Just before Psycho could land a punch on Kai's face, Kai countered with a [White Lightning Blade] that collided head on with Psycho's [Telekinetic Barrier]. To Psycho's horror, his barrier was easily shattered as the white electric currents ripped the flesh of his knuckle, mangling his hand badly.
Psycho's instincts commanded him to flee immediately as he narrowly avoided a fatal [40mm White Lightning Particle Cannon] from Kai's left palm. Psycho thought, "If I can't clash directly with him, I'll just have to overwhelm him with my speed!" Using his telekinesis, Psycho started flying at supersonic speeds around Kai, though Kai's expression remained unfazed.
Suddenly, Kai's body began emitting electrical charges to Psycho's surprise, as Kai's hair became raised and spiky due to the residual static electricity. Without further thought, Psycho leapt in, aiming a punch at Kai's exposed right flank. Unfortunately for Psycho, Kai was somehow able to read his move as he blocked Psycho's punch with his palm.
Bewildered by Kai's reaction, Psycho aimed a few more attacks all over Kai's body, gradually increasing his speed to his limit. However, the result remained the same, with Kai able to match Psycho's speed even at his limit, eventually ending with Kai throwing a [White Lightning Fist] at Psycho's head, smashing him into the ground.
Psycho, barely conscious from that attack thanks to his last-gasp barrier, thought, "Just moments earlier I was overpowering him. What's going on?" Kai replied calmly, "I'd wanted to see how fast you could go earlier. Now, I know your speed is inferior to mine with my newly mastered [Lightning Body] spell."
Kai recalled the words of his master, Ray, "Listen up, Kai. The [Lightning Body] is a high Grandmaster tier spell that pushes your nervous and muscular systems to their limits due to increased speed of electric signal flow.
This spell should only be used as a last resort, as improper use can lead to death while extended use can leave you immobilised for even days. Even I can only use this spell safely for at most an hour continuously, so only use this as a trump card once you're confident of securing victory!"
Psycho muttered under his breath, "With that insane speed combined with that fearsome power, looks like I've no choice but to use my strongest attack as a last ditch resort!" Gathering all his remaining mana, Psycho roared, "[Omnidirectional Nexus]!" Be crushed by forces as strong as the gravity of a black hole!"
Kai felt his body being pulled to the centre of Psycho's spell by an almost irresistible force, witnessing the outcome of objects such as trees and stones which were crushed to atomic level upon reaching the centre. Such a spell contained too much mana to be dispelled by Kai's [Erase], making his situation ever direr.
Kai knew that it's now or never as he pushed his [Lightning Body] to the limit, intensifying his [White Lightning] simultaneously. Suddenly, Kai disappeared in a flash to Psycho's horror and before he could respond, Kai had impaled him with 2 [White Lightning Blade] spells through both chests, instantly dispelling Psycho's [Omnidirectional Nexus].
Kai remarked coldly, "Just in case." to which Psycho replied before drawing his last breath, "Lord Astaroth's will would not be hindered by kids like you…" Kai mercilessly withdrew his bloodied hands as Psycho collapsed onto the ground, before dropping to his knees, his [Lightning Body] deactivated.
Kai muttered softly, "Your master's will is not materialising so long as I'm around to prevent it, I swear…" before crashing into the ground head-first, his body completely worn out and immobilised.

Adeline was slipping through the attacks of Erik's [Earth Clone] soldiers nimbly, as she cut them down one by one with her Ice-empowered [Phasewalker], freezing them before shattering them to bits.
Right after she performed a spinning slash as she spun her way out of her enemies' entrapment, Adeline thought, "I can't keep going on like this. Destroying them one by one would utilise too much mana and stamina over time. Guess I would have to take them all out in one strike."
Adeline turned around to face all the clones calmly before adjusting the grip of her sword on her right hand as she placed the hilts of both swords together. She began spinning her swords in front of her hypnotically as she gathered mana, causing the air to become chillier. Unperturbed by her fanciful actions, the clones simply charged towards her mindlessly, though Erik was wise enough to leap out of the way.
