《Dragon Ball X》Chapter 12: Infinite World Saga

Age 799, it’s been seven years since the battle with Moro, the warriors of Earth and their friends and family are all enjoying a hanami picnic that’s being catered by Hunter (Bulma hired him). At the picnic, Krillin is treating everyone to a... less than stellar karaoke performance, however Shadow's two oldest children, Toru and Alice are having a “friendly debate” over a far more important topic.
“...No, Digimon.” Toru argues calmly.
“Pokemon is way better than that cheap Pokemon knockoff!” Alice shouts back. “What would you know of Earth culture, you alien freak.”
“I know that Digimon are Tamogachi for boys and that Digimon came out before Pokemon, it’s just the Pokemon cartoon came out before Digimon’s.” An irritated Toru replies. “Way to live up to the ‘dumb blonde’ stereotype, big sis.”
“WHY… YOU…!!” Alice mutters as she’s about to lunge at Toru.
Before anything can happen, they’re interrupted by Goten when he says, “You’re both wrong, Bakugan is the b--.”
“Mind your own business!” Alice and Toru yell out in unison.
“Toru, Alice, stop arguing with each other and pay attention to the karaoke song.” #18 scolds.
“Yes, Mother #18.”Toru responds.
“But Uncle Krillin’s singing SU~~CKS!” Alice whines.
As Krillin carries on with his karaoke song, the area suddenly begins to darken and the air is filled with a dark purple smoke.
“It can’t be night, it’s only 1:00PM.” Bulma says out loud. “And what’s with this smoke?!”
“Look up in the sky!!” Yamcha shouts, pointing up.
It’s at this moment, everyone sees the dark celestial body, orbiting the Earth and eclipsing the sun. A beam of light fires downward in the middle of the group, the beam of light dissipates to reveal a large, red and pink humanoid figure with oval shaped green designs on his arms, chest and head.
“GO FORTH MY HATCHIYACK!!” Says a disembodied voice, emanating from the Dark World. “GO AND ERADICATE THE SAIYANS!!!”
Hatchiyack begins his rampage by unleashing a Super Explosive Wave, destroying the area. The Z-Warriors are all able to either evade the blast or put up an energy barrier, protecting their non-combative friends and family. Yamcha retaliates immediately by throwing a Super Spirit Ball, but Hatchiyack casually catches the energy ball with one hand and crushes it. Tien attempts a Tri-Beam attack, but Hatchiyack quickly flies up and rams him, sending Tien flying some distance away with Yamcha following to help him. Piccolo appears in his Blue-Eyed form behind the machine warrior and is able to elbow the back of his head, causing him to stagger forwards. Piccolo then teleports in front of Hatchiyack and lands a powerful punch to Hatchiyack’s stomach. Hatchiyack is able to quickly recover and grabs the Super Namekian God by his head and flies straight down, ramming Piccolo’s head against the ground. Gohan powers up and fires a Kamehameha, but Hatchiyack quickly counters with his own energy wave. The two beams clash and struggle against each other, but then cancel each other out.

As the rest of the adults go to engage the Tuffle Machine, Alice turns to face her three siblings and announces, “Since they’re all fighting, I say we go check out our brand new moon.”
“I don’t think we should.” Toru responds.
“I agree with Toru.” Elina adds. “Our moms could get REALLY mad and ground us.”
“I’m the oldest, that makes me the leader, and I say we go!” Alice orders aloud.
“I’m up for anything fun.” Beat says, shaking with excitement.
The four hybrid children all transform into Super Saiyan 2s and fly off toward the Dark World.

