"Why did you attack my gang, I don't think, I know anyo..." he was going to say that he didn't know anyone of them, but then he saw old Frank, and he somehow remembered how he sent Patrick old Frank and the cowardly looking man to get him some girls and kill the others.

"You are the group of people..." he shouted when he remembered about them, unfortunately for him Randy truly wasn't going to waste such a chance when his opponent was distracted so he pulled the trigger with no further thoughts.

Even though the one eyed dragon seemed distracted he was actually paying attention to every little movement of theirs, even the moment when Randy's eyes squinted and his finger moved didn't escape his eyes, so he hurriedly moved away, he didn't know what the plasma gun was, but he knew that that thing was the weapon which killed the other blood power user.

The one eyed dragon's speed was unbelievable for a human add to that how he moved before Randy even pulled the trigger it wasn't surprising that the shoot didn't hit.

"What is that...? I want it" the one eyed dragon was surprised at first but then a greedy look appeared on his eye as he stared at the plasma gun.

"Calm down, be ready."

As soon as she heard Nero's shout, Katherine knew that they were going to fight the one eyed dragon there, and her face somehow paled, but then Dan's voice sounded next to here, and returned her to her sense as she picked a leaf and waited for the best opportunity to act.

The one eyed dragon kept on moving from one place to another avoiding Randy's shots, while slowly getting closer to them, he know that in that whole group only the one with the strange weapon was a danger to him all the others were but babies which he could slaughter with ease after dealing with him.

Randy's aiming was astonishing it even seemed as if he was able to predict where the one eyed dragon was going to be, and that was the only reason why the one eyed dragon was having such hard time getting close to him.

Randy was following the one eyed dragon's movements but one time he was one second short as the one eyed dragon suddenly changed his movement, giving him no time to re-aim, with a happy expression the one eyed dragon moved toward Randy's side aiming to finish him in one hit...

But he saw something which made his expression change, in an angle that he wasn't able to see because of Randy's body there was a girl aiming an arrow at him.

And just as he saw that, the woman released it, with no time to stop himself he could only lift his left hand and let the arrow hit it, he was expecting the pain when the arrow hit him but instead he felt a numbing feeling which started spreading from his left hand to every part of his body.

From the corner of his eye the one eyed dragon was able to see Randy turning the plasma gun toward him.

He wanted to move and dodge away but unfortunately because of Katherine's arrow he felt slow and wasn't able to control his body well, so he was only able to move his body to the side a little, instead of the shot hitting his heart he was shot in the right shoulder.

So he was left like that, when the left hand was shot by the arrow he lost all feeling on it, and he wasn't able to control it at all, while the plasma shot on his right shoulder made his right arm unusable.

Feeling threatened, decided to at least take one of them with him if he was going to die.

Thinking about that, the one eyed dragon focused his eyes on Katherine and moved toward her.

Because his two hands were injured, he lifted his leg and aimed it at her neck, he knew that if he was able to hit her she wouldn't survive, the best case scenario for her would be if her neck got broken, while the worst would be her head getting separated from her head entirely.

The others were surprised, they didn't expect the one eyed dragon to do that.

Leonard, who had been standing next to Katherine since the beginning, was only able to lift his hand a little before the one eyed dragon's leg made it to Kerry neck.

They could only watch as the world seemed as if it was moving in slow motion...

Then the world returned to normal and a body was thrown away as if it was hit by a truck.

Turning their head they were only able to see a black body with a missing leg imitating smoke.

Surprisingly the body was the one eyed dragon's, at that time he was just a corps with no signs of life.

Looking at that surprising scene Dan and the others couldn't stop themselves from taking a look at Katherine who was on the floor unconscious with a pale face.

After a few moments of silent Randy moved toward her and checked her before releasing a sigh and saying:

"Don't worry she just fainted, there doesn't seem to be any signs of her suffering from anything serious."

Hearing him everyone released breaths of relief, and then Nero looked at Katherine before turning his head toward Dan and saying:

"So it really happened, it's just that her progress is way too fast isn't it?"

His words made everyone look at Dan questioningly.

