. I did give a written note on it a few years back but we were attacked and “that” incident happened with the boy, so I guess you burned the paper with em.” General Mia said as she shook her head.
Avalona felt confused, shaking her head in unreliability.. “You humans … ugh nevermind. Shimaya, do you know what they or we should do?” She asked.
“Well, on what in contrary that tGeneral Mia explained, we could try out that again. Maybe, she could be of good use. Just don’t be rough. Maybe, your recruit could learn a few things by being the interrogator this time.” Shimaya made a small smile as if being curious.
“What? Me, being the interrogator. I studied psychology in college but it was only the first few units.” William explained.
“Silly, you should at least know the main points in psychology. It is very easy and much more of a common sense. Mental states, Body language and the acts movements or reactions. Those are the main focal points you should at least have knowledge on.” Shimaya explained to William.
“Alright, I guess I will try.” WIlliam said as he looks at the hostage through the one-way mirror.
“Don't worry, I will prepare you a paper of questions. Just ask if possible for an answer.” General Shriway said as she started writing down some scribbles onto a piece of paper on her paper-holder.
…
William breathed in deeply and exhaled out slowly.
Opening the door with his right hand and the left, clutching onto a piece of paper, he slowly walked inside the interrogation room.
Upon closing the door, the sound of keys rustling through the keyhole could be heard.
The hostage aware raised her head slowly. She seemed to have been prepared.
WIlliam was given a device which he inserted into his ear. It was a translating device which could alter the soundwaves of the Axis’s grunting which could be turned somehow into real proper words.
“Hello, how are you?” William asked towards the hostage kindly.

In surprise,, The axis soldier blinked her eyes. (Is he asking me how am I?”) She asked herself. She replied back with a slow muttering of grunts. “Arraghhwah¬” which was quickly translated b the device into “I am fine, thank you.”
“That is good.I am going to ask you a few questions, are you going to cooperate with me? I promise I wouldn’t hurt you in any way.” He slowly told her.
The hostage slowly nodded her head. (If I answer, I wouldn’t get hurt, alright…)
“What is your name and how old are you?” William asked the first question
“My name is Number 152 Star, Caretaker of the Operating Base, Whitchurch. I am four months old.” The translator replied to William’s ear.
(Oh yeah, she is a clone. Age doesn’t really matter for a clone.) William spoke to himself.
In the meeting room, “What does the star stand for?” Captain Shanina asked the generals.
“Probably meaning she is faulty. The stars weren’t used in any of the ranks in the old Continuum.” General Mia replied.
“Alright¬” Captain Shanina whispered.
“Next Question, do you know what is your general or captains up to currently before your taking?” William asked.
“Not really, I am just a Lieutenant. I do not have much contact with the captains and had never seen the General before. I was only assigned to that area ever since I was capable of working.” The hostage explained.
“As i heard.” William nods to her reply.
“Why were you sent to an abandoned building, why did you only work with this small handful of people? What were you guys working on?” William asked
“I do not know why I was sent. I was given an assignment to take care of the base incase of emergency. The reason I was only with a small amount of people is because we were handpicked by our captains.” She explained. (No! It was because the captains called us ugly and useless!)
“Are you sure?” WIlliam asked. (I guess I have to go with the trick questions. She seems to be very nervous, her vulnerability rate is higher now.)
The hostage nods with a noticeable nervous look. Her breathing started to get loud and wheezy again. A sign that proves his theory.
“I heard that you were considered faulty so your captains threw you there so they wouldn’t see you ever again, is it because you were considered faulty?.” William said with a higher tune, as if being slightly sarcastic.
The hostage puts her head down. Her hands numb and looking paler. She was shivering slowly as her breathing got louder and breathes started to sound more like a scratching mirror.
She raised her head with an angry look. Her mouth showing her teeth, slightly bleeding from the lack of muscles to properly function the jaw. Her eyes were darkened by the motives of fear and anger together. She obviously looked like she was about to scream.
The device started to ring slowly, not deafening but it sounded like it was translating something out of thin air.
The device then boomed into William’s ear. “NO! I am Not Ugly. My Captains Are! They only Think About Blood and Killing ! I just want to mix with the other humans. I want to have a normal life !” The Device was too loud for his ears , so he pulled it off and threw it to the ground.
The device was now audibly ringing.
The faulty hostage of an axis soldier, banged her arms on the table before she started having a cry of some sort.As her body didn’t really have any fluids since they don’t really drink or eat. Slight dark liquids instead poured out, similarly to old and thick blood oozed.
“Shit. She has started to get emotionally unstable.” General Shriway said as she got up from her seat and immediately turned on the interrogation’s room microphone.
“William! Try to calm her down!. She is just emotionally unstable.”
“I will do my best !” WIlliam replied back through the screen as he started hugging the hostage.
Dumbfounded faces from almost everyone except Shimaya

Noble
"Then, let joyous news be delivered to those who pass their lives in peace, For it takes only one twist of fate to throw their lives upside down And for those who unfortunate enough to encounter the whims of fate, Let it be reminded to them, that even their lives repeat a hundred times..." --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Lys Ravenlicht was no hero, nor was he a brave man. He was someone who had the better things in life and figured that he'd tread upon the path his late father had prepared for him as an appointed noble and a politician in his home country and he had no business whatsoever of being a hero. And yet, it took only one twist, one twist of fate, before all plans he had laid out for the rest of his life went down the tubes. Join him as he traverse the lands of Fymia, where the arcane had faded into the annals of time and yet persist in the most mundane of things. And as he found himself dragged deeper into a catastrophic series of events that would change his perception of the world, and the course of history for the world itself... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Author's comments: The story was meant to be a satire of the Japanese animanga tropes.... until it got out of hand to the point I'm not sure it's a satire anymore. I hope you can find enjoyment in it nonetheless.
