Ten Thousand Beast Mountain Range, Darkness covered the entire forest, yet in the boundless mountains it was definitely not quiet. Multiple beasts bellowed with rage. Its roar shook the earth itself, ripping across the air through the forest like thunder.

Enormous Trees filled the entire forest, even though the entire mountain is covered with darkness there are multiple red lights glowing everywhere which would normally induce fear and along with earth-shaking roars a normal person would definitely be scared out of his wits.

Among those dark red eyes that glowed in the dark there's one that stood out among them; a black silhouettes of half moon devouring the revolving sun " ●) " with a black and white dragon swirling at the edge; this dragons look surreal and dangerous.

It's terrifying glow made some of the closer beasts whimper in fear.

"Just like what I thought, if my eye is activated, the already enhanced eyesight would be even more terrifying."

Even when Hannya didn't activate his eye, his sight is already outstanding enough; the enhancement is extremely terrifying when his eyes were activated he could see everything as clear as day, not just that while observing the muscle movements of the savage beasts that were lurking around he could predict their movements ahead of time, such power is simply terrifying when in battle.

He descended to the ground and retracted his aura so the beast won't be afraid of attacking him; let's try it a bit in combat and see how well it works.

While walking around the mountain range he heard some grass rustle and sensed a creature staring at him with bloodlust. As the bushes parted, an ash-gray wolf as tall as a man appeared with ferocious eyes and slowly moved about.

It was a Nascent Profound Beast of the first rank. In the Ten Thousand Beast Mountain Range, countless violent Nascent and Earth lurks; the entire mountain range can be called their paradise.

Normal people stepping into the forest would be robbed of their eyesight and heightened the other senses. It would have been very disorientating to be almost blinded but thanks to his Luminal eye he could see as clear as day. The beasts in the forest were sensitive even a soft susurration of the branches could rob it's attention. When the beast was hunting a prey heard a crackling noise from a branch it went over and what appeared on its line of sight; It was Hannya who retracted his aura, He noticed the beasts presence and decided to walk towards it's direction with a smile on his face as if he was completely unaware of the gaze of those dreadful eyes. Step by step, he drew closer and closer.

As he got closer, the monstrous creature burst forth from the grass, bared its ugly fangs, and let out a thunderous roar that echoed throughout the forest.

Even though it's movements were extremely fast for Hannya it looked like the beast was in slow motion, with a sidestep the beast only hit the air. As if it's dignity was challenged when it's prey dodge the beast issued another roar and attacked with it's sharped claws.

Fwoosh!

Hannya easily dodge each strike. 'As expected, if I focus a bit It allows me to see a bit of what it's gonna do next.' A huge paw with sharp nails strucked to where Hannya was standing.

Bam!

The impact quaked the land, dust covered the entire area of effect causing the beast to lose it's sight for a bit.

"Heh, don't move so much or I won't be able to slice you cleanly."

The beast with great reflexes tried to throw the Hannya who was standing on it's head but..

Slinng!

The sound of blade sheating echoed in the forest. Fountain of blood splashed on Hannya's clothes and face. The beast didn't even have the chance to react before it died.

He swung his sword and huge amount of blood splattered on the ground. If someone saw Hannya's current appearance they would definitely be frightened so much that they might collapse.

Dark red blood on his face together with his Dark Red Eyes; if someone would like to imagine a Demon Lord who came out from hell, it would definitely be this scene.

'The enhancement is simply great.'

As the the time got closer his heart started to beat faster. He could hear a vague whisper.. It sounded eerie and dangerous.. As the seconds past by the words became clearer and clearer.

"Do it."

The entire place turned dark; he saw a young man sitting on a wooden chair with hand cuffs on his hand. He had a white hair with dark red eyes which have the same symbol on his eyes when activated.

Hannya was shocked not because of the eyes but because the man looking at him had his original look before he was sent to this world.

"Accept me."

As the chains on the cuffs echoed the young man stood up and walk closer to him.. Hannya can feel countless emotion

'I won't be swallowed by you.' Hannya subconciously looked at his old self with hate.

"Heh, it seems like you hate me? First of all you and I are the same. Even though you've sealed your memories the real you will never dissappear. Being feared by everyone is such a wonderful feeling, didn't we feel that way when we started a massacre? Right?"

Some vague memories started to appear on Hannya's head. Clutching his head, shaking it he rolled to the ground.

On the outside a large amount of bloodlust covered the entire mountain range. Countless beasts lurking in the shadow crouched in submission.

his bloodthirsty nature overtook his body

'Hannya' cracked his neck.

"It's been awhile since I got out. I guess I'll go hunting."

Licking his lips, he walmed towards the area where he could sense human cultivators.

A dark-mist emitting from his body crawled on the rough dirt path. The aura looked like countless deadly snake ready to strike. The profound beasts were shivering like a pig who were ready to be slaughtere while holding on for dear life.