Upon drawing her foes close enough, Adeline stopped twirling her blades and dashed through all of the clones instead. "[Blizzard Cut]." Adeline mumbled as she left a huge trail of ice and frozen clones in her wake, which shattered upon a casual swing of her sword. Erik clapped as he praised, "Not bad at all, guess it's time for me to be serious too."
Adeline watched in horror as Erik gathered more mana around himself, which caused rocks to cover his entire body. She murmured, "This isn't an ordinary [Earth Armament], the density of mana within…not good, I got to strike now!" Adeline twirled her blades as she leapt towards Erik quickly, culminating in a [Blizzard Cut] technique.
To Adeline's horror, her swords couldn't cut through Erik's armour, only managing to freeze his sides slightly. Erik jested as he grabbed Adeline by the head and lifted her with one hand, "My [Golem Armour] isn't that weak for your puny attack to hurt me! Now, die!"
Erik flung Adeline into the air and as she descended, he quickly leapt off the ground with so much power that the ground cracked under pressure. Concentrating his mana armament to the tip of his right elbow, Erik roared, "[Golem Edge]!" as he tackled Adeline forcefully, ramming her with his elbow and sending her flying through the trees, ripping them apart in her flight.
The sound of distant crashing could be heard as Erik landed heavily on the ground, before walking nonchalantly towards his prey. To his pleasant surprise, Adeline was standing, her eyes gleaming with the power of her Luminos.
Erik cackled, "You finally decided to use your Luminos Ability, [Perfect State]! How long can you use it for though?" Adeline thought silently, "He's right. I can't afford to spend any more mana on [Perfect State]. That earlier attack consumed too much of my mana in treating those heinous injuries. I'll have to finish this in one attack."
To Erik's disbelief, Adeline started twirling her blades like she had done before. He mumbled, "Stupid bitch. I'll grant her wish of dying if she really wants it that bad!" as he charged towards her with another [Golem Edge]. However, in his hastiness, he'd failed to notice some slight yet important changes to Adeline's new technique.
After all, Adeline was mixing the sharpness of Light with the coldness of Ice to form the Fusion Element, [Radiant Snow]. Just before Erik's elbow could reach her, Adeline slipped past him while simultaneously slicing him with her [Radiant Snow Slash] technique.
Erik became frozen instantly as ice seeped into his wound and froze his body from within, the frost spreading via the bloodstream. Adeline shattered his frozen figure with a rearward stab of her sword without looking. She then slumped weakly to the ground, supporting her weight with her swords as she prayed for the safety of her comrades.

Shen continued exchanging fierce blows with Jake as Jean readied her spell [Light Barrage] before releasing it soon after at an opportune time. Shen thought as time around him slowed, "Alright, we got him now! He got to pull out of his attack if he doesn't want to get hurt!"
To Shen's horror, a smile crept up on Jake's face as he delivered his attack without hesitation. Blood spewed forth, as Shen barely blocked Jake's otherwise fatal attack. Jake's body was littered with a few holes from Jean's attack and Shen thought, "Is he really crazy? Taking an attack head-on like that in order to kill me? He didn't even put on mana armament to defend himself, focusing it all on his scythe! Man, this guy is really insane!"
Noticing that Jean had already prepared another offensive spell, Shen quickly pushed Jake away as he jumped towards safety. "[Light Shower]!" Jean yelled as the sphere of light above Jake began shooting numerous rapid beams of light in various directions, creating a dust cloud in its aftermath.
Much to their disbelief, Jake remained unharmed, the mana armament around his scythe now shifted to cover his entire body. Jake snorted before charging towards the pair again, re-shifting his mana armament to wrap around his scythe. Jean quickly cast a [Converging Fangs of Light] spell in an attempt to halt his advance, and Jake gave a fearful expression before dodging, much to Shen's surprise given his temperament thus far.
