Absolute Luck. By far my most favorite power, right next to the power to steal/devour other's powers. Preferably I'd like to have both. Bad guy or not, people are probably going to try and get in your way of stealing powers. I'd probably be stealing powers from those who are about to die or criminals. Would be great if sooner or later I can mark every person with superpowers on the world without moving and when they die, their powers are automatically transfered to me. If someone was born with Devour they can probably never get Absolute Luck because the opprotunity will never appear and since Absolute Luck deems Devour as a threat it will probably kill the Devour user before they get strong enough to do anything. As for someone born with Absolute Luck... I have a feeling they'd also be born with Devour because who doesn't want to amass powers and become "The One".