“What’s this?!” Asks a puzzled and outraged Dr. Lychee, watching the fight unfold from his castle on Dark World. “These putrid saiyans are actually pushing my Hatchiyack to his limits. If this keeps up, he might actually be defeated, I must use the ghost warriors.”
Dr. Lychee goes to push a series of buttons and pulls a lever, but nothing happens.
“Why is nothing happening?! Where are my ghost warriors??!!!” Dr. Lychee shouts in anger and desperation.
“I hacked your systems!” Elina boldly announces from behind. “All your stuff is mine now!”
“How did you, brats even get in here?!” Asks an enraged Dr. Lychee.
“It was pretty stupid you to park your planet so close to ours that their atmospheres are touching.” Alice tells the vengeful tuffle scientist.
Dr. Lychee pulls out a blaster rifle and yells “REGARDLESS, I’LL NEVER STOP UNTIL ALL OF YOU SAIYANS--GYAAHHH???!!!!”
Dr. Lychee is interrupted due to Beat firing a S.S. Deadly Bomber, reducing the tuffle scientist to smoke and singed gears and wires.
“BEAT, YOU BLOCKHEAD!!” Beat’s three older siblings yell in unison.
“What?” Beat asks, confused. “You guys would tell me that dad would always say that an enemy is at his most dangerous when cornered and to quickly take him out...?”
“We’re all strong enough to step on him like an ant.” Alice points out.
“Secondly, we could've captured him alive and interrogated him for questions,” Toru adds.
“Forget it, there’s no point in crying over spilled milk.” Says a calmed down Elina, looking for something. “Now then, the device that regulates Hatchiyack’s power should be right here...”

Vegeta in his SSBE form flies in punching Hatchiyack and then kicks him away. As the tuffle warrior gets back up, he begins to twitch and spasm uncontrollably and sparks fly off of him.
“It would appear that even an all-powerful bucket of bolts is no match for the immortal King Vegeta.” Vegeta shouts triumphantly as he fires a Prominence Flash. “Go and burn in hell!!”
The blast completely engulfs and incinerates Hatchiyack. At this moment the children of Shadow use Instant Transmission to get back to everyone.
“We beat up the bad guy on the Dark World!!” Alice shouts in excitement. “Now we get a moonbase out of--.”
“That was just marvelous, I was going to come and aid you, but I can see that you didn’t need my assistance afterall.” Says a familiar voice, interrupting Alice.
“IT’S DAD!!” An elated Tohru and Alice shout as they run up and hug their father.
While Shadow hugs Toru and Alice, Elina and Beat hide behind #21 and Fasha, shy at meeting their father.
“Ah, Toru, you’ve grown into a handsome, strong young man and you, a beautiful young lady, Alice.” Says a proud and happy Shadow, hugging his kids. “And you two must be Beat and Elina, I remember rocking each of you to sleep when you were infants.”
“DADDY!!” Elina and Beat yell out, now running to hug their father, crying tears of joy.
As Shadow gets caught up with his friends and family, Beerus and Whis appear, using Whis’ Warp technique.
“Greetings, Lord Shadow. It’s been sometime.” Whis says politely while bowing.
“Oh, hello Whis and Lord Beerus. Wait, Whis, did you just refer to me as ‘Lord’?” Asks a puzzled Shadow.
“Why yes he did.” Beerus says slyly with his arms behind his head, smirking. “We’re here because it’s not everyday a mortal ascends to full godhood.”
“Huh? So I’m a god now… That would explain things.” Shadow says nonchalantly. I should visit King Yemma and discuss possible solutions to deal with Dr. Wheelo.
“Father, let's spar like we used to.” Toru requests as he transforms into an SSB.
“YEAH, LET’S FIGHT!!” Says an excited Alice who powers up using Potential Unleashed.
So, this is what pride feels like. Shadow thinks to himself as takes his fighting stance, smiling.
“Hold it, we need to talk with your father.” #18 says, grabbing ahold of Shadow’s left arm.
“Yes, a long talk.” Zangya says while grabbing onto Shadow’s right arm.
#21 and Fasha then pick up Shadow by his legs.
“W-what’s going on...?” Shadow says with both concern and confusion. “Why are the four of you staring at me like--WAIT, LET’S TALK ABOUT THIS!!”
“No, we will not!” Says a firm Fasha. “Do you even know how long we’ve had to go without?”
“NO, I’M NOT READY DIE!!” Shadow yells, full of fear. “CHILDREN, HELP, YOUR FATHER’S ABOUT TO DIE!!”
“What’re you nuts?!” Beat replies.
“Sorry father, but we fear them more than we love you.” Elina adds.
“Kids? Don’t come home for a while.” #21 says, smiling as she uses Instant Transmission.
Shadow screams as he’s whisked away along with his four wives.
“Whis? Did they just casually blow us off…?” Asks a flabbergasted Beerus.
“Why yes Lord Beerus.” Whis responds, blowing Beerus off. “Oooh, I wonder what the caterer is serving?”