However, the spell failed to break Jake's momentum as Shen had no choice but to push Jean out of the way, taking Jake's attack on alone. By pushing his rifle in between the blades of Jake's weapon, Shen had avoided certain death with only a nick to his face. However, Jake's gleeful expression had Shen worried as Jake suddenly backed away, licking the blood off his weapon.
Jake's body suddenly changed colour, giving off black and white patterns. Jake screamed, "Come on, I dare you to kill me now, hahaha!" as he exposed his upper body, taunting them to injure him. Cynical yet cautious, She aimed a shot at Jake's right shoulder, intending to graze it. To his horror, the wound he had inflicted on Jake soon manifested itself on him as well, as he clutched his shoulder in pain.
Jake cackled, "Enjoy the pain? This is my Enigma Ability, [Voodoo]! Whatever damage I receive is transferred to my target, whose blood I have ingested beforehand, mwahahaha!" Jake then drew a knife to stab himself in the right abdomen, causing Shen to collapse onto the ground as he writhed in pain. Jake then followed up with a stab to his left shoulder, causing Shen to howl in pain as Jake laughed sadistically.
Jake grinned madly before relaxing, mumbling with a tinge of disappointment, "I guess it's time to end this, though I would have preferred to let you enjoy a full course of pain before your death. The heart or the head, that's the question…" To his surprise, Jean came charging at him, her eyes filled with rage. Jake casually dismissed her, thinking that she was about to attack him which would only hurt her companion further.
To Jake's horror, Jean did not prepare an offensive spell but rather a binding spell as she immobilised him with her [Rods of Light] spell. Shen muttered weakly, "Excellent, Jean, now let me end this." as he readied his rifle. Jake laughed, "Are you retarded? You know you're only going to get hurt if you attack me? I'll break out of this restraint soon enough and kill your foolish partner first!"
Shen snorted and replied confidently, "I didn't think of this earlier, but you have an Achilles Heel right? When you dodged that attack heading towards your left abdomen earlier out of the blue, I can deduce something's fishy since it didn't go in line with your usual berserk style." Cold sweat trickled down Jake's forehead as he said, "You wouldn't dare…" just before Shen pulled the trigger without hesitation, placing a shot through Jake's left abdomen.
Jake groaned in pain as his left abdomen revealed a tiny seal drawn on it which became broken, nullifying his Enigma Ability. Jake began emitting greater intimidation as his mana pressure started rising tremendously, slowly breaking his restraints as Jean backed away nervously. Jake cursed as his entire body was covered in an intense shade of black, "You know how long it took to prepare that seal…I'll terminate you guys instantly…"
Ignoring his threat, Shen said gently, "Jean, combine your power with mine, we're taking down this madman together." Jean nodded as she placed her hands on Shen's rifle, mixing her Light magic with Shen's raw mana. As Jake leapt towards them, upon completion of their charging, Shen pulled the trigger, unleashing a powerful vortex that rushed towards Jake.
Jake swung his scythe down on the projectile without hesitation, as sparks flew uncontrollably, testament to the power wielded by both sides. However, eventually, Jake's scythe could take no more as its blades cracked and shattered, causing Jake to be devoured by the immense blast before him, ravaging his body entirely as he crashed a fair distance away, dead. The pair lay on the ground exhausted, grateful that they had escaped their ordeal alive.

Meanwhile, the situation was looking grim for the twins as Julian felt weak all of a sudden, as though his body was paralysed. He muttered, "Poison? When?" Marian laughed heartily, "Hohoho! The weapons of my babies are all laced with nerve agents in order to weaken my prey to ease the kill, hohoho! Now, Elmo, Bernie, finish them!"
The puppets flew swiftly towards the twins, brandishing their wide spectrum of weapons as they sought to execute their targets. However, before they could reach their prey, the puppets were swept uncontrollably into the air by Julia's [Rising Tornado], throwing them high up into the sky.
