With heavy breathes I woke up. Everything was silent. I was at the same location in the cave I was before I fell unconsciousness. No rumbles, no higher gravitation or barrier. My body felt better than ever and my mind was now rather stable again. The only thing which didn’t let me calm down, was if I was able to get everyone.

I stood up and collected my thoughts. When I did, I could hear some other voices. They were few and silent. My first guess was that they were the ones from before. But when I looked at my perfectly fine body, at the missing barrier and the sword just lying on the floor I had a funny idea of what could have happened.

“Before I check my hypothesis, I think I will store you away first.”(Me)

I said to the sword. I don’t know why but I felt like it had an own life so I talked with it. Perhaps it was only the feeling of being lonely after losing Kylie, I didn’t know which it was. As I said, I stored the sword in my white space.

After I did so, I entered the white space as well. I was relieved in the first moment I entered it, because it went back to white with the black sphere. The next moment though, I received a huge shock because when I looked around, I could see a lot of souls. How did I know how a soul looked like? It looked like a blue flame flying in the air and I just guessed that those could be souls.

Somewhere near me was the sword and the black sphere, but we were surrounded by so many souls, that I barely could see those 2.

“Yep, I was right. You repelled my attack again, right? As long as I got the ones I wanted to kill, it is fine. If some could escape perhaps they will start a rumour and no one will approach me for now.”(Me)

I said to the sword. The souls could wait for now, I first wanted to look at my new weapon. I moved next to it and picked it up. When I did so, it vibrated heavily. It was so strong that I could barely hold it. I gritted my teeth and endured. Finally, after 3 whole minutes it stopped. My right arm with which I picked it up, was aching, so I put the sword back down again.

I sat down and wanted to rest a few minutes but I got interrupted. I could feel something shaking. I looked back at the sword but it lied peacefully on the floor. Then I looked at the black sphere but it was also silent. Nothing changed with the souls too, so what was wrong? I had a bad feeling about that and went back outside to my body.

When I opened my eyes I couldn’t believe what I saw. Just a few minutes ago, I was in a cave of a big island. Now everything was gone. I was standing on a small land surrounded by the sea. It had a diameter of 100 hundred meters. There was nothing. It was a barren land with no vegetation at all.

At first I had a little panic attack because I remembered the “good times” I had with the ocean. But then I remembered, that the cause of what happened was that sword, so the solution to my situation should also be that sword. I had no idea what that sword could do, but it had to at least aid me for now. I didn’t know how I could test out its abilities or to get to know its name. I had no time to go through experimenting so I needed a quick solution.

I could only think of 2 things I could do then. I tried out the first one, which was the guild card. I looked at it and needed a few seconds to calm down afterwards.

Except for the Health, Mana and Energy thing which didn’t help me at all because I couldn’t compare me with someone else, the other things I gained, shocked me quite a bit.

I needed some time to calm down. When I was finally able to, I wanted to know more about the Sword of Dominance. To my disappointment, there was no function in the guild card which could explain the Sword’s abilities. I retrieved it from the white space and held it for a while. This time, it didn’t vibrate though.

Nothing happened and I just stood there like an idiot for minutes. I was annoyed and angered and through it to the ground. To my surprise, the sword changed its direction and went down vertically. As it touched the ground, it emitted a light shockwave which covered the island.

I was able to feel everything, the shockwave hit. It felt like the land itself was a part of me. It was astonishing. It felt like when I controlled the bomb from before but this time I could feel it more clearly. I looked back at where the sword was, but now it was gone.

I received a shock when I saw that the sword just disappeared in front of my eyes, so I quickly checked my status again.

I calmed down when I saw that there were no changes in my status. I had no idea what could have happened. After standing at the barren land for a few seconds, I focused my mind back to the white space.

I knew that those numbers next to the name of the sword had something to do with its abilities. The only problem was I didn’t know what. When my mind was in the white space, I saw the sword again. It was stuck into the ground and even if I tried to pull it out, I wasn’t able to.

“No chance with you, huh? Guess I’ll go with those souls now.”(Me)

I said and moved near one. I touched it and in the next second, it was gone. I had no idea where it could have disappeared to but my first guess was the black sphere because it did something similar in the past.

It was only one little soul so I didn’t care much and moved to the next. But the same thing happened again and again. After a few times, I thought that me touching those souls was the problem.

I continued with it until I felt the shaking from before again. I went back to my body. Outside, the land was much bigger now. It went from a little barren land with only 100 hundred metres to a barren land, with a size of 500 metres. It now had 5 times the size as before.

I could clearly feel the change of size. It felt like the territory which got covered by the shockwave of the sword just got bigger.

I had a quick thought.

The numbers changed. It was now clear to me that the territory the sword could cover, did depend on how much souls I would feed it. As I had a lot of them in store, I could feed it quite a lot.

When the numbers reached 100, the territory got bigger again and covered 1 kilometre now. But then they went up to 1000 and I wasn’t able to upgrade it any further because I had no souls left. At least I was really close to it.

With my mind, I was standing in the white space and searching around for more souls. I couldn’t find any, but I found something more important than that. Now that those souls were gone, I found the small bag, Kylie bought at the capital. I almost forgot about what she told me because of my rage but now I remembered every word.

I opened the bag but to my surprise, it could store more than it looked like. Almost like my [space inventory] in the form of a bag.

When I took out the 3 things stored, I received a huge shock.

The first thing, obviously a note from Kylie. The second thing was an invitation to something called Sonya Academy. And the third one was as I was talking about it before, my [space inventory].

Why did Kylie have it? I had no idea but I would know it as soon as I read her note.