Dan sighed and said:

"I'll tell you about everything later but now we need to deal with other more important things" after saying that he looked at old Frank and said:

"Go call the people with the most influence over the gang alongside the blood power users."

Old Frank nodded his head and left, he was excited that was for sure, he never thought that just because of a few words he made friends of such people that were able to kill the blood power users, while he was walking he sighed and murmured:

"Thank you... And sorry" no one knew who was it that he was apologizing to, after all even he didn't know her name.

The underground base started first as many basements linked together, and from that they started expanding making many tunnels and small rooms.

It didn't take long before all the lower gang leaders were standing in front of Dan and the others, after all many of them were on their way to that place after they heard the shout of the blood power user and the one eyed dragon's shout too.

Barry was among them he was a young man in his mid-twenties who had a good relationship with old Frank, he also hated the blood power users that were controlling the gang especially Conan, so when he heard from old Frank that all the blood power users were died he almost shouted from happiness.

He hated them because one time, just like what happened with Dan and his group today, a pair of a brother and sister wanted to join the group, he and old Frank were on guard that day.

Unfortunately, at that time old Frank didn't think about it a lot and he allowed them to enter.

That pair lived there for a month or so, but trouble were bound to come their way, the reason of that was simply because the sister was so beautiful no matter how hard she and her brother tried to hide it, they weren't able to.

One day, one of Conan's followers saw her without her vial which she always wore, he told Conan how there was a young beautifully girl in the gang and that non of the other blood power users has noticed her yet.

Conan ordered his follower to get her to him, and the follower happily did so.

When her brother tried to resist he was thrown to jail where he eventually died, while she was taken to Conan.

But who would have thought that even before they made it to Conan's room she would fall and die.

She took poison choosing to finish her life.

Maybe because she was the same age as him, maybe because he was the one who let them enter, even though years has passed since than, Barry still remembered how they stood in front of him and old Frank with her hiding behind her brother as he asked if they could join the gang.

They were skinny and were wearing rages which meant that they were at their limits, so the probably were going to die anyway that was what old Frank said to him when they heard about what happened to them from some of their friends, and that was what he told himself all those years.

Tearing himself from those old memories, he took a look at the group of people who were standing in the center of the room, they were four men, they seemed young and were wearing weird outfits, but none of them had normal temperament, each of them had his own special aura.

"All the blood power users in this gang are died, and from now and onwards the one eyed dragon gang will be under our control." The one that talked was a young man with a serious normal looking face.

His voice made everyone in the room stand straight, after all they wanted to know what those people wanted to do with them, after all those people were able to deal with the one eyed dragon and the others, which meant that they weren't a group that they normal people could go against.

"But don't worry we won't treat you badly, after all the gang isn't just made from the leaders, we want you to know that the place here will get better, and that we are going to give you a big surprise in the end." the serious looking young man added.

"Old Frank can you please tell us were the ships are kept." the serious looking young man talked for a while more before turning his head toward old Frank and asking.

"They are kept in a cave under a cliff, we covered the entrance of the cave so it won't be seen by the dragons from the outside." old Frank said, it was then that he remembered how those people took control of the gang just because they wanted the ships, making him wander what they really wanted them for.

"And how do you get there?" Dan asked

.

"We dug a tunnel from here to that cave, it took us a while but with the help of the blood power users we were able to do it."

"The last time you checked how were they"

"You should ask Robert about it, he is one of those from our gang that are members of the ships crewmen." old Frank hesitated for a while before pointing to an old man with a head full of white hair.

"Robert right? can you tell me about the ships, are they in a good shape?" Dan asked the white haired Robert calmly, but even though he appeared calm his heart was beating so fast, not just him, Nero Randy, and Leonard all of them felt like that.

"They are in a good shape, you don't have to worry about them sir." the white haired man answered.

Releasing a breath of relief, Dan smiled and said:

"Great, what about the other crewmen of those three ships then, are they here yet."

"They aren't here yet, usually they only arrive after the Great Migration starts, as they fear meeting a dragon in the way here." old Frank answered him instead.