Julian then seized the opportunity to jump towards the isolated Marian, raising his flaming sword above his head, ready to cut her down. As expected, Marian teleported to the puppet named Elmo, and Julia was already in position to strike her, launching a flurry of fierce stabs at Marian. Defenceless and caught off guard, Marian had no choice but to pull Elmo in front of her, as the poor puppet, despite its mana armament, was torn to shreds by Julia's relentless assaults.
Angered by Julia's audacity, Marian had Bernie use its Enigma Ability, placing Julia in a stasis before charging towards her, weapons all ready. To Marian's surprise, a wave of flames hindered Bernie's path as Julian suddenly leapt towards the remaining puppet. Struggling against his fading consciousness, Julian mustered all his remaining strength and mana as he roared in desperation, "[Burnblade]!"
Julian brought down his sword coated in bright intense flames on Bernie, shredding through its mana armament as he severed it in half, causing it to explode in flames thereafter, leaving nothing but ashes. Julian lost his consciousness soon after as all 3 of them started falling from the sky.
Consumed by her fury, Marian sent out near-invisible mana strings from her fingers in an attempt to possess the twins. Unfortunately for her, the keen Julia declared as she swung her sword, "I couldn't see it clearly earlier, but now, your true weapon's out in the open! If strings are your weapons, then all I have to do is cut them! [Raging Wind]!"
Julia conjured a wall of rapidly circulating air currents before her brother and her, slicing any strings heading their way. Before Marian could think of a way to bypass her spell, Julia had blitzed past her by augmenting her speed with Wind magic, decapitating the puppeteer with her sword as she landed on the ground gently.
Julia then cushioned her brother's descent with a miniature tornado as Marian's corpse crashed unfashionably, signalling the end of their gruelling battle.

Jonathan readied his battle stance as he faced his new opponent, Ghost. Ghost muttered, "Fancy asking me to fight a kid, what a waste of my time, I'll end this quickly before getting back at Killer." Ghost activated his Enigma Ability as he melded into his surroundings.
Jonathan closed his eyes as he attempted to detect any minor disturbances to his surroundings. Suddenly, he sensed an anomaly near the back of his head. Jonathan quickly squatted as he barely avoided a lunge from Ghost, who had materialised fully.
Jonathan swiftly followed up with an upward palm thrust, striking Ghost on the chin before instantly twisting his body and delivering rapid, successive strikes on Ghost's torso at specific vital points, ending his combo with a strike to the chest as Ghost flew several metres.
To Jonathan's surprise, Ghost had simply stood up relatively unfazed, as his body was protected by mana armament. Ghost remarked calmly, "You have good technique, but lack power to go with it, it seems. However, I'm not willing to take the risk of enduring your most lethal palm strike, so I'm going to demonstrate the best part of my ability, [Partial Spectre]!"
To Jonathan's horror, Ghost's entire body had disappeared, except his right hand and knife which were covered in intense black mana armament and appeared to be floating in mid-air. Ghost declared, "Now that the rest of my body, including my vital organs, are impervious to any attack, as a martial artist, your death is certain, boy!"
Jonathan exchanged rapid blows with Ghost's hand, as Ghost continued droning, "With my body intangible, I need not worry about defence at all, unlike you!" Under such heavy assault, it was only a matter of time before Jonathan's resistance gave way and he was soon covered in several cuts.
Realising that he needed time and space to rethink his approach, Jonathan quickly struck the ground before leaping backwards thereafter, using the dust cloud to conceal his retreat. Jonathan thought, "All forms of attack, physical or magical, have no effect on him now. The only thing I can touch is his knife and the hand that wields it.
