He watched as the little girl kept approaching him, he felt scared, why was this girl still approaching him even when he stated who he was!?
“A dragon huh? A weak one too.. I guess it’s poisonous scales can still be converted to a sword..” As the girl appraised him, he felt anger. This girl wanted to make him into a sword!? “How dare you! I am Attory--” As he continued roaring at her, she started chanting something.
Darkness descended on the dragon, it started panicking at it looked around. Then he remembered the girl. He looked towards her and began begging to be allowed to live. “No need for useless dragons. You’re more useful dead than alive.” The black mist that was circling the dragon started to flow inside of it. After two minutes of struggling, it dropped. Black, poisoned blood flowed from its eyes, nose and mouth. “Damn, only a single eye?” Azure cursed the dragon who lost it’s eye.

After Azura chanted some crafting spells and refinement, she had created something she had deemed useless in her previous life, a magic rifle. The people in her world used this if they were weak. She had also had one in the past, though she never used it as she had never ran out of magic energy.
‘It will definitely be useful in this world, and an energy sword to accompany it is perfect.’ Though it was called an energy sword, it was in fact an extremely durable sword that can perfectly conduct magic and can cast stronger spells, it acts as a sort of staff, though the range of the spells is only the swords length. The magic rifle is also the same, only it extends the range and power of the spells and cannot be used in close range properly.

Though this technology is too advanced for this world, she didn’t mind using it, in fact, she advocated the use of it. If the people really wanted to know, she would tell them. A peaceful world is a boring one.
“You could’ve at least left some magical energy from the dragon…” Azura cursed the Dark God. After she made a holster and a sheath, she mounted Artemis and began riding back to the university.

“My little granddaughter finally has a friend?” An old man who looked to be at the age of 80 years old pinched the girl face. “Yes grandfather~! Her name is Azura! She’s really~ fun! She even let me ride her unicorn~! Grandfather! Her unicorn is a black one too! It’s really rare right~~!” Amelia kept jumping up and down as she described Azura. Wilhelm just kept nodding and smiling, acting just like a normal grandfather.
“Grandfather, since you’re here, you should meet her~!!” Amelia suddenly had a bright idea, maybe grandfather might like Azura and give her a present too! “Ok ok. Where is she?” Wilhelm sighed. This is not what he had in mind when he wanted to take a break from his lair. “Follow me~~.” Amelia grabbed his hand and dragged him. He seemed so used to it that he immediately chanted a flying spell, just to make it easier for Amelia to pull him.
“Azura~~. Meet my grandfather~! Azura, my grandfather!” Azura looked at the girl and the flying old man who barged into her room. She put down the book and stood up from her bed. “Nice to meet you Sir Deut.” Azura bowed as she spoke. “Why is a girl like you bowing, leave that to those old women in the court!” Wilhelm laughed as he directly bear hugged Azura. Meanwhile Azura, the bear victim, was surprised a magician like him who was merely 800 years old would act like this. When she was his age she acted like a spoiled princess who wanted everything her way, and only her way. Azura regained consciousness and patted the old man's back.

Knight’s Fate: Knight and Princess
When war finally ended, the Arcadians sought retribution from the nightmares they had suffered from demonkind. A noble Princess had taken her mother's mantle in order to uphold peace between the two races so humanity could co-exist with their fellow demons in a kingdom without strife, but war paved the road to peace in blood and such path is but a fragile thread awaiting to be ignited by the flames of hatred. Another great war awaits, but will she be able to avert it?Second iteration of the Knight's Fate saga chronologically speaking. Yes I'm starting from the second because the first was an utter failure when I tried to write it, it just didn't fit the mood of a fantasy novel unlike this one. Though don't worry this doesn't mean you can't enjoy this one before I write the first. This is the first story I've actually published so I appreciate any feedback, be it good or bad just let me know what you think.
