"Huh, huuuh?!?!?" Tatsurou thought as he couldn't contain his surprise when Shirayuki asked if she could stay with him, he was for a lack of better words completely embarrassed, after all, he was a teenager and no girl had ever said something like this to him, it made him unsure of what to say to her.

"Wait, a second this is too sudden, I don't know how to answer, it's not like I don't want to help her, well, Hime isn't home so there are no worries there, but it's about Wise that I'm worried if she sees me going home with a girl while Hime is away, there's no telling where her gossiping will go!"

Tatsurou though and thought it was as if his brain was about to stop working, but he then looked at Shirayuki that was still grabbing the tip of his jacket, and suddenly for him, everything became clear as the day upon seeing her.

"That's right I just can't leave her alone, when she clearly, needs help, even more so when she took it to herself to ask for it..." Tatsurou thought this to himself as he turned to Shirayuki.

"Ok then, it's ok, you can stay with me!" Tatsurou said this to Shirayuki as he patted her head, feeling the smoothness and silkiness of her pink hair.

"Thank you, Tatsurou-san, thank you very much..." Shirayuki said as her eyes opened wide and looking as if they were shining and she had a smile that was full of gratitude and happiness, upon seeing that, Tatsurou's heart felt as if it skipped a beat, he then stopped head patting her head and started looking away so she wouldn't see him blushing, he then took out his phone.

"No way, it's already 14:42 pm!?" Tatsurou thought as it was a bit of a shock how many hours had already passed since he met Shirayuki, but what made him even more taken aback, was the fact that it was still to soon to get back to his place since there was a chance he could get found out by Wise, so Tatsurou turned to Shirayuki.

"Say, Shirayuki-san, you're not familiar with the town right?" Tatsurou asked Shirayuki with a curious tone.

"No, I'm not familiar with the town yet..." Shirayuki said as she fidgeted a bit and Tatsurou upon hearing this, looked like he got hit with the best idea ever.

"So what do you say, the two of us go for a walk around town, like that we can kill some time and you can get to know the place?" Tatsurou asked this to Shirayuki without thinking too much about it, but when he looked at Shirayuki, she looked really happy with the idea, so much so that the ahoge on her hair started waging around in excitement.

"Is it okay to do that, Tatsurou-san?" Shirayuki asked with a worried tone but her happy movements didn't match that tone, this made Tatsurou laugh a bit.

"Don't worry about it, it's already too late for school, and too soon to go back home, so let's just go have some fun!" Tatsurou said while scratching the back of his head and getting ready to go.

"Well, there's no time to waste, let's go then!" Tatsurou said as he began walking.

"R-Right" Shirayuki answered as she got close to Tatsurou and walked next to him.

And then a few minutes later inside a monorail...

"Whoa!!! The town looks incredible, that tower stands out the most!" Shirayuki said this while she was on top of the monorail's seat on her knees and her face pressed against the window, Tatsurou and the people on the monorail couldn't help but have a smile plastered on their faces, as they saw Shirayuki acting like an excited child on a trip.

And as Tatsurou took a looked out the window he could see the same as her, the main island of Takamagahara and her imposing tower the Tenko-no-to, that looked as if it pierced the skies, standing on it's middle, you could see it from all the Districts and even for someone like Tatsurou that had lived for almost 9 years in this island in the Esper District, every time he caught a glimpse of the tower he couldn't help but to be impressed by it, the mere existence of a tower as tall as the Tenko-no-to, was living proof that magic was real, but since we mentioned districts, I think I should talk about them.

To be precise there are 10 districts, that surround Takamagahara, all of those said districts are used as research facilities to study the various types of magic, all of them are independent of the main island, but they still have to respond to the orders of the main island, most of the districts are used to study various types of magic, of one of the magic organizations that exist in the world.

The main island belonged to the Dragon God organization, district 1 belongs to the Supreme Cross organization, district 2 belongs to the Black Bear unity, district 3 belongs to the Lion Emperor organization, district 4 is part of the Esper Studies community, district 5 to the Eagle Crist, district 6 to the Asgardian Gods organization, district 7 was the Elephant King association, district 8 belonged to the Crescent Moon organization, district 9 to the Beast Protection program and finally district 10 was the General Magic study.