However, I can't hurt him enough by just attacking his hand, even if I chopped it off, it wouldn't be life threatening, though I doubt I can cut it off so easily. Darn, what can I do to hurt him, I can't shock him by touch like Kai…wait, the concept of an electric shock…"
Jonathan grinned as he figured out a way to overcome his supposedly invincible opponent. Once the dust cloud had settled, Ghost commented, "You are only prolonging the inevitable, boy. Die!" Ghost's hand suddenly disappeared in a flash as Ghost had used a [Sky Leap] to close the distance swiftly, launching a stab right into Jonathan's heart.
Blood trickled down Jonathan's chest as Ghost's knife embedded itself into Jonathan's chest. Ghost remarked, "Not bad, to concentrate all your mana around your heart to defend against my attack, but why would you risk your life for nothing?"
Jonathan grabbed Ghost's wrist with both hands as he said doggedly, "Nothing ventured, nothing gained. I needed to give you a little bait to keep your hand materialised. [Mana Shock]!" Ghost was horrified as Jonathan had injected a decent amount of mana directly into his mana circulatory system, disrupting the regular flow of mana and causing internal damage due to overload in the flow of mana.
[Mana Shock] was a technique invented by Jonathan's father, Jerome, who had realised the risk of using internal mana manipulation was the sensitivity of the mana circulatory system, where changes to the flow of mana had to be gradual to avoid internal injury, especially if the mana was contained within the body.
By applying this knowledge offensively, he realised that sharply increasing the flow of mana within his opponents could cause internal damage, something that even Ghost wasn't impervious to.
Ghost coughed out blood as his Enigma Ability became undone, his mana circulatory system too damaged to maintain his intangibility. Jonathan seized the opportunity to finish Ghost once and for all, spinning his body rapidly as he delivered innumerable palm strikes with his [Scalpel Palm Secret Technique: Hundred Palm Twister].
Jonathan delivered his final palm strike towards Ghost's face, sending him crashing through several trees with his fatal strike. Jonathan panted heavily as he sat cross-legged on the ground, whispering, "Thank you, Father."

Rachel was visibly exhausted as her attacks appeared to have no effect on Mehmedi. Keane asked gently, "You sure you don't want my help?" Rachel replied obstinately, "Yes! I want to win this with my own power!"
Keane shook his head as he sat on the ground comfortably, mumbling, "She's just as stubborn as her sister." Mehmedi remarked while digging his ear rudely, "Hey lass, even with your mana armament, so long as I put in more mana than your armament can withstand into my Enigma Ability, your attacks can't hurt me, you got that?"
Rachel replied determinedly, "You're strong indeed. In that case, I'll have to just focus all my power into one sword!" Rachel concentrated all her mana armament into the sword she was currently wielding before releasing her grip, having it levitate as she focused all her telekinesis onto it as well.
Rachel then willed the sword to spin rapidly like a chainsaw before sending it flying towards Mehmedi, who took it head on without hesitation. Mehmedi was astonished by the power and speed of Rachel's attack, as the spinning sword pushed him back several metres, gnawing at his defences. Eventually, his mana armament was broken as the sword slashed through his palm, drawing blood.
Mehmedi instinctively launched a sweeping kick at the flank of the sword, kicking it away before rushing towards Rachel with a [Flash Step]. To his surprise, Rachel had quickly summoned another sword using her Enigma Ability, focusing all her power on that sword as she blocked Mehmedi's palm strike for the first time.
Stumped that his [Rust] could not break through Rachel's mana armament augmented further by her telekinesis, Mehmedi decided to change his approach, intending to overcome her with speed. Unfortunately, Rachel was able to skilfully thwart all his advances before throwing her sword towards him, controlling its movement with telekinesis as it begun to rotate and soar towards its target.
With her mastery of telekinesis, Rachel continuously harassed Mehmedi as her sword flew at him from all directions. Realising that he couldn't afford to let the situation drag any further, Mehmedi decided to adopt the same risky approach as Rachel, focusing all his mana armament and [Rust] to his fists as he launched a fearsome punch that disintegrated Rachel's sword instantly before he leapt quickly towards her, aiming a punch towards her chest.
