Chapter 7: Wild!

Ethan took a kunai from his ring and threw it to Dez. Grabbing it Dez saw a note. "Stay here he'll be back"

That moment Dez understood she was really planning things.

"As you wish. Let the second round begin."

Dez jumped off the hoverboard and sped up in Ethan’s direction.

Rushing Ethan Dez performs a stabbing attack on him.

But Ethan got his shield from his ring and blocked the attack.

Seeing Ethan putting his shield away Suki nearly facepalmed.

This IDIOT, he’s going to be the death of me one day, how am I supposed to use the Bomb now.

“Should I bomb Ethan and Dez together?... Maybe not, Dez can get away but Ethan that brick may not even see it coming. If I accidentally take Ethan out I'll have to deal with Dez on my own. This is so frustrating.”

“Ethan, use your shield.”

Yelled Suki.

The same moment she yelled she saw Dez changing direction darting straight to her.

“Hahaha, I finally found you.”

Ethan again was left behind. "What the fuck just happened? And our manly fight?"

Yeah he understood, he had been used, and like a dirty piece of paper thrown away and left behind. This time his head nearly exploded from anger. Ethan had a short fuse, but he never felt this angry this many times in such a short period.

The desire he had to put his hands on Dez Asphyxiated him. It wasn't anything evil or malicious. It was just to prove himself to show he was equal to his friend. So he could stand beside his friends so that they didn’t leave him behind. He was literally trying to keep up with 2 monstrous talents. But he did not get the chance. Every time they were getting into it Dez would run away.

They fought but he barely even touched Dez. While Dez had all the pleasure of the world slashing him up. He knew that if it wasn’t for Suki he would have lost already. He was furious, he was eager, he wanted to get his chance too, all he had was strength and a lot too but it was all meaningless if he couldn't even touch him and give him a good one.

Taking out 8 small mini bombs between her fingers Suki threw them out spreading them in a line in front of her.

Those mini bombs were smoke bombs and when they hit the ground the smoke spread extremely quickly.

Dez was forced to stop. Remembering his bad experience he didn't know what type of gas that was. He didn’t dare to go in.

“YOU. ARE. KIDDING ME!”

Dez stood there dazed for a second. Her smoke quickly spread, it got darker and thicker very quickly. He lost all sight of Suki in a matter of seconds and with that her presence too. Then he realized, indeed she was that good. All around him, he only saw thick black smoke moving in his direction.

This is so infuriating.

This time he was getting tired of this.

“O well I guess I need to try again.” Dez was planning to hover out of this area.

Before he could react he saw something coming from the smoke.

Ethan came from the thick smokescreen In front of him.

A lapse in judgment. The smokescreen had no negative effect on it. And Ethan made a sneak attack. For the first time in his life, it was aided by the smoke but regardless it was a sneak attack from that beastly wild Ethan, this was actually a shock for Dez.

Ethan this time gave his all and exploded with pure savage violence. Before Dez could react, Ethan had slammed his body into Dez.

Gripping him with both arms around Dez’s waist One holding him and the other arm locking it up He lifts him in One smooth motion. Squeezing him Hard, Ethan had his shoulder on Dez’s chest. He kept the charge going, smashing Dez’s back into a few more trees.

Then he bent his waist and slammed Dez into the ground. That slam took the wind out of Dez, but Ethan wasn’t done. He lifted his hands high, spread his leg wide but steady, and slammed his fists on Dez's gut. Taking him by his feet lifting him he punched Dez in the stomach again with an uppercut.

Dez’s body went up at least 2 meters in the air then Ethan jumped and round kicked him right in his ribs sending him crashing down a few meters away. This time he felt it. The bone snapped.

Dez’s body hit the ground, bounced from the impact, and kept rolling. After Dez came to a stop he spat out blood.

Groaning in pain he struggled.

Ethan on the other hand let out a beastly roar. Like a savage beast. But he did not attack again.

Dez was indeed struggling to sit up, spitting another mouth of blood. This was unexpected. Today for the first time he faced setback after setback during this fight. Things we're not going his way today.

Turning his hand he took out a gummy from his ring and threw it in his mouth and started to chew.

Dez thought to himself. “ Blah, l really need to tell my father I don’t like this new strawberry flavor.”

This candy was something special Emperor Kaihen had invented. As long as you have one of these candies in your mouth all your injuries will be constantly healed until the candy is completely dissolved in your mouth or your body is completely healed.

Sitting up Dez looks straight at Ethan in the eyes.

“Ethan…”

He was furious this time he really did underestimate His friends and he paid for it.

“What did you like that”

Said Ethan laughing.

Standing up Dusting off his clothes, he smiled back.

“Yes, my dear friend, I loved it.”

He doesn’t even have his weapons anymore, he took out a black hammer with silver engravings.

“Ethan.”

After Ethan saw him taking that black hammer out, his face also got serious. That's not normal weapons.

“What do you want? You talk too much. Just come at me.”

“I just want to say Sorry, buddy.”

Smiled Dez.
