Chapter 13- Potato and Corn

When the order came out, the guards reacted fast as they can, they want to beat this bastard for his disrespect. Gabriel, who still had his knee on the ground became pale, he stood up and said in a sorry manner. 'Sorry, I lost myself because of this fantasy world.'

The truth is, I only want to take advantage of your Queen, Ehe, her hand was quite soft. Gabriel thought, the guards circled him and pointed their sword to his neck. Philia who watched this seen pouted and said. Claire seems to be calm as she looks at Gabriel, but inside her heart contain an endless disgust. Gabriel disregards her disgust to him, as he appraised the woman in front of her. "Hmm, E-cup?'

A wry smile covered the Queen smile. 'The matter we will discuss is the situation of this continent. In the past, the continent had 12 kingdoms ruling it when the demon race invaded many territories and lives ended.'

The queen face became serious as she looks at us. 'Our resources became scarce many of our citizens are already starving. The monsters in the nearby villages destroyed our farm. So at this rate, the humanity will die.'

Gabriel puts his left hand on his chin as he looks bored and played with the fork on his right hand.

Claire, who was observing him from the start, flared up as she shouted angrily. 'You bastard, this is a serious matter so listen properly.'

Gabriel ignored Claire as he looks at the Queen. 'Your Highness, I have a way to cultivate the resources of your kingdom, so the only problem was the monsters.'

Startled, Philia look at Gabriel and said. 'Could it be that you.'

Seeing their curious look, Gabriel puts his hand into his jacket. They are confused as they guess what kind of thing was inside of that jacket.

When his hand was inside of the jacket, Gabriel took a potato and corn inside of his spatial ring. He then put the potato and corn on the table. The Queen and Claire were confused as this was the first time they saw this kind of thing.

Philia looks at him with a strange expression, as she already knew Gabriel strange habit.

Aha, you fools! How can you enjoy a delicacy if you don't have ingredients, and this is not an ordinary vegetable? This thing has spiritual energy used for a cultivator, Ehe. Gabriel thought.

'Sigh, Claudia, that thing is called potato and corn, the thing that Claire hold was more valuable. To this continent situation, I recommend that we must start planting that thing. It can grow in any environment so that thing will help our resources a lot.' Hinata explained.

'Oh.' Claire and Claudia stared at the potato and corn as they put it on the small box with care. When the two puts the vegetables away, they look at Gabriel to express their gratitude. 'Thank you for giving us this heavenly object.'

"Aha, don't mind it.'

Hinata look at him, Gabriel, notice her as he returns his gaze toward her. 'What is it?'

'You are a strange person.' Hinata said with wry smile hang on her face.

Queen Claudia, clap her hand to turn the attention towards her. 'Now that we resolve the problem about resources, we will now discuss how to exterminate the monster? Is there any of you have a suggestion?'

Seeing their expression, Claudia shook her head as she saw them clueless. 'Sigh, I expect too much.' As she was about to give her opinion, she saw Gabriel raising his hand. Claudia's eyes sparkled, as she didn't expect this young man to be a genius.

'Gabriel-sama, please.'

Seeing the Queen's approval, Gabriel nodded his head.

'Then why don't you use the guild to exterminate the monsters?'

Hearing that, Claudia expression contains a hint of sadness.

'Call Roy and lead him into the training camp to teach the heroes about the monster, and magic. About physical activity, I will give the task to Claire as she was the best candidate to train you all.'

'Your Majesty, I don't know who is this called Roy is, but could you change this barbaric woman as our instructor?' Gabriel said in pain.

Claire looks at Gabriel with a devilish smile. 'Ehe, Yes, I am barbaric. Now you will see how barbaric I am, Haha.' Claire laughs as she grabs Gabriel to drag him in the training camp.

'No!!' Gabriel said in despair.

Philia cast her worry aside as she followed the queen and the others.
