The rays of the sun were hitting the vast waters of the lake. Judging by the state of the sun, it was past noon. But on the lakeshore, where green grasses grew. A mother and son were playing with the water.
Doran couldn't remember having such a good time in a long time. It may seem absurd for a 21-year-old to play with water, but as someone who hadn't lived through his childhood, Doran didn't care. Maybe it was the effects of the other Doran, but it didn't matter much, he was happy and that was enough for him.
When mother and son got tired of running around in the water, they came to where Ashe and Eve were sitting with a blanket on the ground, surrounded by servants and Bodyguards.
Doran looked at his Stepmothers sitting on the ground. All of them, including her mother, were beautiful enough to be models. Ashe had blond, wavy hair. Her brother Eren was sitting next to his mother. Next to Ashe, Eve was holding her 1.5-year-old daughter. Eve had black hair and a sharp face.
“I haven't seen you this happy in a long time, Elizabeth,” Ashe said with a smile.
“I am happy because of him, my son has finally regained his health. How could I not be happy?”
Meals and desserts prepared by the Servants began to be served as Doran and Elizabeth sat down. What the two Dorans had in common was that they liked sweet things.
When Doran saw the cakes he immediately take one piece and start eating. As he ate the cake quickly, a piece of the cream got on his nose. Seeing this, his younger brother started to laugh, showing Doran with his hand. When Doran put his hand to his face, he realized that the cream.

“You laugh at me, little brother, how about a taste of the cake”
Doran smeared the cake icing on the face of his younger brother, who was sitting across from him.
Seeking revenge, Eren reached for the cake and grabbed some icing when Doran had already stood up and walked away from Eren.
Eren got up and started running after his brother. It looked pretty funny trying to catch Doran with his little feet.
Everyone was watching the bickering between these brothers with a smile. Some of the maids even couldn't help but burst out laughing.
The picnic continued like this until before dark. Then they got on the carriages they used to come to the lake and set off towards the Red Castle.
The Red Castle was built on top of a hill. Around the castle was the city of Ivarta, the Center of the Vartica duchy.
When the carriages entered the city, the guards on the leading horse were watching for possible attacks. Today, Doran had come out of the castle for the first time, so he was studying the people of the city through the window of the chariot.
Since the Kingdom of Leon, to which the Duchy was attached, was a human kingdom, the majority of those on the street were human. But Doran had seen several elves and dwarves.
Horse carriages rushed through the streets and came to the gate of the castle. As soon as the guards saw the carriages, they opened the gates of the castle and the carriages entered.
“Young master, your Father invites you to the study.”
Doran nodded as if to say to his father's butler.
"See you at dinner, Mother," he said, entering the castle and walking towards Lord Albert's study on the second floor.
It had been 3 days since the conversation between Doran and his father. Doran's father had not spoken to him since that day. He was deciding how to act, Doran thought. This situation made Doran very nervous. Fortunately, the picnic by the lake today took this stress away.

When Doran came to the door of the study, the maid waiting at the door opened the door for him.
Lord Albert was sitting behind the great desk. When Doran entered, he gestured for him to sit down.
As Doran sat down on the couch, Lord Albert began to speak.
“Doran, I thought long and hard about what to do with you. Even though my son's behavior and movements have changed after he recovered from the disease. I saw that a part of my son was still there. That's why it's been so late to talk to you. I'm sure a part of my son lives with you."
"I…. Lord Albert.”
“Let me finish. Even if you are a different person now, a part of you is still my son. If you accept me and Elizabeth as your mother and father, I will accept you as my son. “
Doran didn't know what to say. The orphanage years came to mind. The years without his parents when he went to school. Closing himself to the outside world. It all passed before your eyes.
“I accept, Lord Albert”
“Call me Father from now on if you agree.”
“Yes Father.”
"Okay, now change and go down to dinner."
Lord Albert sighed as Doran left the room. A big reason why he made this decision was that he thought a part of his Son was still living in New Doran. Another reason was the legends. People from another world had a common feature. Changing the world. If the legends were half true, the duke of Vartica would grow unstoppably at Doran's hands.
Besides, what would change if a piece of the current Doran couldn't be his own son. The blood flowing through his son's body was his own. Doran's children would also carry this blood.
He shook his head from these thoughts and left the room and went down to the dinner in the main hall. Entering the main hall, he heard Doran and Elizabeth laugh. Ashe and Eve were also at the table. They also had a smile on their face.
Lord Albert hadn't been sure if he had made the right decision before, but seeing this sight, he was sure that he had made the right decision. He walked to his seat at the table with a smile on his face.