Just as it seemed that his attack would land, Rachel adjusted her body slightly at the last minute, causing Mehmedi to dive into thin air. Grasping this precious opportunity, Rachel conjured several swords and shot them towards Mehmedi's unprotected back, piercing him as they pinned him to the ground with her telekinetic abilities.
Before Mehmedi could free himself, Rachel had summoned a gigantic blade over his head, declaring, "It's over." as she mercilessly dropped the titanic sword on his neck before he could escape.
Rachel panted slightly before turning around to face Keane, smiling widely at her accomplishment. Keane could only return the smile before turning to face the direction where the Green King had taken off to, sensing an enormous amount of power building up there…
{Victor: Rachel}
Amon glanced at the deathly aura reeked by Redmond's sword before remarking, "That's not mana…it's demonic energy right? Who are you exactly?" Redmond replied, "You have sharp eyes indeed, Chaos General. I'm a half demon after all, so it's no surprise that I can wield this power…"
Amon thought as his lost arm began to slowly regenerate, "To be able to wield demonic energy to such an extent, I'm currently not in optimal condition to take him on. The mission takes priority, so I'm going to make a tactical retreat. After all, I can sense the whereabouts of [Catastrophe] and the Green King's about half dead, so no cure should be made any time soon. Once I grab [Catastrophe], I'm going to bust myself out of here."
Witnessing Amon recover his lost arm, Redmond commented, "You guys really have incredible regeneration. Let's see who's faster, your healing capabilities or my sword?" Amon briefly had time to raise his arm to guard before Redmond initiated a downward swing, causing a clash between their intense energies as sparks flew erratically.
Amon silently cursed, "Damn, his demonic energy is really strong, not to mention its innate nature to disintegrate everything it touches! I can't let this drag any further, I'll get him next time!" Without warning, Amon used his other arm to punch the ground, causing a massive explosion that blinded Redmond temporarily as he was swept back unharmed due to the demonic energy cloak around him.
After the dust had settled, Redmond realised that Amon was missing and he muttered, "Humph. What a drag. I should get Warren to a safe place first though." Redmond then walked over and hoisted the unconscious tiny man over his shoulder before disappearing in an instant.
Amon was horrified by the sight that beheld him. All his subordinates were scattered and lying dead on the ground. Worse still, their enemies were but mere kids! Amon's rage couldn't be restrained further as Keane immediately sensed his hostility.
Keane uttered nervously, "This sensation…don't tell me something untoward has happened to Lord Warren?" As an act of caution, Keane quickly activated his weapon, [Twilight], covering his surroundings in darkness which caught Amon within its range. Amon was surprised when he was suddenly blinded, but he was more surprised by the next thing he felt.
Keane had discovered Amon's location and swiftly immobilised him, before charging towards him with his sword coated in black mana armament. Keane quickly aimed a slash at Amon's throat, which unfortunately failed to achieve its intent as Amon's mana armour was just too strong for Keane to break.
If that wasn't bad enough, upon feeling the attempt to take his life, Amon intensified his mana output suddenly, breaking free from Keane's Enigma Ability as he reached out to grab Keane by the throat before smashing him hard into the ground. The resultant attack created a miniature earthquake as the ground shook, stunning all the Nirvanians present who struggled to see who was hurt.
Keane's [Twilight] instantly deactivated and before Amon could smash Keane's skull in with a punch, he was forced to defend against a spinning sword from Rachel. However, unlike Mehmedi, Amon stopped the blade with his fingers before crushing it between them. Before Rachel could absorb the reality of her situation, Amon was already concentrating mana around his fist as he prepared to execute her for her impudence.
Rachel was overwhelmed by the amount of mana Amon possessed, as she was simply rooted to the ground by fear. Before Amon could blast Rachel to smithereens with his punch, Keane, who was heavily injured, attempted to stop him with his [Immobilisation], which only succeeded in delaying and weakening Amon's attack as the restraints were too weak against Amon.
