Chapter 93: Rise of the Savior
Amphere Harrison
I don’t know what Airi is talking about, but she has proven enough to be trustworthy. Her idiotic suggestions have bear fruit in this fight, that I’m already 100% sure to follow her jokes. If she asked me to eat my own poop to get a power-up to defeat that gargantuan demon, I would do it.
“I now have the power to imitate any Dracaryx that has been seen by the Eye of Deus, totally! And it has no drawback! No cancellation of Vesryn Pulse nor halting of the heart. The only weakness of this ability is I can only use one-fourth of the Dracaryx’s power.”
“How did you know it?” I asked.
“Vesryn was able to implant some ‘intelligent conscience’ to my mind that made it possible for me to talk to her. And guess what? Vesryn told me that she was also a Chimeratech Dragon! There are only two Chimeratech Dragon in the whole history of the universe, totally!”
“I really don’t need those trivial matters.” I scratched my head. And then I composed myself and held my chest. My Eye of Deus glowed as I feel the fire on my heart! “Let’s try it out!”
If I have to defeat something that big and overpowered, I should use the same thing. I’ll start off as big and powerful! “DRACARYX!!! Activate Crimson Dragonfly!”
Airi’s V-mark glowed with bright light once again, and then four flame like wings, in the shape of a dragonfly’s emerged. Exceria’s body glowed with golden light, and she got wrapped by the flame wings on Airi’s back. Then the two merged and a blinding light once again flashed right through my eyes.
This dragon is not daunting like the Monolith Dragon. But nothing is as awesome as this thing! This twenty-meter dragon is completely cybernetic enhanced with adamantine white armor. The chest part has a gigantic moonstone orb which was protected by crimson vest. It has maintained the Chimeratech Dragon’s crimson wings and Pulsar Dragon’s long white tail. This dragon stands like a humanoid, and what makes it cooler is that it has golden steel gauntlets on its arms! And on one hand, it was wielding a glowing golden sword with ancient engravings on it.

I’ll take the liberty to call this the Savior Dragon!
Unlike any other dragons, I was comfortably sitting in this throne on this awesome dragon’s head. I was protected by a reinforced bubble-like glass that will look like a moonstone on the Savior Dragon’s forehead. I feel like I’m piloting a mecha now.
The Necross Dragon recovered from being knocked off and readied its sword to swat us. Compared to this gigantic demon, we look like a two-year-old child picking up a fight to an adult. But there is a big difference. We have superior mobility that made us effortlessly evade the heavy buster sword of the dragon from the underworld!
The attack made a moderate earthquake and earth flew all over the place. To prevent getting hit, we flew out of the impact zone. I gazed from below, worried that someone got hit by the humongous sword. But then I realized that they safely got out of the ground with their dragons. I was surprised when the airship also managed to fly away even if they took an excessive amount of damage due to bumping it to the giant demon earlier. The airship now looks like a hammered tin can.
“Be wary!” General Holster shouted. “The enemy only needs one murder death to activate the ritual! Whatever you do, don’t die!”
“Yes sir!” All of us knights shouted as we scattered all over the place to surround the demonic dragon.
“Amphy, I forgot to tell you… Requiem Aeternam will have no effect on that demon unless we managed to lower his strength to one-fourth! So feel free to use any other Dracaryxes before using our final move!” Airi advised through telepathy. I know that already since all Dracaryxes we imitate will be a lot weaker.
I glared my eyes to the demon itself and shouted. “Dracaryx!!! Activate Abyssal Hole!”
The Savior Dragon charged a dark hole-like thing on his unoccupied hand, and threw it to the Necross Dragon’s chest! We jetted backwards and watched the demon getting sucked by the weak dark hole we created. But that’s not all! “Dracaryx!!! Activate Iron Maiden Imprisonment!”

Several chains wrapped upon the giant demon’s feet! It might not be enough to prevent him from attacking, but he will not be able to make a step with this!
“Everyone, attack all at once!”
My fellow dragon knights prepared to attack in a synchronized manner. Rainbow colored fireballs, gigantic chunks of bubblegum, void energy balls, golden light arrows, thousand black feathers, electric shock currents and others made a deafening explosion!
There was a thick smoke everywhere, but then a gigantic slash came! Everyone managed to evade the attack, but the flesh broadsword was wide and powerful enough to make a strong hurricane blast that made all of us fly away!
Thanks to the durable armor of my Savior Dragon, we hit the ground with little or no damage at all. But we left a gigantic crater that will be a future lake as soon as the rain drops. I gazed upon my comrades who were severely wounded because of the impact. Most of them had their dragons reverted back to their human form due to insufficient remaining strength. Only General Holster and Cleru Neos was left able to fight. Most dragonoids and knights have lost their consciousness. Rudolf and Estoff are still able, but I didn’t include them. They’re zombies after all.
I was worried about the death count, but after Airi/Exceria showed me the heartbeat sensors interface on a hologram, I was able to make a deep sigh. No one has died. Yet.
That’s just a shockwave. If we get hit directly, I’m sure it will certainly deliver us to that red planet over there. I checked on the Necross Dragon, which had its body completely healed. I don’t know how can we weaken this kind of thing. It keeps regenerating.
“Dracaryx!” I shouted once again. “Activate Hyperspace Fury!”
Unlike Reina, I was only able to create ten portals that rained giant golden lasers to the enemy. I managed to graze the Necross Dragon’s nape of the neck area as well as its shoulders and arms, but not near enough to make a significant damage. He heals faster than we can ever damage him.
“Don’t give up!” Estoff shouted as he reaches his heart once again. “DRACARYX!!! Activate Crusader Arrow!”
Estoff. Isn’t he hurting Elumina? She may be a zombie right now, but…
“Continue attacking him!” Rudolf followed. “DRACARYX!!! Activate Swords of Eternal Light!”
That Rudolf! He has used Dracaryx two times in a row! Unlike Elumina, Kyrie is still alive and can feel pain! But she has this kind glare at me that silently says ‘It’s okay.’ While having this smile. Are they really giving it all they got, even if it cost them pain?
“DRACARYX!!! Activate Splatoon Burst!” to my surprise, General Holster shouted. But then it was followed by another shout!
“DRACARYX!!! Activate Rainbow Road!” Cleru roared. “Amphere, this is your chance!”
Suddenly, all the other dragon knights followed up! “DRACARYX!!!”
As the arrows, swords, bubblegums, and rainbow blaster, and all other magical spells that can be thrown to the enemy twirled together, I followed up with the power of my own! “DRACARYX!!! Activate Yggdrasil Fall!!!”
