After the lights finally disappeared Dan turned his head to the crewmen and all those who decided to follow them on their journey, he saw that all of them were standing there frozen with their eyes still looking at the place where the light disappeared from.

He clapped his hands to get their attention before saying:

"Our journey had already started, now we can only sail on this open ocean till we make it to one of the other areas out there, after that we are going to be free, from dragons, from fear, we only need to hold on for three months at most, I'm sure that if by third month from now, if the wind stays as good as it is, and if nothing unexpected happens we would already be on a new land, we only have to hold on for three months or so, and we would be free."

"Ok we will do our best to hold on, after all we are already here and we can't change it, we made our choices and we won't go back on them right now." Mad Dog was the first one to talk.

The others also started nodded their heads, it was already too late for regrets they could only push forward, they then all took one last look at where the lights were before returning to do their things.

"Hey old Frank, are our rooms ready?" after looking around and seeing that nothing was wrong, Dan tuned to old Frank and asked him about their rooms as they were quite tired, in that day they had to do a lot of thing, and all of them needed some rest.

"Yes as soon as I heard you and the others were going to be o ln Barbarossa, I asked for rooms to be prepared for you, here follow me I'll lead the way." Saying that old Frank turned and started walking to the inside of the ship.

Dan and the gang then followed him; soon he stopped next to six rooms and said:

"These are them, you can choose anyone."

"Ok, thank you for your hard work." Dan first thanked old Frank before looking at Robin and saying:

"You should go and rest, here take this drop of dragon's blood and have a blood bath, it will make you get better faster."

He handed him the small bottle which had around one or two drops of dragon blood.

"Ok, I won't say no to that " Robin said as he took the small bottle from Dan, then he opened the door of one of the rooms as he said:

"You are right I really need some rest, so good night everyone, see you tomorrow." before entering his room.

"Ok everyone you go and rest for a bit too, I'll go to the hold and bring some drops of dragons blood and give them to you." Dan added as he saw him enter.

Nodding their head, Randy Leonard and Katherine, opened the doors to their rooms and entered.

Katherine and Leonard were tired because of the over use of their abilities, as Katherine used her ability to the point of exhaustion while Leonard used his ability which he had awakened just the day before to catch the attention of the dragon many times.

They also felt quite tired mentally after all in earth not every day you would get the chance to enter a battle of life and death against a mythical creature, while for Randy he was simply lazy and wanted some sleep.

Nero and Anie weren't that tired or lazy so they decided to go with Dan to the hold and take one look at the corps of the dragon, especially Anie who didn't really take a clear look at it.

"Ok let's go, oh you too old Frank, come I'll show you something great." Dan said.

Then the four of them heeded to the hold where the dragon's corps was kept.

When they entered there, old Frank froze in his place and he couldn't take another step, the horrifying face of a dragon up close was something he never thought he would be able to see, yet there it was just a few meters away from him.

"This is the dragon which we were trying to hunt, Robin brought it here, so what do you think? Its pretty right?" Dan asked as he saw the astonished look on old Frank face.

"It's magnificent that's for sure..." Old Frank said after staying speechless for a while.

"Yeah it sure is." Dan murmured to himself before finally saying:

"Anyway we need to take care of a lot of things so let's get started."

He then made a small cut on the dragon before collecting a few drops and giving the bottles to old Frank and saying:

"Here give those bottles to Randy and the others, while you and Barry take one each for yourselves."

Old Frank thanked him before turning around and leaving, he dreamt about getting a drop of dragon blood but he also knew how unrealistic that was so he buried that thought deep in his heart, who would have expected that he would got some, and not just for himself even Barry got some making him quite happy, he first gave the bottles to Randy and the other two before finding Barry and telling him about the drop of dragon blood.

Barry's reaction was a sight to behold he held the bottle containing the dragon's blood as if he was holding his own life in his hands, after he gave it to him each of them left to their rooms and started getting ready for their first blood bath.

Dan and the other two on the other hand were also getting busy with the corps, they had to get all the blood of it and put it aside before taking a look at the other materials that a dragon's corps would have.