However, that was enough time for Keane to quickly recover and jump before Rachel, taking the attack on her behalf as Amon blasted a hole through his torso. Rachel screamed hysterically, "Nooo! Keane!" as he collapsed to the ground, dying.
As the warm embrace of death drew nearer, Keane thought he saw Rebecca floating down towards him, her body enveloped in a gentle soothing light. Stretching his hand out towards the sky to clasp her imaginary hand, Keane drew his last breath and muttered softly, "Wait for me, Rebecca…" before his eyes lost their light, though his smile was eternally peaceful.
Back to reality, Amon snorted derisively as all Nirvanians present could feel their rage and helplessness boiling within them. This was none more so than Kai, who was furious that he couldn't move a single inch. He muttered angrily, "Come on, body, move! I would do anything to rip that guy apart and protect my friends!"
Adeline, who was too exhausted as well to move, noticed that Kai was beginning to exude the same dread he had given off when fighting Cold Steel. The monster within him was about to be released once again, and all she could do was watch.
Suddenly, before Kai could make a move in his berserk state, a man had appeared out of nowhere and smashed his head into the ground, restraining his movement. The man, who was none other than Red King Redmond, mumbled, "Demonic energy…this kid's a half demon too? I shall investigate this later, but for now, I'm sure you don't want to regret your actions later, boy."
To Adeline's surprise, the man suddenly emitted a huge amount of energy similar to Kai's, but it appeared more controlled and less vile. Redmond's energy began to overpower Kai's and eventually, Kai lost consciousness. Redmond then looked up and said coldly, "Let's end things here, Chaos General. I won't risk the lives of these kids." Amon replied stoically, "Seems that I've no choice."
The 2 bulwarks gathered a huge amount of mana before suddenly taking off, exchanging a series of fierce blows which the spectators could not catch with their eyes but could only feel as they were buffeted by the resultant strong winds.
Amon thought, "Fool. By lulling him into a sense of complacency, once I build up enough energy for my [Revenge Counter], I'll destroy both him and those kids, mwahahaha!" Once Amon felt that the time was ripe, he leapt into the air, declaring, "I'll blow you and the entire forest into smithereens thanks to the power of your attacks! Thanks and farewell!"
Amon began preparing his final assault as Adeline could sense an otherworldly amount of power he was gathering into his fist, as though a giant meteorite the size of the Moon was about to crash onto them. To Adeline's surprise, Redmond remained deathly calm and in fact, revealed a small smile as he said, "Finally, you decided to play your trump card, I'll play mine too. [Demonization]."
Redmond covered his face with his left hand and suddenly, a pale white, eerie mask materialised out of nowhere, covering his face completely, as the mask gave him bloodshot eyes. The moment Redmond adorned the mask, his power levels surged exponentially, his demonic energy shooting all the way to the skies above.
Amon roared, "[Revenge Counter]!" as Redmond simply performed an upward diagonal swing of his sword, muttering, "[Majin Sword]." The two immense attacks, both the size of giant comets, pushed against each other constantly, refusing to yield.
However, Redmond's technique, which had a tip as sharp as a sword, eventually pierced through Amon's broad attack as it rushed through him, disintegrating Amon as he cried, "Impossible, for a mere mortal to best a Chaos General like me…" Redmond's attack extended all the way high above the clouds, disintegrating everything in its path.
When the attack finally subsided after a long while, Adeline weakly asked, "Is it over? He's dead right?" Redmond's mask disappeared as he replied gently, "He's dead, as of now. It's not over though. Come on, help those who can't walk or are unconscious, I'll lead you guys back to Warren's house, where I left him to rest. I'll answer all your questions later."
Adeline nodded weakly as she helped to gather the surviving members of their taskforce, limping together back to the Green King's residence as they had survived yet another life changing ordeal.
