“What do I want?” Wei Mi arched her eyebrow. “I want to crush you.”

Ye Jiao frowned. What was this girl saying? Her eyes showed trace of confusion as she looked back at Wei Mi. The two of them were of the same age, yet it seemed as if Wei Mi’s mind was filled with malicious thoughts.

“You’re just a trash that should have never been born. If not because of that annoying woman, my mother will never receive ridicule from other people!” Wei Mi yelled angrily.

She found out that some people would look at her mother with disdain and ridicule, which was weird considering Su Lian’s position. As the legal wife of a great general, she should have been respected wherever she went. Even though they didn’t treat her that badly, she hated it when they looked at her with pity because of her mother.

Wei Mi heard from others that Su Lian confronted Ye Ai Xia numerous times in the past and never won even once. Even in the competition just now, they never considered her mother to win the race. This made her angry and annoyed.

Ye Jiao stared at the young man with a frown on her forehead. Just how far did they want to slight her?

“Are you sure you didn’t mishear?” Wei Shang felt rather suspicious. If that was true, the two of them wouldn’t just stay silent and do nothing. They would surely retaliate to Ye Jiao considering how proud they were.

“Yes!”

“Yes, Daddy!” Wei Mi pleaded, using her sweetest voice.

Wei Cheng stepped forward. “Father, she’s an insolent girl that doesn’t know her place. You should give a lesson to her!”

“Yes, Dad! You have to punish her!” Wei Mi asked while crying.

Wei Shang was put in a pinch. He came here because Wei Liao told him that Wei Mi and Ye Jiao were in the middle of a fight. But from what he saw, the two of them didn’t seem to be hurt at all. If it was verbal bullying, he couldn’t confirm the truth as he sent the guards to watch at faraway location.

“Dad, are you siding with this bit… brat?” Wei Mi sobbed.

The girl’s soft tone and pleading voice melted Wei Shang’s heart. He sighed as he waved his hand. “Just do as you wish. Just remember to return in a few minutes. Your mothers will return soon.”

“Thank you, Father,” Wei Cheng bowed politely, but underneath his notion, a wicked smile was formed on his lips.

As Wei Shang moved away, Ye Jiao was considering whether she should run or not. Wei Cheng has reached rank 1. If he wanted to beat her up, it would be extremely easy because their gap in strength was too much.

“Father has left,” Wei Liao informed.
