Multiple wild wolves who were frozen in mid-air dropped to the ground with a thud, crackling sound echoed in the forest.

All the wolves were shattered into pieces.

Within the silent night, other than the rustling of trees caused by a cold breeze, there was no other movements.

Hannya didn't have enough time to check everything because a white figure appeared in front of him. A pair of indescribable crimson eyes met his. It was as if the world's most beautiful ruby gem laid deep within her eyes. Her jade-like skin and face were as white as snow under the dim rays coming from the moon.

"So you still haven't fix that bad habit of yours, leaving me alone as you like." Her lips curled up.

She may be smiling and it didn't seem like she's angry when you just look at her appearance but the aura coming off from her is extremely scary.

Hannya felt a chill, a bead of sweat formed in his forehead despite the cold atmosphere.

"Hahaha, sorry. I didn't want to disturb you so I left silently." With great difficulty Hannya was able to maintain his calm demeanor while laughing it off as if nothing happened.

A sigh escaped Setsura's mouth when she saw him laughing. This guy is still the same, but what can she do? She had already decided that she will stay with man forever.

"So what should we do now?" Setsura asked while looking at the multiple dead bodies on the ground.

Touching his chin, he acted like he was thinking while he hurriedly activated his status window.

Hannya surveyed the scanned his status for awhile, and when he was about to reply he suddenly felt his instincts giving him warnings about an upcoming danger, he immediately activated his 'fear' and used Kyōka Suigetsu.

A gigantic shadow with opened wide jaws tried to devour Hannya but what happened next stunned the wild wolf.

An illusion akin to an afterimage dispersed when his fangs came in contact with the target.

Hannya's figure appeared beside Setsura, looking at the wolf-like figure who sneaked attacked him.

It is covered in grey fur while it's eyes has a golden lustre, it was twice the size of the wild wolves that they killed, this beast is almost three meters long.

The wild wolf king was enraged when he realized that his opponent escaped intact from his attacked, with bloodshot eyes it charged with a defeaning howl.

White figure and grey figure clashed causing a huge impact causing the land to tremor slightly.

Crimson eyes and Golden eyes met, both eyes turned sharp emitting a dark killing intent, enveloping a huge land, half the land froze while the other half was full of cracks.

While Setsura and the Wild Wolf King were having an intense fight, Hannya took out a large sakazuki cup.

Pouring the Deadly Sake into the large cup, he looked at the Wild Wolf King.

"Yuki-onna, that's enough."

With great speed Setsura retreated back to Hannya side followed by the Wild Wolf King.

Looking at the Wild Wolf King pursuing Setsura he closed his eyes and coordinated with the system.

'System, let me know when this pup steps in the attacking range'

Hannya waited until he heard the notification.

Blowing across the liquid, an overwhelmingly large blue flames emerge, devouring the Wild Wolf King whole.

"Roaaaaaar" The Wild Wolf King stopped in place and howled in agony. The Wild Wolf King was rolling on the ground, the muscles of it's blood-drenched body spasming and twitching. Every now and then, hoarse howl could be heard from it's mouth… proving not only that it was still alive but also that it still retained some semblance of consciousness.

"Ougi Meikyō Shisui, "Sakura", if you didn't sneak attacked on me and just stayed in your lair, you wouldn't have this pitiful ending" Hannya said while looking at the Wild Wolf King.

Controlling the Flame at will, Hannya increased it's power to maximum making the Wild Wolf King Howl in despair, if it knew that this person was that powerful it wouldn't have attacked, this were it's last thoughts before it closed it's eyes.

A light breeze passed across. The cool breeze blew up a cloud of dust from the battle aftermath, and a few leaves floated about in the air before finally landing on the ground.
