《Drunk Dungeon》Chapter 3

"Okay, so what do I do first?" Robert asked.
"First," the voice said. "You need to imagine a source of energy that you draw from, it can be any shape or color and can be wherever you want it to be. You just need to imagine a source of energy."
Robert nodded or did the best attempt a fist-sized diamond could which slightly shift around.
Robert imagined a source of energy inside themself. Power bubbling in a still pond, all is peaceful, all is tranquil. Slowly, a form of energy started to gather inside the image. Power building up. The pond didn't change at all even when Robert felt like the energy was overflowing.
"How do you feel?" The voice asked.
"Overflowing," was all Robert could mutter. The energy now was getting intense, magical power flowing into the pond like an undiluted river of energy.
The small pool of water still stayed the same though, with no slight ripple, no slight bubble, just perfect uniformity in the water.
As the power continued to flow into the pond. The voice reached into Robert's mind. "Robert, Robert! Stop!" The voice yelled. The sound finally penetrating Robert's mind.
Robert quickly voiced the command to the raging torrent of power that was flowing inside their pond. The energy stopped after several seconds. The power slowly turning into a trickle of power, then none.
Robert quickly dragged themselves out of the image in their head? Diamond? And looked to see the voice. Its body to be exact.
Robert had never seen the voice up too now, it had always been just that, the voice. But now, a silver wisp of energy in the vague shape of a winged four-limbed animal with three circles blooping out of its skull. The appearance would've been freaky to any normal sentient. But to Robert, they were more excited about the ability to see the voice.

"Robert, you okay?" The voice asked. The silver body in front of Robert opening its head down the middle and released small puffs of smoke at each word it said.
"Y-yeah, is that how you look like?" Robert asked in awe.
"Yeah, yeah it is. Quick question, what do you see me as?"
Robert told the voice what they saw and the voice let out a roar of pure frustration. While normally Robert would've been taken aback by the explosion of sound. This one was different, energy flowed out of the voice's appearance, tainted that of an azure green.
The power made contact with Robert and in a flash, Robert felt something. their first emotion, they felt rage in its most quintessential form. The emotion quickly ran out, with Robert feeling surprised at the sudden passing of it. But they quickly took note of how the energy inside their pool was slightly bigger.
"Okay, sorry about that. Just needed to change somethings."
Robert turned to look at the voice and was met with something startlingly different than what they had first seen before. A small head popped out of a torso, with two little 3d lines extending outwards and ending in points. A small semi-sharp feature stuck out of the middle of the voice's face. With two ovals with tiny lines running above them dotting each side of the voice's front-facing head. Eyes.
A long thin piece of silver gas ran to the torso of the voice. The gas quickly turning into a neck, the torso was covered in a piece of secondary skin, cloth, that ran around the voice's entire torso and most of the legs.
The two pieces of the voice's body not covered in the cloth were two small flat pieces of gas and two thin pieces ending in the same flat pieces of gas like the legs did, just shaped weirdly. Hands, feet, and arms. Everything that was the voice was made up of random colors, things that they had never seen.

The information was too much. New knowledge that had previously gone unnoticed flowed into Robert's mind like a damn, and they felt something inside them fill up. Knowledge about that of Dungeons, Systems, and summons filled up their mind.
In an instant, Robert blacked out.
Robert awoke to the voice cursing over them. Calling them many names, including that of a fuckwit. Whatever that was.
As Robert's consciousness emerged from their blackout. They noticed several things about the voice.
First of all, the entire dress was that of a crimson red, with exposed skin around her being that of a dull green.
"Finally, can you believe how long it took you to wake up!?" The voice said.
"I-I don't know?" Robert replied, the info inside their brain still having not settled down.
"Of course you don't. Anyway, look at your screen. We can finally start moving towards creating a Dungeon."
"Screen?" Robert asked before a prompt appeared before them.
Congratulations! You have entered the Alpha Recordings! Please examine your Status Screen to utilize all the functions available to you!
Without anything left to go on, Robert tried to click, they immediately felt a tiny bit of power drain from their pond. The slight decrease was almost unnoticeable, but Robert still felt it.
Name: Robert Class: None Race: Dungeon
Status: STR: 3 DUR: 20 CON: 6 Skills: Magic, Energy Sight, Create Being, Create Object, Modify, Breed, Combine
The screen in front of Robert was just the basic parts. With a simple search, they could find dozens of screens that measured overall healthiness. Stamina gain/loss, and healing rate as well. It was surprising that all of the statuses came back as zero.
Robert even found dozens of stats that weren't included on their status screen, all of them being zero.
An example of some would-be vitality and endurance for one.
"You done looking yet?" The voice asked.
Robert turned to look at the voice before replying, "Yes, for now at least."
The voice let out a grin. "Good, now. We are going to begin the most exciting part of your life!"
"We're gonna be building a Dungeon!"

Out of Foxes to Give
When you’re reincarnated as Naruto Uzumaki you do one of two things: cheer because you remember the story and are able to abuse your future knowledge, or realize that you’re in a world where they train child soldiers who throw fireballs and explosions around like candy and reasonably freak out. In a sense you’re either screwed or screwed but you know why. I didn’t really read Naruto when I was a kid. However, had I known that it would be useful in death, I would have! And I’m certainly regretting it now! ———————————— A definite AU for Naruto. I’m going to remove some parts and add some others for the sake of plot holes(so if something doesn't seem quite right it's probably intended... maybe), but I’ll try to stick to as close to how the Naruto-verse works. Also, say goodbye to canon! Also, disclaimer, I do not own Naruto as that belongs solely to Kishimoto. I do, however, own this story. Viamarr, a continent in the world of Rinterria, holds host to our tale and to the city of High Morr, which sits snugly on its frozen island in the middle of a great frostbitten lagoon. When High Morr is suddenly crippled by a series of mysterious sinkholes, our heroes do what they do best. Try to run. Keep up with them to find out where they end up and what exactly is chasing them in return. I hope to publish a new chapter 3 times a week. This is reduced from my previous number, hopefully temporarily, due to an increased workload outside of Royal Road. Off the Vat
Sergeant Gonzal had a very good nose for trouble. But this time, rather than the Cloning vats, the reek of things rotting came from the Mess Hall. *** "Off the Vat" is a complete, very short novel (around 20,000 words across 7 chapters), inspired by the recloning mechanic that Sci Fi MMOs like EVE Online or The Repopulation use to explain why players respawn.
