"Camila...."

"Camila.....Snap out of it." an old lady in a maid's uniform said shaking a blond-haired maid who seemed to be daydreaming during the Job.

Camila blinked her eyes twice then the old lady's face came into view.

"Mama Di....what's the problem?"

"The problem is..... Your daydreaming on the Job again. Do you want to go back to the streets again?" the old lady said frustrated looking into Camilla's blue eyes.

They had a hint of sadness in them.

Her rosy pink lips wavered a little as if she were about to cry.

" Am sorry. It won't happen again. " she bent down and picked up the mop on the marble tiles.

"Were you thinking about that Becca actress again?" Mama Di asked feeling sorry for her.

"No, it's nothing. My mind wandered off a little but it's no big deal." Camila put the mop on the cleaning cart and strolled down the hallway to continue with her cleaning.

"Mama Di..." a young black-haired 19-year-old maid with brown eyes asked, "What is wrong with her?"

Mama Di sighed in pity at her question, "Oh Tammy... I don't know what to tell you. She claims she's Becca the actress. I think she was a crazy fun. And when Becca died, she couldn't come to terms with it. Poor soul." she then wore a serious face and looked at Tammie, "What are you doing here? Hurry up with your work. There's no time for gossip. Hurry."

Without a choice, Tammy picked up her cleaning bucket and continued mopping the floor.

Camilla walked along the busy street with a blank mind. Already out of her black and white uniform. She carried a leather hand bag that was already peeling. Her eyes sullen and sunk with dark circles. Her big toes stuck out her flat shoes as they were worn out. And her clothes weren't as appealing to the eye. Her breaths were a bit shaky a clear sign she had been crying but eventually got tired.

All this time, she tried to finish her work as fast as possible so she could make it for the audition. But upon reaching there, she didn't the role. this was already the nth time being rejected on the audition. And she had a feeling director Quan had something to do with it. She had thought that it would be easy for her to make it back to the top with the acting skills she acquired from her past life. Now, she could only berate herself for being so stupid. Obviously, that bastard of a director had something to do with her constant failure. He wouldn't make it that easy for him.

Now she was on her way back to the maid's headquarters at the mansion. In a sorry state, for expecting that much of this so called universe.

"Did you get the audition?"Mama Di asked in concern.

But the sad look on Camilla's face answered her question.

She patted Camilla on her shoulder trying to comfort her;" Don't worry dear. Just keep on trying. One way or another, you will get as you wish. Be strong dear. "

A tear fell down Camilla's cheeks as she cursed her ugly fate inwardly.

One day she's a mega superstar that everyone knew as Becca. And the next, she is a low-class maid trying to survive in society.