Dan moved one of the containers next to the dragon's corps before reopening one of those shallow wounds in its neck.

As soon as the wound was opened blood started flowing, Dan didn't waste even one drop as he put the containers in such way that it caught all the blood, letting none fall to the floor at all.

The container was able to hold a thousand L, but it didn't take long before it was filled with blood.

Dan then hurriedly moved it away and brought another one, the second one also was filled soon after, in the end they had to use three containers, which was around three thousand Ls of dragon blood.

Dan looked at the containers filled with dragon blood and he couldn't stop himself from feeling as if he was rich, it was like the feeling when he got his paycheck and he finally held the money after withdrawing it, a great since of accomplishment and happiness.

He knew that that probably was all the blood in the dragon as because of the weird characteristic of the dragon's blood, if a dragon dies and there was a wound somewhere on its body all the blood would leave it when it finds a way out.

"This blood will be enough for a lot of things." as he was absentmindedly looking at the three containers of dragon blood, something which was more valuable than gold with hundreds of times, he heard Nero's voice sounding from next to him.

"Yeah it will, it will be of great help on whatever world we are going to, and not just for us but for everyone on this ship, using this we can make a group that can survive any one of the worlds that I have memories of." Dan answered back.

"That's what you really want right, a group that can stand on its own in this new world?" Nero asked, he always felt as if Dan had a purpose behind everything he did.

"Yes, just as you said, I do really want a group that can survive on its own on this new world, a group that can survive on any of the twenty one worlds which I have memories of, and this blood here will be the first tool we are going to use in order to make it to that stage, after all this journey is only the first step, even if each of us returns to his home I doubt that our worlds are going to be the same as how we left them, there must be changes and we are going to be ready for them." Dan answered, since the very beginning he had that idea.

"So you are going to split the blood on everyone on the ship right? To make a strong group I mean."

"Yes, only us won't be going anyway, if only the six of us get powerful, probably our power won't make a different on a big gigantic battle which will lead eventually to our doom, we need everyone in this ship to get stronger, but of course we won't just give them the blood like that, but instead it will be based on the amount of contributions made by people,

"Till now the people with the most contribution are old Frank and Barry, who helped us ever since we entered the base, that was also one of the reasons why I gave them the blood, it was to make an example of them, making the other know that if they also do something for the base they would also have the same treatment."

"We need to make sure that we are safe, and after that we will see how we are going to deal with anything that comes our way." He added.

"So what should we do now?" Nero then asked that question while looking at the corps of the dragon.

Dan thought a little before putting his hand on the dragon and saying:

"I don't think we have any equipment or tools good enough to deal with this one here."

The scales of the dragon were way too strong for any of their weapons to deal with, they could make some wounds bigger but that's all, nothing else can be done.

"So we are just going to let it here?" Nero said.

"No I have an idea, I don't know if it would work but I'll try it, anyway we will deal with this tomorrow, you two just go and rest for now." Dan answered, he remembered that when he saw the man who old Frank called Thomas, the maker of the spears, got on the ship he was holding some big heavy bags and boxes, he didn't know what was In them but he had a hunch that they probably were weapons or things like that, that'd why he decided to meet him tomorrow.

"I'm kind of tired, see you tomorrow." Nero said before leaving the room.

"I'll be going too." Anie said before turning around and starting to move, but then she stopped and asked:

"What about you? Aren't you going?"

"No I still have to find a place to hide those five containers, and many other things to do, I'll sleep after that so just go and rest."

Dan then moved the five containers to one corner of the hold and hid them there along with the other empty ones, it wasn't like he didn't want to hide them in another place but they were simply way to big, and they couldn't leave the hold at all,They were brought inside the hold by turning them vertically, which couldn't be done if they were filled, so hiding them there among the other ones was the only option.

Then he left to the surface of the ship and started looking at the sky, the stars were so beautiful and because there was no light pollution, they were the clearest and most beautiful he had ever seen in his life.
