Wang Xiu ran as fast as she could to the orphanage.She had a knack of directions since childhood.So,finding the orphanage among a million houses was as easy as 123.However,when she reached there, she saw the head of the orphanage was bowing her head in front of someone.She moved near a window and peeped through it.

"I am sorry sir.I will make sure this will not happen again."She was constantly apologising.

"I forgive you this time,but I need her.Ask your subordinates to check around the orphanage.I know kids too well.She must be prying around somewhere near."

She at once ordered her subordinates to search every corner of the orphanage.Wang Xiu sensed danger.She was trying to tiptoe and walk away but suddenly,someone grabbed a bunch of her hair.

"Where are you running off to,you nitwit?"He roared into her ears.Before she knew she was back in front of the man with no chances of escape and thus began a viscous circle of abuse,plead and helplessness,until one day,when things changed for the worse.

It was nighttime and Wang Xiu was being subjected to her monthly dose of molestation.Wang Xiu's patience reached at such a point that it gave up.Wang Xiu accepted this life as her life now.However,fate was boiling up something completely different for her.

Her master's wife and son returned from their trip to 'surprise' him.The wife rushed to their bedroom but saw something completely unexpected.Her mouth was at loss for words.Her husband was molesting a fourteen year old.Wang Xiu saw the lady in a light of hope.She pushed the man aside and rushed and clung to the woman who seemed she could help her.However,she pushed her down.

"Darling,how many times have I told you not to bring your filthy pleasures to our house."She said as rushed over to her naked husband and hugged him.

"What's all the commotion about?"Their son came along.Wang Xiu remembered the face.Just a year ago,the face was full of angelic beauty.However,now it was donned with piercings,a sign of rebellion.

"It's my father.isn't it?"He asked Wang Xiu bending down at her. "You will get nothing here,except hopelessness."He whispered in her ear.His breath smelled like smoke and tobacco.

"My son is back!"The man exclaimed as he ran towards him and hugged him.

The son asked him, "Can I have a go at her?",pointing towards Wang Xiu.

Wang Xiu stared at them in disbelief.Before she knew,the son and father dragged her to the bedroom and tied her with ropes. "She is good at running."The father said.He was staring at his son proudly,who was molesting someone older than him.Wang Xiu could not take it anymore.She could do nothing but cry.

It had been months since that incident happened.Somehow,Wang Xiu was adapting to her new life.She was no more sent to the orphanage and had a room of her own in that house.She was constantly fed and was given shelter.She wished for nothing more.

One unfortunate morning,her master decided to give her a share of the property as a bribe to keep her mouth shut.He descended down the stairs but could not see Wang Xiu anywhere.

"Where is that girl?"he asked to his wife.

"I know where she might be."The son intervened.

He raced upstairs and barged in Wang Xiu's room,which was anyway never provided with a lock.Wang Xiu was cautious.She immediately turned her back towards Gu Ren.

"What is wrong with you today?"He inquired.

"Umm..nothing."she said,walking towards the closet.

"Then why are you not facing me?"He asked,now getting annoyed.

"There is nothing like that."She said.

Gu Ren was getting annoyed.His patience was reaching at its peak.He grabbed her by the shoulder and turned her towards himself.What he saw was inexplainable..In fact,it was beyond his own understanding..Wang Xiu had a full grown stubble.

"What the hell was that?!"he thought to himself.