These were the 10 districts that made Takamagahara the island it is, but of course, this island created some discrepancies between the magic organizations that worked outside of it, but it was more of a cold war that was going on between Takamagahara and the rest of the worlds magic organizations, if someone had to answer.

"Attention to all passengers, we will shortly arrive at District 4's shopping square, attention to all passengers..." Suddenly a robotic voice said this and Tatsurou upon hearing it got up from his seat.

"We should get ready, we will get off on the next stop..." Tatsurou said this to the still mesmerized Shirayuki that kept looking out of the window.

"What? Already? That was fast!" Shirayuki said with a surprised tone and expression to Tatsurou.

"Yes, the monorail is the fastest way to get around town or the whole island for that matter..." Tatsurou said to Shirayuki as if was explaining and to be honest, he was right.

The monorail was the fastest way to get around the island, it was a transport that used magic, Argavite, to be more precise, a mineral that emits infinite energy that can make anything work forever, in theory, the thing is, it was used for more than just making the monorails work, the whole island of Takamagahara used Argavite as a source of electricity, and truth be told in its 40 years of existence Takamagahara never had a blackout, and the best part of it, Argavite was free, no one in the island had to pay a thing for electricity.

If Nikolai Tesla was still alive he would have seen its dream of free energy for everyone come true, but only part of said dream, as Takamagahara had the total monopoly of Argavite, it was the only place that used Argavite for free the rest of the world had to pay Takamagahara to have this infinite electricity, in a way with this alone Takamagahara had monetary power that surpassed almost all the nations of the world.

A bit later, after arriving at the shopping square monorail station, both Tatsurou and Shirayuki got out and went straight to the square as everyone called it, and if Shirayuki was impressed by the monorail, she was even more when she saw the square full of people from your average person, to Magic-users and Espers using their abilities, to your beast-kin walking about their everyday lives.

"Whoa...! There are so many people here, it's incredible, how is this even possible?" Shirayuki said this while she was "jumping" with excitement, and again Tatsurou couldn't help but smile at her reactions, in a way she reminded him of himself a few years back.

"So, Shirayuki-san what do you want to do first?" Tatsurou asked with a curious tone as he got close to Shirayuki.

"Well, I'm not sure what to do, how about you be the one choosing Tatsurou-san?" Shirayuki asked as she looked at Tatsurou with great expectations, but Tatsurou on the other hand, couldn't think of anything in concrete or special, so after a while of looking around.

"Let's see...how about we go to an arcade then?" Tatsurou proposed this without really thinking too much about it.

"An arcade? Really? I have never been to one! Let's do that!" Shirayuki said this to Tatsurou almost immediately after he proposed it, Tatsurou just smiled and started walking in the arcade's direction while Shirayuki followed him.

But as they were about to have some fun, something bad was about to happen...

On the other side of District 4, there was a black truck with the symbol of the anti-magic defense force cruising around town, on it's way to the highway to the main island, onboard said truck there were two men, the one driving was an old man probably in his 50's, with gray hair and beard that made him look a bit grumpy, and next to him, on the passenger's seat was a young man probably in his 20's or 30's with black hair wearing a cap, he looked more joyful than the man driving.

"I'm telling you kiddo, this job of cleaning up after the AMDF takes care of the dangerous stuff, is not that bad, and like I told you the other day, the pay isn't that bad..." The old man said to his young colleague.

"I know, I know but in this line of work nothing happens and we only go after all the action happened, I want to be part of the main force, I want some action to happen in my life!" The young man said this, to his older colleague.

"I get where you're coming from, I was like that when I had your age, but believe me, when I say that the main force is not that good, if you don't know how to use magic, you will go to the strike force section, you will literally, become the shield for the real main force, I speak from experience!" The old man said as he scratched his beard, and he was right.

