《Life of the dark god》Chapter 1 Circumstances (1)

I sat there in a dark room reading a book. My parents called it a library. In this room was one desk, one chair and 4 bookshelves. I wouldn’t really call it a library. It had already been 4 years since I was born. I had blue hair and blue eyes, always had that innocent child look even when I tried not to have it. I got quite a sturdy body due to training constantly.
How would I know I was 4 years old you ask? Since the day I was born I could understand the language of my parents as you know but there was something else. I was also able to…
…read and write. I could read every book I wanted! Not that we had much.
I was able to write every letter of the alphabet, if I put my mind to it I was even able to write words. My problem was just that I didn’t have much reason to write something as I was the person who wanted knowledge not the person who wants to share or teach knowledge.
I don’t know why or how but I was able to read every book we had in these past 4 years without any problems. I found it odd at the beginning but after some time I thought everyone could do that since birth. First of all those books were written by my parents or more precisely by my mother. If I wanted to know something but she was busy she would write me a book.
Another good thing that happened in those years was that I was now able to see a lot more things. I could for example describe my parents. I will start with mother because I like her more. She has red long hair but her eyes are yellow. It was an odd combination but I liked her anyways. She has always been nice to me. She was probably 2 times my height and I was already standing 90 centimetres. She always wore a blue dress which contradicted her hair but she looked beautiful anyways.

My father had no special features. He had black hair, black eyes, was exactly 2 meters tall, wore a black T-shirt and black pants. He annoyed me sometime when I was reading but when mother noticed that she took him by the ear and since then he stayed away if I was skimming through a book.
To come back to why I knew I was 4 years old. When I asked my mother, she told me that our calendar has 12 months. Every month has 30 days. 7 days are one week. Every day has 24 hours, one hour has 60 minutes and every minute 60 seconds.
I really respected her pool of knowledge, not like a certain someone who hasn’t taught me anything in the past 4 years. She taught me a lot of common sense and told me some stories from the outside. Yes I said outside. Apparently we were living on a little island with no one else near it.
What stunned me was that my parents told me that with 8 other people, which were actually 4 other families, they were the very first 10 existences ever. These 5 families decided that their race should be called god and they were above others. My parents with these other people created the world with an item they called key of creations. They never told me where they got this key from or where it is now so I could only endure not asking anymore.
If I get the chance to, I would definitely try to get my hands on that key and research it.
In order for their world to flourish every family created one race. The funny thing is we got our family name from those created races. One family is human, one is beast, one is spirit, one is dragon and at last but not least, our name is demon. I haven’t seen the other races but the demons my parents created are strong, smart and friendly…

…at least to me.
Why do I know that? We had 5 demons who served us here on this island. They would do the cleaning of the house, preparing breakfast and dinner, etc. Every housework we had was done by them. I had more time for training and reading book because of that, so I was really thankful.
“Son are you in the library again?”(Primus)
“You can’t really call it a library but yes I am. What do you need from me?”(Me)
“Come on. Don’t talk like you see me as an annoyance.”(Primus)
“What are you otherwise? I mean you only come to play or get on my nerves. You don’t help me if I need help and won’t tell me any stories. Again what are you otherwise?”(Me)
“Wow why so harsh and direct my son? Ah, but I gave you this library.”(Primus)
“With books mother wrote. Never mind. So what did you want to tell me?”(Me)
Yes these past 4 years my dad always talked like some a child, never got serious nor angry. It felt like he had no worries in his life. But please tell me what else he is except an annoyance. Seriously, he should act like an adult.
“You know every other child would love to play in your age. They would fall asleep at the sight of a book. I guess that shows that you are our son. Sigh.”(Primus)
He started smiling and looked at me.
“Your soon to be brother or sister will be born in the next few hours want to watch and learn something new?”(Primus)

The Genre of My Life Was Randomized?
The wheel spun and the genre changed. In every chapter, a new canvas made up of a thousand words was formed. I, the creator, do not know the future of this novel. I, the author, is but a mere slave that writes and creates what the wheel has given. What would happen after? What fate awaits the main character? When would you encounter the next chapter? Besides the latter, only the wheel could answer. Author's Note:Salutations dear reader. I'd like to dissuade you from reading this novel due to the following facts: 1. I am an amateur/new/beginner writer so it could be said that I don't know what I'm doing. 2. This novel is something which I wrote in order to hone my skills in adaptability, creativity, and writing in of itself. 3. Every chapter was made after spinning a wheel with the genres: Action, Horror, Romance, Comedy, Fantasy (as of writing) twice. The genres then would be showed in the chapter through theme, part of the story, flow, character, or whatever man idk. In case the wheel would show the same genre twice, the chapter itself would have the result as the main theme of the story with the other genres being free to use in order to fully show the theme. 4. I'm basically yoloing the story, trying to make sense of it even with the randomness of the current and future chapters; I swear I'm not a masochi.. *ahem* moving on, a variable left by the previous chapter won't suddenly just disappear because the next chapter doesn't have the same genre as before, meaning if a character that fits a genre was shown on let's say "Chapter 1", said character wouldn't just disappear or cease to exist for no reason at "Chapter 2" or the following chapters just because the character doesn't fit the genres. To make it short this isn't a collection of short stories but one big story instead. 5. Etc.
