《Rebirth of the Phoenix God》21 - Rite

'Wait here and what?'
Sitting in the chair that Kaisha pointed out for him, Fen couldn't help but get more and more anxious with every single passing moment. Being a part of the church, even if she claimed that it was only due to the benefits that they offered her, she would still know about the recent event in the cathedral. After all, if discovering that someone was discovered to be an apostle was as big as both Hekarion and Mark made the young man believe they were, then there was no way that such news could be put under wraps!
'Is it just all a trick to lure me to this place?'
Only now, when Kaisha was away, did Fen manage to recover his composed mental state, dropping all the attachments that he had to the girl due to her welcoming attitude. And his situation didn't look good at all!
The darkness itself was not a problem. Just by invoking his fire, Fen could easily find the way out of the room. Even if it were to be blocked in an attempt to confine him inside this place, the young man was quite sure that given his enormous talent, just by letting his power rein free over his actions would be enough to shatter any lock that could be placed on the doors that lead him here.
But thankfully, before his mental state could deteriorate to the point where any form of sound, flash or smell could turn him into berserk fighting for his life, Kaisha finally appeared.
For a short moment, the young man could see her wearing a plain type hooded coat, that covered her entire body to the point where Fen had to start wondering just how the heck did this girl manage to avoid slipping on the cloth that she was wearing. But before he could make any other observations, the girl closed the door behind her, once again covering the entire room in perfect darkness.

Snap.
As soon as this sound reached Fen's ears, two candles lit up, shedding a bit of light at the shadowy figure in front of him.
Snap.
Another two candles started burning.
Snap.
This time, thanks to the candles that were already lit, Fen could see Kaisha's fingers snapping against each other before the entire room was lighted up. Looking around, the young man could see the candles neatly stacked all around the place, with one full circle stacked beside the walls, and several others planted in specific points of the place.
"Calm down, and do not fight it."
Hearing Kaisha's haggard voice, Fen realised that something was not right. Instantly trying to move up from the chair, his heart jumped all the way up to his throat when he realised that there was some kind of strange force binding him down to his current seat!
But it wasn't the end of the changes that continued to occur in this room.
The crown of fire created from the combined flames of all the candles continued to grow hotter and hotter, to the point that even the young man started feeling uncomfortable with it. Yet, what happened to the girl in front of him was even worse, as her outfit actually started burning!
It disappeared in the flames within just a few seconds, leaving only Kaisha's naked body and two long bands that went from between her legs all the way to her shoulders, conveniently hiding just enough to prevent her from being naked!
"Wha…"
"RISE!"
As soon as Fen attempted to ask for some explanation, Kaisha raised her hands to the ceiling. Heeding her command, the fire that barely trickled on her body and was about to go off, suddenly caught hold of those two thin but long strands of cloth that hid her charms away, instantly turning them into a solid fire!

But as much as the young man's body wanted him to focus on the unbelievable sight before him, the heat in the room already broke through all the barriers of what Fen could comfortably sustain. Yet, no matter how much he wanted to scream, he was actually unable to open his mouth!
Only for the scorching heat to suddenly subsidise all at once!
Raising his sight in surprise, the young man saw his classmate slowly moving her body around, as if she was in some kind of dancing trance. With how his entire vision was already covered in fires, the flames that hid her charms away couldn't do its work at this point, fully revealing every single and last bit detail about Kaisha. From her cherry-red nipples standing on top of her full breast, through her completely exposed waist, all the way to the lovely triangle between her legs that glistered in the young man's eyes as if it was… wet?
Even without the proper experience in this regard, Fen wasn't some kind of teenage youth to be ignorant as to what this state of this particular part of a woman's body indicated!
And as if this realisation was the last hit that his self-control could handle, Fen could feel as sudden as quick wave that shook his body, before his mind was completely flooded with lust!
In one instant, all his muscles tensed up in an attempt to break free from the confines of this strange force that held him in place. His clothes that were already on the verge of self-igniting from the heat, finally gave up, quickly revealing his hard penis standing at attention due to the delicious sight that was fed directly to his eyes.
But even in this state, his body remained as tightly bound to the chair as it was before, forcing him to continue watching as Kaisha's shaking her hips less than a meter before his face presented all the details of her most important place right to him.
With every moment, Fen's bodily desperation only continued to grow, as his vision started to fade away from the stress that his muscles failed to report to his brain. And just when the young man realised that he was on the verge of losing his consciousness, all the beautiful sights that were forced upon his virgin soul, disappeared without a trace, replaced by the sea of fire that he already learned to be familiar with!
"It's been a while. To be frank, I didn't expect you to come to visit me so soon!"
Turning around his uncorporeal body, Fen laid his gaze on the glorious figure of Draconis. Seeing the kind smile of this god-like figure, he finally realised what was the point of this entire, strange ritual.
"Do you know how did I appear here?"

The Shattered Circle
Aleyr Frostborn has survived a hundred prophecies of her defeat, breaking each one by slaying the champions of light sent to kill her. Amongst the forces of good, her very name is a curse, and with good reason. Beyond her own evil, it is said that so long as she lives, the reign of the Godslayer himself will last: the lich king who the terrified masses call the King in Black. While the kingdoms and empires that surround the blighted lands of the undead lands struggle to survive and beat back the tide of evil, the machinations of the Eternal Kingdom's dark court barely contain the bitter struggles for power between the forces that have made it what it is. With one foretold hero brutally snuffed out, another will inevitably arise. For Aleyr, the cycle only further embitters her towards the gods of good and all those who serve them. But the truth is that her downfall might be something much closer to home than their prophecies, those last dregs of mortality beating inside her own chest. With a thoughtless intersection between cruelty and mercy, she begins a chain of events that threatens to tear the Eternal Kingdom and her own loyalties into shreds. After all, many things can be broken, not just prophecies.
