Cynthia was running through the woods dodging plasma shots that pummeled the trees and wood. She was terrified as she looked behind as a group of Elites and grunts fired at her. She was trying to reach the closest pokemon center to heal her battered pokemon.
She shed a tear for her lost Garchomp when a muscular looking Mewtwo decapitated her Garchomp with a pyschic blade. Her other pokemon were not doing great either.
Cynthia was bleeding from the head and had various cuts and bruises covering her body as she escaped the enemy troops.
As she was running into the woods she recounted how quickly the shit hit the fan. It was a couple weeks ago where she was in the Pokemon league as she heard shouts of surprise and fear from outside. She had run outside to see a massive purple spaceship in the sky. She could see ships coming down from the sky raining plasma upon the city and could hear aliens killing people and pokemon alike.
She had immediatly got onto her Garchomp to go and help people but had to quickly flee as she saw some Machamps on Salamances armed with plasma weapons fire at her. The sight was scary and the pokemon were wearing red and black armor.
Her pokedex came up and glitched as the viewed pokemon were given an error. Her communicater beeped as she answered it.
Cynthia was in horror as she heard that all of the cities in the region were in flames and aliens were everywhere. Some people have managed to escape but they were few and far between.
Back to Cynthia was running through the woods and was able to escape the squad of aliens. She sighed in relief as she used her items on her remaining pokemon. She found an abandoned pokemon center in the middle of the forest and went inside. When she entered the center, she felt a barrel press against her head.

"Why hello there young lady, I see you are running away from the fodder. Now then would you hand me all of you pokemon now or would you like to see the afterlife and trust me lady, it is not a pretty place."
Cynthia began tearing up as she gave her pokemon the stranger. The barrel left her head as the stranger walked into her vision. The stranger was a man in black armor like a marine from UNSC and he went over to a wall in the pokemon center and touched the wall.
The pokemon center began shimmering as it slowly vanished into a Pelican spaceship. Some other marines were there and arrested Cynthia. Cynthia looked around and saw many other people already there. Most of the were women, and most of them were crying.
She pleaded to the marine as the ship closed the hatch and began to take off.
"Why are you doing this to us, please just tell us why,"
"We obey the order of the Eternal One. Now be quiet because we are picking up some more people and then delivering you all to be processed."
"WE OBEY THE ORDER OF THE CREATOR. NOTHING SHALL STAND IN OUR WAY!"