The anti-magic force or AMDF, had 3 main sections the main one the Soteria unit, that can use magic and are the protector's of the island and deal with most of the troubles, then we have the strike force basically, the island's SWAT team if you will, they take care of the smaller cases but they work mostly with Soteria section, they use regular or magic-induced firearms and lastly, but not least the cleanup unit, they were the ones that took care of cleaning and transport after the other units did their job.

"Yeah, I know your right, but next month, when they open the exams, I will try to join them, if I don't get in, well, I will see what I will do after..." The young man said as he got his hands behind his head and closed his eyes, ready to take a nap.

"Well, I'm just warning you because I worry, and if you get in the main force, I will miss my drinking partner..." The old man said with a rather mischievous smile on his face as he laughed a bit.

"Yeah right..." The young man said as he was about to start his nap, but suddenly, the truck stopped, and if it wasn't for the young man wearing his seat belt he would have hit his head in the trucks panel.

"Hey, what the hell is..."As the young man was about to give his colleague an ear full for stopping so suddenly, he forward and saw the reason why his colleague stopped, in the middle of the road, stood a woman with red hair, that was wearing black and red priest robes

"What the hell, is going on? Who is this woman?" The young man asked with a confussed tone and expression.

"I have no clue..." The old man answered also confused, as he started honking at the woman, so that she would get out of the way, but she just kept standing there.

"Whatever, I will just go around her, since she won't move..." The old man said as he was about to start moving the truck, but the woman got close to it and threw what looked like nails towards the truck's tires, and sure the truck couldn't move anymore, so the woman started to walk towards the back, as she passed through the right side of the truck, where the young man was seated.

"Hey! What the hell do you think you're doing?" The young man said as he got out of the truck and got close to the woman, grabbing her shoulder and when he did the woman turned to him, and placed her hand in his chest, the man was surprised by her action but before he could ask or say anything else, the woman pushed him with such force that sent him flying and he only stopped, when he hit a lamp post.

"K-Kiddo!!!!" The old man screamed from inside the truck as he saw his colleague's body on the ground, he then to got out of the cabin, with an extendable baton in his hand.

"Damn you...you will pay for this!" The old man said as he prepared to attack thiss woman "I would consider your next action really, carefully if I was you." The woman said as she looked at the old man surprising him a bit.

"Listen, if you don't wanna end up like your friend there, you better run away while I'm still in a good mood..." The woman said to the old man in a cold and harsh tone that made him tremble as he looked once again at his colleague.

"I...I...I'm sorry..." The man said as he dropped the extendable baton and started to run away from there "Huh...cowards as always..." The woman said with a tone that made her sound, as if she was disappointed, she then turned again to the back of the truck, and went straight for the container, when she opened it up, we could see that in the inside it, was the armor that attacked Tatsurou and Shirayuki, the woman looked at the armor with a mix of surprise and disappointment.

"Impressive, just who did this to you? Not that it matters" The woman said to herself as she analyzed the knight, and then she raised her arm horizontally.

"All that is created is destroyed, all that is destroyed can be reborn, by the power of the creator of all things, I ask for the rebirth of this brave knight!" The woman started chanting this and her hand began to shine and as soon as she was finished the knight began to take its original form once again.

"Very well then, you slept long enough, on your feet!" The woman said this to the knight and he got up, but he was stopped thanks to the container's roof, after a few moments the knight opened up the roof like it was a can of sorts and jumped outside, the woman also went outside the container anda few seconds later, she approached the knight.

"Well then, let's see what happened, before you got trashed..." The woman said as she placed her hand on the knight's chest.

"Memories are created, but never erased, they live for as long as there are ones to remember them, by the power of the creator, show me the memories of this brave knight before is demise and before is rebirth!" The woman chanted and her hand began to shine once more, and her mind was suddenly invaded by the knights last and most recent memories, she was able to see the fight that happened between Tatsurou and the knight and she could also see Shirayuki in the knight's memories.

"I see, so this was the kid, that was with the shrine maiden, and is also the one that trashed you? Not that it matters really..." The woman said as she took her hand off the knight's chest.

"Very well then let's go and retrieve the girl..." The woman said as she started walking away and the knight following suit...
