Azura nodded and waved her hand. “Go, it’s already night time. Get some rest.” Azura yawned as he spoke. Wilhelm bowed and closed the door silently. Wilhelm walked back to Amelia’s room quickly.
When they got to her room they instantly sat on the bed. “Amelia, you must have accumulated so much good luck in your previous lives. To think that we met the Immortal Empress of Sibir. She even allowed you to become her friend!” Wilhelm sighed at their great luck. If they got even more lucky and helped the Empress in anything they could, perhaps they would live better and get stronger. After all, this was another universes Empress they were talking about!
“G.. Grandfather.. Since Azura is very powerful.. C.. Can we call off the wedding to the Duke of Burgundy?” Amelia asked quietly. Wilhelm’s face drained of it’s joy, and in its place slyness appeared. “Of course! We only proposed that marriage so that you can live a good life, but now since the Empress is your friend, who dares to marry you! Of course, they don’t know that. So we’ll call off the marriage with a small excuse, if they don’t accept it, they will try and kidnap you. If they don’t, good for us. If they do. Well.. It is most likely that Burgundy will disappear from this world.” Wilhelm sniggered as Amelia patted his back.
The truth was that the Dukes of Burgundy were rivals of Wilhelm. While it was true that Amelia’s parents died to sickness, the previous Duke of Burgundy had poisoned Amelia’s grandparents with a poison that is passed down to the next generation. ‘Amelia is currently only 16 years old. With that poison.. She might only live for 10 more years.. Unless the Empress knows of a way to get rid of it.’ Wilhelm patted Amelia’s head and read her a story until she fell asleep.

-Come to my room.-
Wilhelm was startled, but soon realized who called him. He quietly stood up and went back to Azura’s room. When he entered he saw Azura looking at a small map of the continent. “Tell me, do you have a full map of this world?” Azura asked as she continued studying the map. He quickly opened his bag and took out a big scroll. He opened it and it revealed 3 continents and many islands surrounding them. “Empress, the continent north-east of this one is almost fully under control of Sibir. There are only a few tiny duchies still not cooperating with the Empire.”
She looked at the map and saw that the continent they were on was far larger than the other continents. Tyran’s overseas ally, Brefen, was on an island just south of the continent. She then looked at the northern continent, it only had 3 words on it. Empire of Sibir. “Who else knows about Sibir as much as you do?” Azura looked into Wilhelm’s eyes, not even bothering to hide her red eyes and black hair. “My Empress, almost all of the influential people in this world know of it. For example, a person such as a Duke might not know of it, but a King would definitely know, not only will they know if it, they will fear it!” Azura looked back at the map. “Tell me more of this world, I only heard some rough things from a Prince of Tyran.” Wilhelm looked surprised. ‘Prince of Tyran? Isn’t it that Frederick kid? I heard he died in the Forest of Time. He should be happy he got to speak to the Empress before he died.’ As thought about how lucky Frederick was before he died, he told Azura everything he knew about this world, not leaving a single detail out.

Anti-Hero: Journey of Fear
There is a story where the hero makes friends, completes quests, and saves the world. This is NOT that story. In the VR world of Fate: Experience Acute Realism, the main character cuts his way through both the players and NPCs alike. This story takes a close look at how a true full immersion VR would be played. The setting is an open VR world where the players struggle to survive with a lack of knowledge and the NPCs panic in regards to the Travelers invading their world. The anti-hero of this story is cold and calculating. Sparing no one from his reign of terror he gives into occasional bouts of kindness before he is forced back on the path of blood and tears. For where there is a hero who seeks to bring people together to help the world move forward, there is an anti-hero who brings people together to seize the world for himself. WARNING: This story contains extreme violence, in every single chapter. This story contains references to sex, but no explicit scenes. This story has light to mild swearing. My chapters normally range from 4,000 to 5,000 words. This story does not contain happy endings, middles, or even beginnings.
